I am having difficulty logging into my account on my iPhone 14. The message I receive says my access to Snapchat is temporarily disabled due to repeated failed attempts or unusual activity. I assure you, I have not violated any guidelines. Despite trying all the recommended methods to regain access, I have been unsuccessful. Interestingly, I can log in on another person's phone, but the Snapchat app on my Chromebook keeps closing. Is there a solution to restore my access to my account?

Yesterday at 10:30 pm, my account got locked. The mobile number linked to my account has been deactivated. When trying to recover the account using the associated email address, I am not receiving the recovery code. When logging in with my user ID and password, it prompts me to enter an OTP, but I can't receive it on my unavailable mobile number. I need assistance in recovering access to my account.

I've been using Snapchat for over a decade, and it's always been easy to recover my account when I forget my password. However, my phone screen recently broke, making it impossible for me to see the verification code sent to my phone. Since I can't see the code, I'm unable to transfer my number to another device or confirm it via iCloud on a different phone. As a result, I'm currently locked out of my Snapchat account and unable to sign in on another device. I'm unsure of what steps to take next.

I have been wrongly banned from Snapchat, leading to my account being permanently locked. I initiated an appeal, but their response was automated, stating they would not reverse the decision. The ban stemmed from a private story where I jokingly portrayed my teddy bear as a drug dealer to my sister. No explicit terms or illicit substances were included in the posts. I believe if a human reviewer assessed the content, they would recognize the satire and context of the situation involving a teddy bear. Unfortunately, I continue to receive generic responses stating my account cannot be unlocked. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

When I created my account as a child, I used a fake email since I didn't have one then. Recently, I got a new phone and couldn't access my account. Although I believe my phone number is linked, I can't use it for verification. I have many precious photos and friends on that account. Reaching out to customer service only results in receiving automated messages asking for email verification. I am willing to go to great lengths to regain access to my account with sentimental value. At the very least, I would like my snap score transferred to a new account.

Yesterday, my friend had her Snapchat account banned, despite not violating any of the listed policies. Snapchat failed to provide a warning before the ban, contradicting their own policies. Earlier today, my classmate's hacked account was used to trick me into giving out my phone number for a verification code. Once I shared the code and clicked on a link, I was logged out of my account. The account was then changed and rebranded under the username "bbhuwy" and my name, Kaylia Vavricka. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old account and would like it to be permanently deleted to prevent further issues. This incident needs to be reported to ensure others do not fall victim to a similar scam.

Snapchat: I have been unable to log into my account on my iPhone 14 Pro for over 3 weeks as it says my account is temporarily deactivated. However, I can fully use my account on my iPhone 11 Pro. I don't quite understand the reason behind this since I only want to use one phone for Snapchat instead of two. This issue has been going on for a while now and it's starting to bother me a bit. This morning, I opened Snapchat and attempted to send a snap, only to discover that there was a bug preventing me from sending snaps or viewing others'. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I encountered the message that my account was temporarily blocked. Despite trying this process again, I received a notification stating that my account was permanently blocked. I am concerned as I have a significant amount of data stored on my Snap account and did not knowingly violate any policies to warrant a permanent block. Hello, I've been attempting to reset my Snapchat password for the past few months. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the phone where my account is currently logged in. When I try to use the email linked to my account, it claims the email is invalid, which is confusing as it should be correct. I've also attempted to verify using my phone number, but I keep getting an error message stating it can't be used due to suspicious activity, likely from when I let a friend use my number for their account. I just really want to reset my password this time and promise to write it down. There are about 6 to 7 years' worth of memories on that account that I am eager to retrieve. Two days ago, on the 17th, my Snapchat account was hacked at 11:51 PM. I received an email confirming that my email on Snapchat had been changed. I tried to reset the password using the link provided by Snapchat, but everything had been altered, including my phone number. Thirty minutes later, I received a text on WhatsApp from an unknown number asking if the account was mine. I confirmed, and the hacker demanded £30 for the return of my account. After paying, my account was returned, but they then asked for more money. Today, on the 19th of April, two witnesses informed me that the hackers had posted on my story. I have WhatsApp images of the messages and screenshots from the Snapchat team confirming the email change. Please assist me with this issue.
