I sent a large letter on 21/12/19 with "proof of postage." The correct address was on it, but the postcode had one letter wrong. I included my sender address at the back. After speaking to customer service, I was informed it would either be returned to me or forwarded to the correct address within 18 days via Belfast. Despite several attempts, I have not been able to reach customer service or the Belfast office. Neither I nor the recipient, B. J., has received any updates. Please look into this for me. Hello, I need to make changes to the delivery of my order from Tile. The order number is [redacted]. The delivery address provided is for John Petkevicius at the Amazon Locker - Gigil, She’ll Compton Service Station, Bridgnorth Road, Wolverhampton, WV6 8AQ. This is a replacement order that was mistakenly delivered to the locker, which only accepts Amazon parcels. Several crucial financial documents have been mistakenly delivered to an unknown address and returned as undelivered twice in the last three months. The normal mail gets regularly delivered to the wrong address but is handed in by neighbors. Many people along this postal route are experiencing similar issues, indicating a problem with the local sorting office or higher up in the Royal Mail system. I no longer trust Royal Mail and worry about other undelivered items. I have zero confidence in the local operations, and the local support has been unhelpful, showing a lack of care for the situation.

I need to place my passport inside the document before sending it. If the document reaches the address without my passport, I might get rejected. Please assist me in not sending it today. I must send my passport today at the post office when I receive it. Once I have my passport, I will send everything together. I am trying to locate a tracked item with the tracking number GQ[redacted]71GB. It was posted on January 5, [redacted], to be delivered to Bath main post office for local pick up. Unfortunately, it was refused at the post office in Bath, and the seller has not received it back. I had no idea it couldn't be delivered to the post office for pick up, so I apologize for the confusion. Any assistance in tracking down the package would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I hope you're well. I placed an order on the Piping Rock website in the USA which was supposed to arrive before Christmas. Despite my efforts to stay in touch with them, they recently confirmed that the package is likely lost. According to Piping Rock's emails (which I have saved), they could trace it through DHL until it was handed over to Royal Mail in the UK, after which it seems to have disappeared. I have reached out to Piping Rock asking for reference numbers to track the package, but they have not yet responded. This situation is concerning as in the past I had to pay just under £23 to Royal Mail to receive my previous order and I was anticipating a similar process for this one. I shipped a camera through the Romanian post office, but I need to cancel the order because it appears to be a scam. The person who was supposed to pay for it claimed that his bank withdrew more money than intended and asked me to send back the excess. When I refused, they became unresponsive. The post office won't cancel the order, leaving me unsure of my next steps.

I recently got a notification regarding a customs charge for an item coming from the US to the UK that I booked two days ago. I attempted to pay the fee on royalmail.com/feetopay but was unable to find an option for payment. Instead, I discovered that the package has been transferred to the National Returns Centre to be sent back to the US. I want to settle the fee and get the package, but I'm facing difficulties with this situation.

I noticed someone in a car outside my house and approached them to inquire why they were parked there, as I've observed them using the local WiFi for extended periods. The individual, dressed in postal uniform with a bag in their car, claimed to be a mail carrier utilizing the WiFi. I simply wanted to ensure everything was above board and express my concern. Although I couldn't help but wonder why they didn't head home after work instead of lingering. The person reassured me they didn't mind my inquiry. It struck me that perhaps postal workers have more flexibility than I realized, despite their early morning schedules. I just seek confirmation that the individual does indeed work for Royal Mail.

I recently used Royal Mail to send back a faulty VHS Video Cleaner tape to the seller. I followed their advice and posted it 2nd class from Hempstead Post Office on 13/01/[redacted] (ME7 3QE). Today, when I inquired about my replacement, they mentioned not receiving the item and requested the tracking number, which I provided. However, the tracking service states that no updates can be given until delivery is attempted. I reside at 36 The Steynings, Peterborough, PE4 6QL. On Monday, 27th January, I was expecting a first-class parcel from Coatbridge, Scotland; unfortunately, it was incorrectly addressed to 35 The Steynings. Despite speaking to the resident there, who returned it to the postbox marked "Not known at this address," the parcel appears to have been sent to the Returns Department in Belfast. I have already contacted our local sorting office at Papyrus Road in Peterborough, but they confirmed it wasn't held there. I missed a delivery and have tried multiple times to get it re-delivered, waiting in each time without success. After an email from Royal Mail promising another attempt, I was let down again. I now wish for the package to be sent back to the sender for a refund since I have been unable to reach Royal Mail over the phone.

I'm feeling really frustrated trying to contact Royal Mail. The order and postage cost me £30, but I can't seem to get through to them to resolve the issue. I recently received a parcel on 21.01.[redacted] at 71 Bushbury Lane, Wolverhampton. However, upon visiting the address, which is a shop with a post office inside, I was informed by the staff that the parcel was sent to the Royal Mail office in Wolverhampton. As a senior citizen, I have been asked to send photos of various things, which I don't know how to do. This additional task is frustrating, considering it is Royal Mail's fault and not mine. According to the Royal Mail website, they attempted to deliver it, but my mother was not home, which is not accurate as she did not receive any note from the Italian mail. I paid £7.40 for a guaranteed 1 pm delivery with tracking for a parcel. Unfortunately, the tracking never updated to show delivery even after two weeks. The business received the parcel, but I had no proof without the tracking. Despite reaching out to Royal Mail multiple times, I have not received a response regarding this issue.
