Hello, my name is Tim Rogers. I have been in touch with Sony regarding an issue with my charging port, which has been used excessively. I have shared my positive experience with my friends, who have all purchased Sony headphones as well. Given the extensive use and hours I have put into my headphones, I believe Sony should either provide a replacement charging port at no cost or exchange it for a new one. If possible, kindly send it to my address at [redacted] Tieton Drive, Apt E-29, Yakima, Washington, [redacted]. The part number is S01-[redacted]-P. Dear Sir/Madam, I bought a television from India, West Bengal, and the LED panel broke. When I called the service center, a technician visited, but his behavior was rude. Initially, they quoted a price of [redacted]/- for the LED panel, but later increased it to [redacted]/-. There was a clear miscommunication regarding the pricing, and my overall experience with Sony's service has been very disappointing. Sony is a renowned multinational company, but I will be sharing my negative experience with them on social media. The service center in Kolkata, Neosa Enterprise Pvt Ltd, needs to improve their customer service.
