I attempted to order a movie titled "How to Exercise God" or "The Exorcism of God" from row 8. Initially, it charged me $5.49, then another $3.49 unexpectedly. It was meant to be a total of $5.49 for the movie. After completing the order, there was no play button. I had to reattempt the order, resulting in an additional charge of $3.49. Consequently, the movie I intended to buy for $5.49 ended up costing me $9. Additionally, Roku charged me $14.99 and $9.99 for subscriptions that I had intended to cancel, making the total over $35 for the movie.

I attempted to purchase the movie "How to Exercise God" or "The Exorcism of God" from Row 8 through Roku. Initially, Roku charged me $14.99 and $9.99 for two subscriptions I intended to cancel. Then, Row 8 charged me $5.49 for the movie, but when the transaction was complete, there was no play button on the Home Screen. I had to reorder it, and after trying to navigate back and forth, it still prompted me to order. Upon pressing it again, it charged me an additional $3.49, totaling almost $35 for a $5.49 movie.

I have been having trouble accessing BritBox through my Amazon Prime account for about a month now. I previously spoke with a customer service representative over the phone, but the issue was not resolved. Today, I encountered a problem signing into YouTube TV. After entering the code at tv.youtube.com/start, I received a message saying I am almost set with one more step, but there was no link provided to complete the process. I prefer not to seek help from third-party websites and would appreciate either speaking with a representative in person or through live chat for assistance.

Last week, my husband passed away, and while reviewing our bank statements, I discovered that Roku has been charging $8.65 to our debit card. Unfortunately, I do not have his account login details, as I was unaware that we had this account. I want to cancel this payment without affecting our bank account or blocking the debit card. Recently, my credit card has been charged randomly. There was a $7.99 charge a few weeks ago, followed by charges of $1.00 on June 14th and today. I canceled my subscriptions in November [redacted], so I suspect someone has gained unauthorized access to my card. This is unrelated to my Roku account, and I need to stop these unauthorized charges promptly. It is inconvenient to cancel my card and get a new one, but I cannot risk someone continuing to use my card, especially through Roku. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I wanted to inquire about using two Roku Streaming Sticks at home and how billing works for each device. After being directed to "Just Answer," I was prompted to join for a $1.00 trial, but my debit card was charged $42.00+ in addition to the $1.00 trial fee without my consent, causing my credit union to freeze my account. Now, I may need to get new debit and credit cards. Dealing with this is incredibly frustrating, and "Just Answer" has been unhelpful, even attempting to connect me to a doctor. The whole situation is aggravating beyond belief.

I have been using the Roku Streaming Stick 4k for several months. Everything has been working fine until about 3-4 weeks ago when I couldn't access any live programs on the ARD Mediathek. This also applies to all genre programs listed under the page navigation / channel. I can still stream missed shows without any issues. All other streaming services like ZDF, Sat, etc. are also working fine for live content. This issue is only with the ARD Mediathek.
I have checked for updates, deleted the app, restarted the Stick, and reloaded the app, but the problem persists.

I was given a Roku TV without a remote and decided to purchase one from the Roku website. Initially, the remote worked perfectly when I powered up the TV. However, after doing a factory reset to remove the previous owner's information, the remote became unresponsive. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps such as unplugging the TV, removing and changing the remote batteries, and attempting to manually pair the remote via the Roku app, the issue persists. The remote only turns the TV on and off, none of the other buttons are working. As a result, I am unable to proceed past the language selection screen as the remote doesn't have a "select/ok" option. The Roku app is also unable to detect any devices on my network, making it impossible to pair the remote that way. Additionally, my remote does not feature a pairing button near the battery compartment.

Three days ago, we began experiencing problems with our Roku. We have units on both floors of our house. The issue specifically affects the upstairs unit, where we are unable to watch any programs on the "Roku Channel" or "Hallmark Movies Now" channel. This issue persists on both units, ruling out a problem with the device itself. Although the programs appear on the screen, selecting one does not initiate playback. We have attempted various troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache, restarting the unit, updating the software, and performing a factory reset. Unfortunately, none of these efforts have resolved the problem. We seek assistance with this issue.

For the past two days, our Roku device has been experiencing issues. When trying to select a program on the "Roku channel" or "Hallmark Movies Now" channel, the screen goes black briefly and returns to the menu without playing the content. I have been charged for channels I am not subscribed to. Even after setting up a four-digit pin, I was still getting charged. I discovered that the pin I set up was not active, so I had to manually go in and activate it to prevent further charges. Currently, my bank account is overdrawn by $79 for an AMC channel that I did not authorize. Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel the channel and request a refund through the site, which is frustrating. I urgently need a refund for this unauthorized charge. I want to cancel this channel immediately and receive my money back. I did not authorize this purchase, and I refuse to pay for a channel I did not subscribe to.

I've had my Roku Ultra for about 1.5 years now. Recently, I've been experiencing a recurring issue where the audio cuts out after watching for a while. I have to reset the Roku to resolve the problem, but it keeps happening every couple of days. The audio stops during shows on different apps like Netflix, HBO Max, and Hulu. It's frustrating to have to reset the device multiple times in one evening while in the middle of watching a show.

I signed up for Roku yesterday evening for a 7-day trial at $10. Unfortunately, today I noticed that Peacock was added for $5 without my consent, which was frustrating. I did not want either service. Also, the chatbot I interacted with asked for more money to connect me to a live agent, which was disappointing. As a senior on a budget, I am requesting a refund to my card promptly. I noticed three charges from Roku on my recent bank statement. On 06/26/[redacted], I noticed a charge of $9.62, which seems to be correct for the Stars channel on Roku. However, on 07/05/[redacted], I was charged $0.28 and $10.69, which I did not authorize.
When I checked my Roku account online, I only saw the $9.62 charge for the Stars channel, not the additional charges. I am confused as to where these unauthorized charges went and what they were for. It seems that these charges are not reflecting accurately between my bank statement and Roku account.

I am having trouble connecting my Roku stick to my new T-Mobile WiFi. The Roku remote is not allowing a direct connection since it is not connected to the internet. The remote can turn the TV off, but the Roku stick was previously linked to a Cox router without issues. We are transitioning to a cord-cutting setup relying on the Roku. The Roku stick is plugged into the HDMI2 port on the TV. The TV is linked to the router, which also connects to two iPhones, an iPad, and a printer.

I subscribed to Fubo using my Roku account. I could watch everything until I tried to view a live stream replay of the [redacted] Women’s World Cup. I was directed to the Fubo website to enter a code, but it didn’t work. Thankfully, I managed to watch it on my phone, although I prefer viewing on my TV screens for a better experience. I've been charged for multiple channels that are not available on my TV and not part of my Roku account. Despite having a purchase prevention setting, these channels are billed by Roku and I do not have access to them. Due to my health conditions, I rely on autopay for my bills. I placed an order for a power cord and sticky Roku shelf holders on July 10, [redacted], with Order number: [redacted]95. It took 17 days for the package to arrive. Upon opening it, I found the sticky things included, but the power cord was missing. I could overlook the sticky things, but my kittens chewed the cord, so that's essential for me. I would appreciate it if you could just send me the missing power cord without the need for a return. Waiting to receive just the cord.

I'm frustrated with my Roku TV. It worked fine for 2 years, but now I can't stream anything on the Roku channel. The screen stays black, and even using the mobile app leads to playback errors. I've contacted customer support, who have been friendly, but after a week, the issue isn't resolved. I'm baffled as to why my account might have been banned or my IP address blocked. Given that the Roku channel is free, this experience has made me want to avoid their products and services in the future.

I recently discovered that a monthly fee of $11 was being deducted from my bank account. Being on a tight budget of $[redacted] a month, every dollar counts for me. Upon realizing the charge was for Roku, in addition to the $17 I paid for Netflix, I opted to use Freevee instead. However, Freevee's unexpected commercials left me frustrated as I attempted to update my payment information.
