As a single parent who has invested a significant amount of money in your products over the years, I have been attempting to purchase a PS5 for my child for two years now. It has been disheartening to have to explain to him that I cannot afford to pay $[redacted] for one when they are originally priced at $[redacted]. It is frustrating to witness companies prioritize profits over customers, especially children. Allowing individuals to purchase large quantities of PS5 consoles displays corporate greed. I kindly request one final opportunity to purchase a PS5 at the retail price of $[redacted]. If this is not feasible, I will have to discontinue using Microsoft products. By disregarding fair industry practices and moral standards, your company has lost not only my business but also that of countless others. Please consider selling me a PS5 at the original price to uphold your reputation.

I have a STR-DH790-2 receiver. When I watch a movie in Dolby Surround mode, I can hear the background effects and music, but the voices are missing. However, in FRT Surround mode and 2CH/MULTI, I can hear the voices. I believe the Dolby Surround amp is not functioning correctly. I have already tried unplugging it and running the setup again, but there is still no voice in Dolby surround mode. The item is registered, along with the complete S series speaker system. I purchased it on February 14, [redacted], from Amazon, order #[redacted]-[redacted]. What should I do now to have my unit repaired?

I have a PS5 disc edition that I’ve been told can be returned for repairs without proof of purchase. While I'd love to send it back, the estimated 30-day wait is concerning. I use this console daily and have been a loyal Sony fan since the PlayStation days. Although Xbox was enjoyable, PlayStation has always been my preference. I had issues with the red ring of death on Xbox [redacted], switched to Xbox One, then moved to PS4 after selling my Xbox. The Xbox was stolen, leading me to buy the PS5 on Facebook Marketplace, making me hesitant to part with it. I added an HD solid-state drive, but it doesn't always read it correctly. It's not ideal for PS5 games but works well for PS4 games. Although it's fun, I miss the full PS5 experience. The thought of giving up the console is disappointing, so I'm considering selling the disc edition and purchasing a digital one if repairs are assured.

I am inquiring about a $[redacted] refund that I have yet to receive. I reached out to support services to activate Disney Plus on my PlayStation 4. I was instructed to purchase six $[redacted] cards from Walmart, Meijer, and GameStop. I dealt with an agent named Sherry from support services. Now, the phone number is no longer working, and I am unable to reach anyone. I am concerned that my money might be at risk. This issue occurred on the 8th and 9th, and I am awaiting the refund to be credited back to my card. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I need assistance. My account is currently set as the primary account on another person's PS4, and despite my requests, they have not deactivated it. I now have a new PS4 and I am unable to set my account as primary on my new console because the other person has not removed it. I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue by transferring the primary account status back to me. The other individual is using my account without my permission, and I would like to regain access to my games and content.

I have recently returned to Sony after a 2-month absence due to illness. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and have been unsuccessful in resetting it online. Messages were supposedly sent to my old email at [redacted] and my new one at [redacted] Despite trying repeatedly at night, I have not received any replies regarding resetting my password. Attempts to call the listed numbers were futile as they were out of order, making it challenging. It would be greatly appreciated if emails to renew my passwords could be sent to both my work email and the one at home. Did you know that the fat PS3 surpasses current and future gaming devices because it can be connected to a DVD recorder, allowing you to record entire games? I believe Live at PlayStation should focus more on news like upcoming games and better memory storage, perhaps reaching 20TB. It would be great if Sony could let us delete old PS3 games from the Trophy database and free up memory. Hopefully, future consoles will improve memory capacity and allow for the removal of old games from the database. It's important to consider these suggestions.

Two days ago, I found myself in an unfortunate situation where my friends got into an argument while I remained neutral and didn't participate. Following the argument, one of my friends reported the other for hate speech and racism after the other left our PlayStation party. To my surprise, I received a notification the next day at 11:00 am informing me that my PSN account had been temporarily suspended. The reason provided was vague, mentioning a message as the cause without further details. After speaking with my friends, the one who reported the other expressed apologies for unintentionally involving me in the suspension. I later discovered via email that I have been suspended for 2 months while my friends received 1 week bans, despite this not being their first offense. It's frustrating as I was not part of the argument, said nothing inappropriate, and the friend who reported us admitted his mistake.

My Facebook account has been blocked since 12/09/22. During that time, my computer was undergoing repairs, and someone hacked into my account. Facebook messaged me saying: "Hello Reynald, It's possible that someone has accessed your Facebook account. To protect your account, you'll need to answer a few questions and change your password the next time you log in to Facebook. For your security, no one can see you on Facebook until you've secured your account." I received my computer back on 12/11/22, which was too late to change my password, and Facebook had already blocked my account. I haven't received any information from Facebook to reactivate my account - no details, no phone number - and I'm unable to do anything about it.

I recently purchased a 65" Sony TV scheduled to be installed on 12/30/22. I am in search of a budget-friendly pair of wireless headphones to use with it. Considering my slightly weakened hearing and the need for separate volume levels between the headset and TV to accommodate my wife's preference, I am unsure which Sony headphones to choose. I am looking for a solution that allows me to adjust the volume on the headphones to a level comfortable for me. Any recommendations for suitable Sony headphones would be greatly appreciated. I purchased a SONY Xperia 1 IV (XQ-CT54) mobile phone at the "SONY Center" store in Riga, Latvia back in November. I have noticed a rattling sound coming from inside the phone, which is even picked up on video recordings. After contacting the Sony Center, I was referred to their service center, "TSC." Despite confirming that everything functions normally, they acknowledged the rattling noise but dismissed it as being within normal parameters. Is it unreasonable to expect a phone to be silent and free of internal rattling, especially if it can be heard in recordings? Hello, I was banned on Friday, January 13, [redacted], around 8 p.m. It says it was due to hateful comments, but I am positive that I haven't made any since March/April [redacted]. I am already under scrutiny due to a past issue, so I am very careful about what I say as I can be a bit hot-tempered. I suspect individuals who have been harassing me for over a year are falsely reporting me. Perhaps an old picture from a year ago triggered the ban. Could you please assist me in getting unbanned? Check my notifications to see that the ban was unwarranted. Also, the customer service is unavailable on weekends, precisely when most people are using the console and need assistance. Please help.

When checking my PS4's internet connection, a message at the bottom of the screen indicates that the router I'm using may not support IP packet fragmentation, potentially restricting features on the console. After reaching out to the router manufacturer, T-Mobile Internet, they claimed they couldn't assist and advised me to wait for a call from Sony. Unfortunately, I haven't received this call yet. The problem is impeding my ability to connect to Rockstar Games servers for GTA V online gameplay. Interestingly, I experience no issues with online play when connected to other Wi-Fi networks, only facing difficulties when using my home network. This issue is particularly frustrating as I pay a monthly subscription for online gaming, yet I can't access the service due to this problem. I would like this resolved without having to switch internet providers, although I am open to that if necessary. Thank you for any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.

Dear Sony, I wanted to share my positive experience with your products and service. In [redacted], our small museum purchased a Sony DVP-SR 510H DVD player. It has been running a loop video display for 4 hours a day, [redacted] days a season for 8 years. Even in harsh conditions - unheated building, freezing temperatures, and Lake Erie's elements - it performed well. After 8 years, it finally stopped working, and I replaced it with a new Sony Blu-ray player, which worked seamlessly. Years ago, when I made my account, I inputted a random birthdate and forgot what it was. I can confirm all other details on my Sony account except this specific date. Can Sony assist me in retrieving the birthdate associated with my account (sukmadiq21) so I can regain access to my games?

My account was suspended for 60 days after I defended a friend who was being bullied in the game. The other player told my friend to harm himself, but I spoke up because my friend, who is autistic, couldn't defend himself. I believe it's unfair to be suspended for standing up against a bully and protecting a friend. I kindly request for my account to be reinstated as I was only trying to do the right thing by defending those who cannot defend themselves against bullies.

My PS5 is unable to play PS5 games, but it can play PlayStation 4 games. It seems to be a software problem. I've already spoken with someone about it; I just need a link to the email I should receive. Please send the link to my email at [redacted] I can then follow the instructions to have it fixed. My Prime Video and Netflix streaming services are currently not functioning. After reaching out to DISH and Prime Video customer support, the Prime Video agent suggested deleting the Prime Video app and starting over. However, when accessing the App section on my Sony Bravia TV, only the Sony app is visible. Clicking on it redirects to the Prime Video page. The issue arises when attempting to play a show, as it continuously buffers without progressing. Unfortunately, I cannot locate a method to delete the Prime app and start anew. The agent recommended I seek assistance from you to navigate the TV settings to resolve this issue.
