It was dispatched on December 14th and is expected to arrive between December 18th and December 24th, but I have not received any status updates. The only information I have received is: "Your item was posted at Post Office® branch, Post Office on 14-12-[redacted]. More information will be available as it travels through our network. I am experiencing an issue with a lost parcel that was being sent to a repair center. On November 23, I sent a parcel following Amazon's instructions with tracking number MU[redacted]05GB. Regrettably, Royal Mail misplaced the parcel. Inside the parcel was a Nintendo Switch neon blue and red with the Fortnite game installed. It has been over a month now, and I am eager to resolve this before Christmas. As I have a 2-year cover with Amazon, I am requesting a replacement for the lost items rather than a refund. I specifically wish to have the console and game replaced due to its warranty coverage. I had been informed by Amazon's technician that repairs were unlikely and a replacement would be issued after sending it to the repair center. I followed these instructions, but the parcel got lost. I seek guidance on how to proceed with replacing the lost items promptly, especially during the holiday season. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter swiftly.

I did not receive a tracking number from Royal Mail. Amazon provided a dispatch number, but the tracking information displayed is limited. The order I expected on Monday, the 23rd did not arrive. I contacted Amazon for help to track the parcel, but the lack of a tracking number made it impossible. I tried calling Royal Mail from Cyprus multiple times, but my calls did not connect. I received a "something for you" card on December 19th. I had it redelivered to my post office and received a confirmation email for the delivery on Saturday, December 21st at Seaforth Road. I couldn't find it on that day, so I tried again on Monday, December 23rd with no luck. I gave it one more shot on Christmas Eve, December 24th, and it still wasn't there. This parcel is a gift for my granddaughter, and as of December 28th, it has not arrived. I wonder if it was mistakenly redelivered to the wrong post office. I'm unable to track it down myself due to my current situation. I've made several calls to your customer service but have been on hold for up to an hour each time. Please advise on the next steps.

I'm currently in Lima, Peru, eagerly awaiting a package from Royal Mail. According to their latest update, a delivery attempt was made today at 08:51 PM, stating there was no answer. However, it's only 04:26 PM, and I've been home all day. I haven't received any notifications or notes. I would appreciate it greatly if I could get in touch with Royal Mail to resolve this issue promptly.

On December 18th, a package was delivered to my address, and my son signed for it in my absence. Surprisingly, the parcel did not have my name on it, just the address. However, my son recalls the postman mentioning my name. Upon opening it, we found a men's coat with no accompanying letter. The package appears to be from someone in Kettering. I reside in a block of 9 flats, so I assumed someone would inquire about the package, despite the lack of name on it. I have been navigating through your website trying to resolve this issue, but I feel like I am going in circles.

Hi, my name is Z. Markuszewska. I sent my ID to the government over a month ago but mistakenly provided the wrong house number for the return address. The ID was sent to my neighbors instead. I shipped a parcel using 1st class signed for service for £4.55. Despite trying to track it, all I get is that "it's in the system." This is concerning as I need the refund. I placed an order with Marks and Spencer on December 13th, intending it to be delivered to my sister at [redacted] High Street, Invergordon IV18 0AE. However, I made a mistake with the postcode (IV18 0EU), resulting in the item being misdelivered on December 17th at 10:20 a.m. to a neighboring house at 28 High Street, Invergordon, IV18 0EU. Despite confirming the delivery through tracking and my sister's visit to the post office, the item has not been returned. I posted an envelope with important documents for Barclays Bank at Spennells Post Office in Kidderminster, Worcestershire on 25/11/19 via recorded delivery. Your tracking service shows that the envelope has not left the post office. The tracking number is WM[redacted]47GBG. Despite contacting Barclays multiple times, they claim they never received previous envelopes, prompting me to utilize your tracking service. After numerous calls to Barclays, I discovered the issue lies with the post office. Spennells Post Office denies having the envelope, and it's not at Kidderminster Sorting Office. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter.

I recently sent a parcel to Vale of Glamorgan on the 16th of December [redacted] via first-class mail from Winterton on Sea, Great Yarmouth. The recipient has not received it, although the tracking information shows it was delivered on the 18th of December at 12:22 pm. I am concerned and wondering if Royal Mail left a delivery card. The recipient was in the hospital that day, but his wife was at home, yet the parcel is missing. I am feeling stressed about this situation. I live in the Netherlands and mistakenly provided the wrong address to my sister, Elisabeth Pearce, in the UK, Somerset, for a parcel intended for my daughter at her new address in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, my sister does not have the barcode and is unsure if she used her own address on the parcel. The recipient's name is Aminata Dia in Beverwijk, Netherlands. Hello, Today, I received an email notification indicating that my package, which required a signature, was delivered. However, nobody was home to sign for it, and I noticed that it was signed with my last name but an unfamiliar signature. Upon my sister's return from work, she found a note left by the postman from Royal Mail in our letterbox stating that the package could be found in our black bin. Regrettably, the item was not located there. I am disappointed because the package should have been signed for properly, yet it appears to have been signed fraudulently, and now I cannot locate the item. I returned an item to Gym King on December 10th at Bardney Post Office but Gym King claims they haven't received it yet. The post office also confirms they don't have the item. I need to know where the parcel is as I'm waiting for a refund and Gym King requires the item to process it. Please send me any proof that Gym King has received the item or inform me about where the parcel is located. Reference: WM[redacted]64GB.

While sitting on a bench in Elizabeth's Garden in Salisbury, I unfortunately dropped my wallet. After realizing it was missing, I returned to the bench and inquired with a couple if they had seen it. According to them, an elderly woman had discovered it, checked with the couple if it belonged to them, and then dropped it into a mailbox with a postcode of SP2132D. In the wallet were my Bulgarian foreign ID card, my debit card, and a few other miscellaneous items.

I placed an order on AliExpress and had it delivered to my sister's address in Cambridge. However, a confusion arose with the delivery address format. After receiving an email confirming the delivery, I discovered through Royal Mail's tracking system that the package was sent to The Hyde delivery office in London instead of Cambridge. This mistake is causing unnecessary inconvenience as my sister cannot travel to London just to collect the package. I intend to file a claim to redirect the package to Cambridge or consider requesting a refund if necessary.

I have a metal gate leading to my porch that serves as a vital indicator when someone approaches my front door. Being disabled and housebound, this signal is essential to me to alert me of any potential intruders. Today, the postman delivered mail through my letterbox but left both the gate and the wooden door leading to the pathway open. Some mail carriers remember to close it, but others do not. Due to my condition, I cannot go to the front door to remind them to shut the gate after delivering my mail. Yesterday, on 12/01/20, instead of receiving my package, I found an attempted delivery notice from the courier. It was baffling because I was home all day due to a recent sprained ankle. Despite my presence, the delivery person did not ring the doorbell, use the intercom, or knock; they simply slipped a note through the door. My neighbor witnessed the courier entering the building without any packages, confirming my suspicions. This unprofessional behavior has become a recurring issue, impacting my ability to receive my paid-for packages. I am now hesitant to schedule a redelivery as I fear the laziness of the delivery person will persist. This ongoing problem not only hinders my online shopping experience but also reflects poorly on the once reputable Royal Mail service.
