I spoke with a representative yesterday regarding double payments in my account. These issues are related to the difficulties between Payoneer and Onlinejobs.ph, causing payment delays to our VA's. We have now transitioned to using Wise. Recently, I removed my old bank account (First Bank), as it is closed. I added a new bank account (Bank of America) after deleting the First Bank account. During the call, I learned that the first three payments intended for Lovely, John, and Cel were directed to the closed First Bank account, leading to rejections. To rectify this, I re-issued the payments to go to our Bank of America account. John Labra informed me that he received the $[redacted] payment and expects the next one tomorrow, which would result in double payments. Currently, I see only one charge in my Bank of America account. I am looking forward to your response.

My account is currently blocked, and I am unsure of the reasons behind this action. I have been a resident of Germany for a year and can provide documentation such as a residence permit and a rental contract to verify this. I am reaching out to understand the steps required to unblock my account or if I need to create a new one. I believe there must be a misunderstanding as I have not engaged in any activities that would warrant my account being closed. In fact, I have joined the Payoneer affiliate program, which demonstrates my commitment to following the guidelines. I recently received an automated message stating that my account was blocked due to illegal transactions. However, my account history shows no transactions conducted, neither payments sent nor received. I am facing an issue with my Payoneer account as I no longer have access to the phone number I originally used for registration. The system keeps asking for a 2-step verification code, which I cannot receive. I have attempted to sign in with my email instead, but it directs me back to verifying my phone number. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in accessing my account while I update my phone number.

As a non-US citizen, I created a Payoneer account to access various internet platforms as an affiliate. It has been 8 days since the account was created. I received an approval email, went to the verification center, and submitted all the necessary documents. While my national ID was approved, my address verification is pending. Despite multiple emails and submitting additional documents like my Liberia Electricity Corporation receipt for address verification, I have not received a resolution. I am still unable to access the USA Bank account I need. I would appreciate any assistance in expediting the verification process.

Da tre anni utilizzo Payoneer per ricevere i miei guadagni da Bigo Live e nonostante i ritardi, mi sono generalmente trovato bene. I was instructed to reach out here from customer support for assistance. I am unable to access live chat or the call us feature because I cannot log into my account. I recently reset my password due to forgetting it, but I am facing issues with the retrieval tool.
