Hello, I have an item that needs to be delivered, Tracking Number: NP[redacted]87GB. I received a strange text saying a delivery was attempted on a Sunday morning at 8:50 AM, which I find odd since I was home the whole time and no one buzzed or attempted delivery. Another text mentioned a delivery attempt at 4:59 AM on November 1st, stating no one was available. I will need to pick up the item at the post office tomorrow as I am unavailable today and will be out on Wednesday and Thursday. This situation is unusual, as I have had great service from my postmen and women for the past 28 years. I reside in Portobello, EH15 2HB, and will collect my item from Windsor Place. I have tried multiple times to use the online system without success in voicing my issue. Additionally, I faced two twenty-minute waits on the telephone with no response. Yesterday, the Postman rang my bell, admitting he accidentally delivered my mail to number three instead of my number five. Regrettably, number three's dog tore into the package, resulting in damaged contents of a £19.99 hardback book. Despite their sincere apologies, I am now left with a book marked by teeth and destruction. The Postman expressed remorse, believing our houses were in pairs rather than singular, leading to the error. However, the mistake has left me with a book in poor condition. I would appreciate any guidance on this matter.

My package has been listed as delivered and signed for by the postal worker, but it hasn't shown up. A family member was at home all day, no one rang the doorbell, and we have no idea where it could be. I have proof of postage so the issue isn't there. The package was sent from and to UK addresses using a post office and didn't contain any prohibited items. It was supposedly delivered on Tuesday, 02/11/21. I reside in a flat (building 2, flat 14) and the package wasn't in the mail area. I suspect the postman may have mistakenly delivered it to building number 14 further down the road. I'm eager to locate my package.

I sent a small eBay parcel on Monday, July 8, [redacted], but unfortunately, it seems I forgot to include the house number. The buyer, Dawn Robertson, from Domanside Place in Glasgow, G53 5PT, confirmed that it is house number 23. The tracking number for the parcel is 050847F1A7D.
If the postman is unable to deliver due to the missing house number, will it be returned to me as the sender?

I was expecting a package from the UK to Athens, Greece with tracking number RN[redacted]95GB. Unfortunately, it was mistakenly delivered to "Athens, Denmark" instead of Athens, Greece. I have evidence of the correct Greek address, name, and zip code on the box and sender's receipt. I am willing to provide more documentation if needed. I am puzzled by how this mix-up occurred and why the package wasn't returned to the sender. I am unsure how to proceed but reaching out to Danish PostNord hasn't yielded any results. I am hopeful that Royal Mail can help coordinate with Danish PostNord to locate and retrieve my package. Thank you for your assistance.

I am reaching out from the USA. My daughter, a student at the University of Edinburgh, is awaiting the transfer of her BPR visa to Edinburgh from the Sutton office. Despite being informed by UK visa services that it arrived at Sutton on Oct. 30, it has not been forwarded. The Sutton PO phone system only offers automated options, preventing her from speaking with a postal worker.
Her name is Else Esmond. It is crucial to resolve this promptly as her temporary visa expires in 5 days. I was informed that some positions require an online assessment, but regrettably, I did not receive it. Therefore, I learned that my application was unsuccessful due to not finishing the online assessment. I recently paid for a collection of one of my parcels in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, on October 20th, [redacted], at 22 Paulbrook Road. I think the collection window was between 10 am and 12:30 pm. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an email confirmation, possibly due to accidentally deleting it among my numerous daily emails. The company is requesting proof of sending the parcel back, and without the email, I am unable to provide this evidence. Would it be possible for you to supply me with the proof of purchase containing the parcel code for them to verify on their end, along with proof of collection? The refund they are withholding means a lot to me, and any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am writing to address the issue regarding a package sent to me from Texas, USA, that was supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail to my address in Penkhull Court, Stoke on Trent. Despite the tracking information indicating an attempted delivery, no postman came to my flat as stated. This is urgent.
On November 9th, I posted a small parcel first class signed for with reference number WD[redacted]32GB. The parcel has not reached the recipient at postcode WA8 7LH. The package is valued at £64.00, making its delivery a priority. Upon tracking the reference number, I noticed the message showing 'we have it,' but I am unsure of its location.
I may need to issue a refund to the recipient and file a claim with Royal Mail. If the parcel is within the system, I would appreciate knowing its current whereabouts. I am puzzled as to why it has not been delivered yet.

I bought an item from Ebay scheduled for delivery on November 25th, but the tracking shows it was signed for by someone named XP1, which isn't me. The Royal Mail claims that we signed for our parcel, but this is untrue. The parcel was not delivered today, and our regular postman confirmed he did not receive it nor sign for it. We trust our postman completely, and it's concerning that items are going missing. The thief responsible should be identified and dealt with accordingly. If action is not taken, I will be lodging a formal complaint.

I received a notification from Royal Mail that my parcel would be delivered on 01/12, but no delivery attempt was made even though I was home. On 02/12, while I was at work, I got a notification that my order was delivered and signed for, but I did not sign for it. The package is nowhere to be found, not with my neighbors or in the local delivery office. This situation is completely unacceptable. I demand delivery of my missing parcel.

I paid Funky Pigeon extra for Royal Mail to deliver a card and a box of chocolates to my elderly relative. Despite her being at home, I received emails stating delivery attempts were made but no one was in.
