I would like to file a claim for the non-delivery of an item from America. I placed an order for Turmeric from a company named Piping Rock and it was shipped on 17.10.19 by DHL Airmail. The package arrived in the UK and was then taken over by Royal Mail with the tracking number UV[redacted]61DE. Unfortunately, when I checked the Royal Mail website, there was no record of this tracking number. I have all the necessary information such as order numbers, payment details, and the amount paid which was £34.51. Despite my attempts to contact Royal Mail through their website and phone number, I have not been able to make any progress or obtain compensation for the lost package. It has been almost 9 weeks since I placed the order, and I am reaching out for assistance on how to proceed with making a claim for compensation.

Dear recipient, Good evening, I contacted the Malaysia Post branch, and they informed me that my parcel was sent back to the UK on 20/12/[redacted]. Can you please attempt delivery again? I was not able to collect my parcel promptly because I just returned from overseas and only found out that it hadn't been received yet, prompting me to look into it. Additionally, they did not notify my family when sending items to my home, so my family was not prepared for the delivery. Please provide me with a solution promptly. Hello, Good evening. I contacted Pos Malaysia about my parcel with tracking number LP[redacted]75GB, and they informed me that it was sent back to the UK yesterday on 20/12/[redacted]. Could you please attempt to deliver it here again? I was not able to collect my parcels because I had just returned from overseas and noticed that I had not received my parcel. Hence, I only took action to check on my parcel. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a solution as quickly as possible. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I missed the delivery because I recently returned from overseas and just realized that my parcel had not been received. Therefore, I took immediate action to track my parcel. I have not been receiving the Christmas cards my sister in Felixstowe, Suffolk, sends me to my address in Perth, Scotland, for the past three years. She mails the cards first class with the correct address and postcode. This year, she even mentioned it at the local post office. I receive cards from various places in England without any issues, so I'm wondering what is happening with the post from Felixstowe to Perth. Can someone please investigate this for me? - B. Dover

I dropped off my family Christmas cards more than two weeks ago at the post box located on Brighton Road near my home on Perryfield Road, RH118AA. Despite mailing them, none of my family members in Crawley, Brighton, Devon, and other places have received their cards. I am concerned because some of the cards contained cheques and gift cards, and it's worrying that they won't receive them before Christmas. I'm wondering if there have been any local postal service issues causing this delay as I'm quite upset that the cards seem to be lost in transit.

I sent a Waterstones voucher inside a Christmas card, along with a letter. I requested confirmation of its safe arrival. Unfortunately, the letter came back carefully resealed, but the voucher and card were missing. The £7 voucher was meant for a young teenager. As a 76-year-old with mobility issues from minor surgery and a painful back, this loss is significant. Additionally, the recipient's grandmother is going through chemotherapy.

I received a message yesterday at 6:09 pm stating that package QS[redacted]25GB was not delivered after an attempt at 5:09 pm due to an access issue with the driveway/front door. We were home all afternoon, and no delivery attempt was made. The driveway and path to the front door were clear, with a light on over the front door. This is not the first time this has happened on a Saturday afternoon. It appears that your staff members are not making an effort to locate our house, fulfill their duties, and are then attempting to shift blame onto us. I do not appreciate being deceived and I am extremely disappointed in your service.

Hello, my order status shows it was delivered on December 7th, but I have not received it. I checked with my neighbor, and they did not have it either. Is it possible that the package was left at the post office instead? Could you confirm if the package was left in a specific location? I purchased an item on eBay and the seller shipped it via Royal Mail. The delivery was scheduled for between December 19 and December 24. The tracking information has been confusing - it initially mentioned issues like the item being refused or the recipient not being at the address, even though I never interacted with any delivery person because no one arrived at my house. The tracking now shows that the item was redirected to a new address and refused by the recipient again. I was expecting a delivery from Smol on December 19th, but never received it at 9 Hallfields Road, Warrington WA2 8DL. After contacting Smol, they apologized and promised to investigate. I discovered the package was mistakenly delivered to an address that my neighbor no longer resides in, despite my address being clearly printed on the package. The Royal Mail item reference is SM[redacted][redacted]F, and bag ID is 315CF[redacted]. I accessed the misplaced package at my neighbor's property at 7b Hallfields Rd. I have her key temporarily, and I am concerned about this reoccurring. I hope for a prompt resolution from Smol to prevent this from happening in the future.

I recently reached out to Royal Mail regarding a package that was incorrectly delivered to my neighbor's vacant property instead of my address at 9 Hallfields Road, Warrington. Even though my address was clearly printed on the package, it was still misdelivered. I contacted Smol, the sender, after realizing the error, and they are investigating the issue. It's concerning that this mistake occurred and I worry about the security of my mail in the future. I placed an order on December 6th, but on December 13th, the delivery was attempted when I was not at home, and no delivery card was left for me. I am in Spain, and the local post office informed me that the Royal Mail tracking number RV[redacted]13GB is insufficient. They advised me to provide the tracking number from Correos (Spanish post office) to locate my order. Therefore, I require the tracking number from Correos to track the whereabouts of my order.

My Royal Mail parcel was sent using the "Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm" service. It was dropped off at the post office on Saturday, December 21st, but today, Monday, December 23rd, I have not yet received it. I urgently need this item before Christmas, as Royal Mail's website states that today, the 23rd, is the final delivery day for Special Delivery. Additionally, other parcels have been successfully delivered to my home already. Despite it being past 1pm, no sign of my parcel. Any assistance in ensuring I get this before Christmas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Royal Mail parcel was sent using the "Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed *pm" service. It was handed over to the post office on Saturday the 1st of December. Today is Monday the 3rd of December, and I have not received my item yet. I urgently need it before Christmas. According to the Royal Mail website, Monday the 3rd is supposed to be the last delivery day for special delivery items. Royal Mail has already made deliveries to my home for other parcels, and it is now past *pm. I really need this item before Christmas. Thank you.

I shipped a parcel with international tracking from the UK 4 weeks ago. The parcel arrived at Langley HWDC the next day and was then handed to the delivery partner, GLS. However, GLS is unable to track the parcel with the provided tracking ID, RN[redacted]82GB. I have tried contacting Royal Mail, but after being on hold for over half an hour, there's no sign of when I'll get through. I also emailed GLS but have not received a response. Any assistance with locating my parcel would be appreciated.

I am assisting my 93-year-old relative who lives 15 miles away. There are boxed flowers ready for delivery, but a fee must be settled. Unfortunately, no one can collect the parcel from the Ripley Derby's depot. With my husband coming home from the hospital after surgery, I am unable to make it to Ripley. There is no one else available to help her. I am prepared to make the payment over the phone or upon delivery. Please consider the perishable nature of the item. I sent a parcel to my sister on November 28, [redacted], but she still hasn't received it. My sister, Iris Lawson, lives at 4 Capstan Way, Thorne, Doncaster, DN8 5UN. The package included a large box of Border Choc. Mint Biscuits, a £50 M&S Voucher, and two special Christmas cards. The postage cost me £3.55. I would like the parcel to be located and delivered to my sister if possible. If not, I would appreciate compensation for the loss as I am a pensioner and cannot afford to replace the contents. While posting the parcel at Asda Chesser in Edinburgh, the lady at the post office mentioned an issue with the postcode, but I am confident it was correct.
