I need help changing my email address for account verification and updating passwords on PoShMaRk. I have contacted PoShMaRk Support and am awaiting a response. Get Human provided great assistance with a previous issue, and I hope to receive some guidance and support here as well. It has been more than two days since PoShMaRk last replied, and changing my email is crucial to me.
I suspect someone might have accessed my device(s), as I recently visited the Apple Genius Bar for a diagnostic check on both phones. One was factory reset as new with a new Apple ID and password last week, while the other phone is new since early June. Providing these details to emphasize the seriousness of the situation.
My new email accounts, created in early July, have been flagged for suspicious activity, and one is in the account recovery process. Additionally, I attempted to create an email account on another encrypted site, but the registration failed. I received an email from the company, but the password I set up does not work.

I recently bought a "Leave it On" bag on Poshmark for $[redacted] yesterday. I'm unsure why I received a $[redacted] refund today since I don't recall having an account on Poshmark. I wanted to share my recent experience with a Free People Top by We The People being mistakenly removed from my closet. Despite being labeled as counterfeit, I can assure it is authentic. I am willing to provide multiple images of the item, along with the original label. Shortly after raising this concern via email, my entire closet was unexpectedly removed, preventing me from making any posts or interactions. I pride myself on maintaining a 5-star rating, prompt shipping, and only offering genuine items. I am at a loss as to why this has occurred and have yet to receive a response to my inquiries. I bought a pair of SAS Free Time Shoes from Poshmark listed as size 9.5 W, but they feel like a 9 W and don't have the size marked inside. When I tried on the same style in a store, the 9.5 W fit perfectly. I filed a return request promptly, but Poshmark denied it. The seller insists they're 9.5 W, even though the size isn't indicated in the shoes. I've been a loyal Poshmark customer and would like to return the shoes using a Poshmark-provided shipping label and receive a refund as the size doesn't match the listing.

My phone number has changed, and I am unable to access the verification code sent to my old number. I have submitted copies of my Wyoming issued driver's license and debit card multiple times without receiving any response. I have sold items worth $[redacted] and have not been able to access my funds. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance. I urgently demand access to my money or the return of my items. This experience has been very disappointing, and I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau if the matter is not resolved promptly.

I have been using Poshmark to sell items for a few months. During this time, I have had numerous successful sales, receiving mostly 5-star reviews, with only one 4-star review. Unfortunately, I have encountered issues with two buyers who claimed the items they purchased were counterfeit. Interestingly, I have received love notes from other buyers who confirmed the authenticity of the same item, even providing a receipt for the last disputed purchase. However, I am facing challenges with Poshmark's communication channels and their bias towards the buyers in these situations. I bought a shirt and two pairs of socks in a bundle from a seller who initially agreed to a lower price. Shortly after, they offered a new deal with the shirt for additional shipping costs, which I declined as I had already finalized my purchase. When my order arrived, a pair of socks was missing. Despite reaching out to Poshmark, no resolution was provided except for returning the entire order for a refund. I simply want the missing item I paid for without incurring extra shipping fees. It's frustrating that there's no customer support number available. This was meant to be a gift, and the seller's lack of assistance in rectifying the missing item they caused is disappointing.

My username is @reikironi. I bought a sweater that didn't match the color in the photo. The seller wouldn't accept the return, even though I took clear outdoor pictures without flash. Also, when I inspected the sweater again, I found a flaw in the ribbing near the neck that wasn't mentioned. The sweater was described as in excellent condition. The color is more sand or straw than light yellow, which is understandable because colors can vary. I've had some good purchases, but too many items have not matched the listing or the seller has been unresponsive. It's frustrating not knowing who you're dealing with. Poshmark refused the return as the earnings were released to the seller. Poshmark profits from sellers and should refund the sweater, only suitable for donation. I have a 5-star rating, and all my items are accurately depicted. I might switch to Mercari or eBay at the end of the year due to how Poshmark handles claims. The process should be easier, and communication should
be improved. Fed up with this. End of rant.

However, this morning at 9:00 AM, I received a message notifying me that my order had been canceled. I am puzzled by this as I made sure to check off all the necessary boxes and confirmed it was shipped. I believed that once shipped, buyers were unable to cancel orders. The situation has left me feeling frustrated with this platform, and I am considering discontinuing its use if this issue is not resolved promptly. I am requesting a refund, as I am concerned that the buyer, with the username sarah51706, may take advantage of the situation and keep the leggings without payment, possibly even blocking my account. I am eager to address this matter as it is disheartening to encounter such a complication with an item as nice as the leggings I sold.

I recently received a Michael Kors backpack from Cassi Creed that I purchased. Sadly, one of the straps is damaged to the extent that it may tear completely when I use it, rendering the strap unusable. I tried contacting Poshmark to address this issue but faced challenges sending a photo due to its size exceeding the limit. I am not proficient with technology and struggled to resize the image correctly. I believe I can email the picture without issues. I have not received two different items I ordered. I have been trying to contact Poshmark support since Tuesday, but with no luck. They seem to have a plan, but I don't know what it is, which is making me anxious. I messaged them asking to know the plan or if this is the plan, but there has been no response. I just want to know how many more days I need to wait for each item before I request a refund. I want assurance that I will receive the two refunds. Please provide me with the email addresses for each package in case they do not arrive.

I'm having trouble receiving the email link to reset my password. I forgot my password, and a representative mentioned my email notifications are off. I was advised to turn them on in my account; however, I can't access my account to do so without my password. I've missed messages from customers, which is concerning. Is there a way to bypass this issue and receive a password reset link even without email notifications enabled? Can you provide a temporary password or access to my account? I've been dealing with this for three days, and the screenshot I attached shows the problem, but I still haven't received the link.

I recently discovered unauthorized purchases on my account and contacted customer service for a refund promptly. However, a few days later, additional unauthorized purchases were made from my account without my knowledge, and these were sent to unfamiliar addresses. I've repeatedly contacted customer service regarding this issue with no resolution. As a single mother with a sick daughter, I can provide hospital records to verify our situation. I purchased a Canada Goose jacket, but have not yet received it. The receipt is from Venmo and shows a transaction with Poshmark. However, I received a package from Mark E. with the wrong item. I need to confirm if the jacket will arrive by Monday. If not, I request a cancellation and a refund to buy from another store. I was informed that a refund could be processed by the 23rd. Additionally, please send a return envelope for the incorrect item sent to me.

I dropped off my package at the post office last Friday, which was 5 days ago. The tracking status kept showing "pending shipment scan." I realized that after adding insurance to my package, the tracking number on the label changed. Despite emailing Poshmark throughout the day to request a correction, they have not provided any useful guidance. I'm hoping to find a way to update the tracking number within the app myself. I have the receipt to prove the change, but the responses from Poshmark have been unhelpful and appear to be scripted. I'm feeling lost about what steps to take next.

I made an offer on a pair of Doc Marten Chelsea boots, and it was accepted some time later. The seller informed me that they had shipped the item, but I never received a tracking number. Today, the tracking information states that the item was delivered, but I haven't received anything. I recently sold my Gucci glasses on Poshmark. After the sale, I was waiting for the funds to be deposited into my bank account. However, when I logged into the Poshmark app, I was asked to update my phone number. After doing so, I noticed that all my previous activity and balance history had disappeared. It seems like my account has been reset and now appears as a new account. I have not yet received the $79 payment into my account. I'm confused about what is happening with my account.
