I was charged $43 for a Snapchat Plus subscription, but I never used the service within the 7-day trial period. I cancelled the subscription 2 days early, yet I was still charged. I do not have the $43 to spare as I am a single mother going through a divorce and trying hard to provide for my children. I have been exchanging emails with Snapchat customer support, and they keep asking for more details about my situation. I really need help as my account balance is now negative. Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my account. Hello! I recently helped my friend and her sister with keeping their Snapchat streaks while they were at camp, which I've done before without any problems.
