I am writing to address a concern regarding my recent shipment with Royal Mail. The tracking number WD[redacted]51GB shows the package was signed for on 18 November [redacted] at 1:01 pm by a signature identified as "XP 1," reportedly the post person's signature due to Covid protocols. However, I was at work during that time, and the delivery was not made to my address at [redacted] New Road, Stoke Gifford, Bristol BS34 8TQ. I kindly request further investigation into the delivery location using GPS coordinates to rectify this issue. Additionally, I want to inquire about the XP1 signature validity, as the item did not reach the correct address and would not fit through the letterbox due to its size. Ideally, I hope to either locate and receive my item at the accurate address or receive a refund for the order totaling £34.95. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Sincerely, S. I mistakenly sent an item back to an Amazon seller without paying the correct postage. The seller, who was away due to covid, returned to find a notification that the item couldn't be delivered due to an outstanding fee. Trying to pay the fee on the Royal Mail website has been unsuccessful as the item is over 4 weeks old. The return details are on the address label. When attempting to contact the Royal Mail helpline at 0[redacted], the call gets disconnected after 15 minutes. I have attempted this twice without success. Can anyone offer assistance?

I received an email stating that my package was delivered, but I have not received it. Upon checking the tracking information, it appears my parcel was mistakenly sent to Bristol instead of Hailsham, East Sussex. The email I received today indicates that it has been delivered, but according to the map displayed in the message, it is in Bristol. I'd appreciate your prompt assistance in retrieving it. Hello, I have a pocket watch being sent to me from the UK. According to the tracking information, the last update was on Tuesday 23 November [redacted] at 05:32, stating that the item was leaving the UK from LANGLEY HWDC. I contacted Australia Post, and they informed me that they have not received the item and suggested reaching out to Royal Mail. My concern is that the item seems to have been stagnant at LANGLEY HWDC for the past 14 days. I am eager to understand why it hasn't departed the UK and when it is expected to do so. I notice that the only contact option provided on the website is by phone, which is not feasible for me to call from Australia. I sent two parcels containing children's toys and clothes to Argentina from a local post office on October 30th. The parcels seem to be lost at Langley. Despite checking daily, the response I receive is that they are in preparation for dispatch, which is frustrating. I suspect they might be lost or stolen. I am reaching my limit with this situation and feel like I am not getting anywhere. I plan to fill out an online claims form after seeking urgent assistance from Royal Mail Post Offices, as the web responses I have received so far have been unhelpful. I purchased an item from sevenAndsix cosmetics on Etsy.com on November 18th. The package has been in transit with Royal Mail since November 20th. It has not reached Italy after nearly 20 days. I sent a package to New Zealand on December 7, [redacted], at Colliergate Post Office in York Y01 8BP. I made it clear by marking the parcel for New Zealand and informing the lady at the counter as well. I also paid for tracking. However, upon checking the receipt yesterday, it stated Switzerland instead. I am concerned about where my parcel is headed now. It contained Christmas gifts for my grandchildren, son, and daughter-in-law. This mistake has occurred before at this Post Office, and it is frustrating to experience this again.

Yesterday my package arrived promptly around 10:25 a.m. I returned it via a post box at approximately 1:30 p.m. Since the delivery confirmation, I have not received any further tracking updates. I am worried that the parcel might be lost or misplaced. The new tracking number differs from the original one assigned when it was delivered, causing difficulty in tracking the current status.

A parcel was picked up from my residence on November 28, [redacted]. It was acknowledged on December 1, marked in transit and out for delivery. However, the intended recipient contacted me days later, saying Royal Mail had not left a card, and she had no knowledge of the parcel's whereabouts. Upon checking the Royal Mail Tracking with Tracking Number KB[redacted]15GB, I found it was set for delivery or collection on December 2. We were confused without a card, and there was no delivery on December 2. I promptly rescheduled a redelivery for Saturday, December 11. To date, the parcel has not arrived. Hello, I am experiencing immense stress due to Royal Mail. On the 18th of November, I sent a return item valued at £90 to Ireland. I paid £15.65 for end-to-end tracking with a signature at the post office, and the tracking reference is RN[redacted]58GB. The package has been stuck in Dublin since the 22nd of November, without any movement. I attempted to file a claims form for the lost parcel last Sunday but was told to wait until the 18th of December. Upon checking the tracking recently, I discovered that the parcel might be returned to me because customs haven't been paid within 16 days. However, I was not informed by the sender that customs needed to be paid for the return of the item. I am distressed by this situation as I have paid a significant amount for the return, and the item's value is important to me. Tracking Number: QP[redacted]76GB I checked the tracking details for my package, and it showed that it was received in Medway on Saturday, December 11, [redacted]. I was anticipating the delivery soon. However, upon reviewing the information today, I noticed that the package is now listed as received in Greenford on Wednesday, December 15, [redacted]. I am puzzled as to why the item went from being nearby in Medway to far across London in Greenford. This seems like an unusual route for delivery and has left me confused. I received an email today indicating that my package was delivered at 11:26 am on 16/12/21. I am currently at home as I'm off work, but no mail was received. About 10 minutes later, I received a Salvation Army donation letter and a small package addressed to 'Dougie Kerr.' The tracking number is WL[redacted]23GB, and the package is from 'Just My Look.' I used an online service yesterday to delay the delivery due to a hospital appointment. Can you please look into this matter promptly and provide me with an update? Thank you - L. Kerr.

Hello, I placed an order for a package on Tuesday and it has not arrived yet. The Royal Mail tracking system shows that the package is being delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24. The estimated delivery window was on the 15th of December between 9:13 am and 1:13 pm. The tracking number assigned to this parcel is FY[redacted]31GB. My address for delivery is 4 Abingdon Rd, Luton LU4 0EE, United Kingdom. The tracking information indicates that the package is currently at the Norwich mail center. I wish to file a complaint about an incident that occurred on 16.12.21 around 2:15-2:45. The postman delivered mail to my house and took two photos, which were then sent to someone else. When asked, he mentioned sending them to his fiancé. He had my mail in his hands with my name, address, and bank name visible on the envelopes. I am extremely worried and believe my house might be at risk of burglary. What steps can I take to address this situation?

On December 14, [redacted], I shipped a parcel via 1st class post to: P. Conner, 1 Viewland Court, Newlands Road, Perth, PH1 1BQ. Unfortunately, the parcel has not been delivered yet. The reference number for the parcel is [redacted]-2fc8-038e-51c4. While the correct postcode was used, there was a slight error in the address; it was written as 1 Viewfield Court instead of 1 Viewland Court, which might have caused some confusion. I would appreciate it if you could kindly confirm the delivery status of the parcel now.

I have been following a letter sent to Ireland using your tracking number LB[redacted]85GB. AN Post in Ireland claims not to have received the delivery for over ten days. Unfortunately, without a tracking number for their system, I cannot determine the item's current location. It's unclear from their system whether it will be further delivered by another partner. Hello everyone, I am currently awaiting a package that was sent from the UK to Italy on November 28th. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates since then. I am frustrated because a parcel sent via 2nd class delivery on December 15th has not arrived despite living in supported housing with 24-hour staff. I have tried contacting the courier through phone and email, but have been met with unhelpful responses.
