I am having trouble accessing my account as it shows as invalid, and my email address is not recognized. I have been a loyal customer of Straight Talk for a long time. I am worried that during my granddaughter's vacation in Myrtle Beach, her phone might have been hacked. Since the vacation, she has been unable to make or receive calls. I have not been successful in resolving this issue through the online system. Despite the problem, my credit card is still being charged for the three phones on the account. I am in need of assistance regarding my lost phone. I am unable to access my email linked to the account, [redacted], as I have forgotten the password and can't receive the security code since I no longer have my phone. I am unable to verify my identity through commonly called numbers or receive texts as I no longer have access to my phone's contacts. I have a new phone but can't afford a new service plan and must retain my current number due to pending legal matters and medical contacts. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I made a payment on my bill last night at 9:30pm PST only to find my service cut off afterwards. The payment was deducted from my account, but I am now without any means of communication. I rely on my phone for work and do not have an extra device to reach out to customer service. Past experiences required me to go through a lengthy and frustrating process of tests and transfers before eventually losing contact altogether. This situation has caused me significant stress, and I don't have the time or energy to go through it all over again. My phone is currently unusable, and I will only be able to check emails once I'm at work. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to spend hours resolving this issue. Two days ago, my son's phone, with the number [redacted], was misplaced or stolen after I activated a $45 plan using my debit card ending in [redacted]. I am unable to provide the IMEI number since I no longer possess the phone. I kindly request deactivation until the phone is recovered. I plan to reactivate it once found. My son lost his phone around 2 days ago after I purchased a $45 service plan with a Green Dot Visa ending in [redacted] for the number [redacted]. Unfortunately, I don't have the IMEI number because the phone is missing. I have the receipt from when I bought the phone, which includes a 2-year warranty, but it does not list the IMEI or serial number. Recently, I had trouble unlocking my iPhone 6S Plus after leaving their service. I want to share my experience to warn others. When switching phones, make sure to have your old device unlocked beforehand. Otherwise, like me, you might face a $[redacted] charge or be coerced into signing up for another 12 months of service. I tried to reason with them, but they wouldn't budge. I even lodged a complaint with the BBB to no avail. It's frustrating how they restrict access to a phone you legitimately own. Learn from my mistake and ensure your phone is unlocked before making any changes.

I purchased my Straight Talk hotspot device on 5/4/23 at 10:44 pm through Walmart. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong card, so I had to exchange it for the correct $50 card the next day. After calling Straight Talk to activate my hotspot with the IMEI number and the new card, it only worked for about 4 hours before showing as connected but without internet access. It has been ongoing since May 4th. Today, May 11th at 6:40 pm, I was informed that my device is not activated and I need to purchase more gigabits. This is frustrating as I have paid for 10GB of data. I am upset as my children rely on this for their schooling. I recently had to replace my phone because the speaker on my previous device from the Straight Talk service wasn't working properly. I contacted their customer support to ensure that my "bring your own phone" option would still function, and they advised me to switch to a new SIM card. After receiving the new SIM card, I encountered issues with the IMEI not being recognized with the new SIM card for my phone number. Despite paying for two months of service, I have not been able to use the full first week of the second month. Furthermore, when trying to access my account on the Straight Talk website, my email now indicates there is no associated account. I attempted to request another SIM card, but it seems like my information is not in their system anymore.

Hello, I am Kenneth Davis. I chose to pay Straight Talk through an automatic payment plan. My phone number is [redacted]. I tried to make a phone call today and discovered my service is deactivated. Straight Talk is supposed to take out automatic payments. Why has my service been deactivated? Last month it was automatically withdrawn. I would like my service restored promptly. I bought the $45 plan with 5 GB of hotspot two days ago. I've been getting this plan every month for over two years. I tried to use my hotspot yesterday and ten minutes ago, but it doesn't seem to be working. It's as if my gigabytes weren't added when I bought the plan. I need assistance to get it working. I am struggling to get a Straight Talk representative to assist me in adding both PIN numbers to my account. One PIN was successfully added, but the other seems to be missing. Despite being assured that my phone service would remain active until July 12th, it unexpectedly got disconnected yesterday. I am not receiving any clear answers or assistance which is frustrating. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, and this level of service is disappointing.

I bought a Service Plan Card from Straight Talk for my grandson, a $30 basic phone card. He attempted to use the card, but it was unsuccessful. After returning to Walmart, we were informed that the basic phone card is only compatible with flip phones, contrary to what the store employee mentioned during the phone purchase. I am requesting a refund of $30 to my credit card due to the misinformation provided. I have the Service Plan Card and my credit card ready for the process.

I recently purchased a Straight Talk three-month service card from Walmart. This purchase included a free Moto G Stylus 5G phone. Having an existing Straight Talk account and phone, I contacted customer service to transfer my old phone number to the new device. The representative assured me this was possible. However, upon activating the old number on the new phone, my previous phone was deactivated. After checking the service end date on the new phone, I realized it expires in just two days. When I inquired about my three months of service, I was informed it was forfeited as it was tied to the new phone's number. This outcome was not communicated to me initially, and had I known, I would have kept the numbers as they were to avoid losing the $[redacted].00 investment.

I pay for my Straight Talk plan monthly with my debit card. Previously, I used to buy a yearly plan and called to activate it. During my last call, a representative set up a monthly payment with my debit card. Unfortunately, that card was compromised and has been cancelled. I need assistance canceling one of my auto refills. I have two auto refills set up, and I want to cancel the one associated with [redacted]. As a loyal customer of Straight Talk for nearly a decade, my experience has been mostly positive until now. I have been enrolled in the ACP program for a few years without issues. Recently, I started receiving multiple messages regarding my audio effects and voice service being disconnected by the carrier. Additionally, I received notifications that my service would end soon, despite an email in March [redacted] stating otherwise. I encountered difficulty accessing the Straight Talk app until yesterday. Upon trying to resolve these issues by calling various customer service numbers, including [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and the sales department, I was unhelpfully disconnected from each call after an average of 8 minutes. This led to my phone being disconnected today, which has never happened before. Although I may need to pay to avoid losing my number, I am now considering switching to a different provider with more empathetic customer service representatives. If this is the new standard for loyal customers like me, Straight Talk risks resembling AT&T in their treatment of customers like myself.

I'm currently in the process of removing my phone from my ex-husband's account in order to start one of my own. I followed the instructions provided by Straight Talk on YouTube and successfully removed my device. However, I encountered issues when trying to set up the new account. Despite contacting customer service twice, I did not receive the email confirmation as promised. Additionally, the representative failed to follow up with me as agreed. Several days later, I received a confirmation email congratulating me on opening my account, but when I tried to log in, I received an error message stating that the account was invalid. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I'm considering canceling my service. It's disappointing how difficult it has been to complete a seemingly simple task with Straight Talk, especially when the promised follow-up was not provided.

Since August 2nd, I've been unable to connect my LG Straight Talk phone. On July 1st, I tried to reconnect with a friend who has a cellphone through another company, but I couldn't. I need to request warranty services for my new phone bought via "My Account" with Straight Talk on May 19th. My order number is [redacted]93. The screen has a noticeable crack across the middle and upper right corner, causing issues with app closures and login problems. Additionally, there are charging problems as various chargers, including new ones, are intermittently not detected, necessitating cord adjustments for a stable charging connection.
