I received a phone in Bulgaria from a UK seller on Ebay, but it was incorrect. Despite returning it with recorded delivery, the seller claimed they hadn't received it. Royal Mail confirmed delivery, but the seller only refunded after I followed up. The refund is now "PENDING" on Paypal. The seller is asking for tracking info on the phone. I need to update my PayPal account information. I have no complaints. I need to: a) change my primary email address; b) update my primary telephone number; c) confirm if I registered using the nickname "Cathy" or the full name "Catherine"; and d) update my new credit card information. I can't access my account as I've forgotten the password I used during registration. The old email on the account is: [redacted], but I can't remember the password for that either. I've been attempting for two days to transfer my PayPal funds to my PayPal Prepaid card without success. I was informed yesterday that the transfer would be possible after 24 hours. Today at 2:30, I tried to proceed with the transfer as instructed by the PayPal Prepaid team, but I am still unable to access my funds. Upon contacting the prepaid support today, I was advised that PayPal has the ability to override the restriction. However, when I reached out to PayPal, they indicated that there was nothing they could do and suggested transferring the money to a friend or family member, which is not an option for me. I also lack an additional card to transfer funds to. Subsequently, I contacted prepaid support again and requested to speak with a supervisor, but was placed on an indefinite hold. It seems my funds will remain in my PayPal account indefinitely.

I am unable to use my Paypal account. I recently bought a CRI genetics test for my sister using PayPal. However, when asked for the shipping address, I changed it from mine to hers in Seattle. I wanted the test kit to be sent to her place, not mine. The billing address is still mine since it's a Christmas gift. I attempted to buy an additional ancestry.com kit for her through PayPal, but it indicated that the information provided was incorrect. How can I rectify this issue? I don't want my sister to have access to my PayPal account; I just want the gift I purchased to be shipped to her address. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter so that I can use PayPal again? After the purchase, I did receive a call from PayPal to verify that the transaction was legitimate.

I have an account linked to the email [redacted] I received notifications from PayPal and my email asking for tax identification details. Clicking the link or trying to resolve the issue led to an error page. I searched the website, used the resolution center, and attempted live chat to no avail. I am unsure how to lift the account limitation. I also seek clarity on the use of the information I provide. I purchased an item from babyshark-co.com for $73.20 including shipping on Nov. 11, [redacted], opting for an $35 express shipping to receive it within 8 days. After reaching out on Nov. 19th and receiving no response, I was later informed via email that my order was shipped with tracking information that didn't work. Reaching out again on Nov. 22, I was assured they would check with the courier. Despite a follow-up email, I have yet to receive any helpful information. I contacted Shopify, the company's listed affiliate, who directed me to PayPal for further assistance.

On September 5 and September 12, my husband made two transactions of $[redacted] each from his American Express account to deposit into my checking account. Unfortunately, my bank rejected these deposits due to a previous issue. I am seeking assistance in locating the whereabouts of the funds. His American Express account is under the email [redacted] while mine is associated with [redacted] I have since opened my own account under [redacted] and request that the money be transferred there. The delays and complications have caused me significant emotional and financial strain. Despite numerous attempts through customer service calls, emails, and research, I have not found a resolution. There was a link on Facebook for dental products with a half-price offer. I ordered them for a friend who was in an accident, but I didn't receive the package and found out it was delivered to a different address than mine. I suspect my friend changed the shipping address without my knowledge. I paid $90 for the products with my Visa card, and I'm concerned about possible fraudulent use of my card. I have reported this issue and requested a refund to my card. The company claims they tried to contact me, but I never received any notification. I received this email that appears to be a scam. Here is the content in full: Dear Graham Evans, Fred James has sent you a payment of £[redacted].00 GBP via PayPal. Transaction ID: 72W56358RF799193C Status: Pending...98% complete (AWAITING COURIER PAYMENT) Description Amount Merchandise £[redacted] Shipping/handling £[redacted] Total £[redacted].00 GBP To complete the transaction, you are asked to transfer £[redacted].00 GBP to a courier via Bank Transfer. This is supposedly to secure the transaction and make PayPal safer for buying and selling. Once the transfer is done, you should provide a Transfer Receipt or A Screenshot Of The Transfer Page to receive confirmation. This message seems suspicious and is most likely a fraudulent attempt to obtain money from you. Be cautious and avoid sharing any personal or financial information. If you have any concerns, reach out directly to PayPal to verify the legitimacy of this request. Thank you.

I have recently noticed unauthorized transactions on my PayPal account dated 12/11/18. Two transactions were made without my consent: one from Cameraranc for £55.02 and one from Gamania for £47.30. Upon contacting PayPal on 19/11/18, they advised me to contact my bank's fraud team. The bank canceled my card and initiated the process for a new one. PayPal assured me they would refund these transactions due to the different country locations. However, despite contacting them again on 26/11/18, no refund has been received. The customer service experience has been challenging, with long waiting times on the phone. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter and the refunds processed without further delay. I contacted a phone number listed as PayPal Customer Service, 1-[redacted], and spoke with a foreign-speaking individual regarding a payment issue with a Spider-Man PlayStation 4 Slim on Ebay. Despite PayPal confirming my good standing earlier, the merchant charged my debit card after I had purchased the item elsewhere. The individual on the phone requested details of the purchase and my card information, then instructed me to buy Google Play cards amounting to $[redacted], $[redacted], and $[redacted] to resolve the issue. Sensing a scam, I protested and mentioned involving my bank, which led to the call being abruptly ended.

I recently made a purchase of two dresses that were supposed to be from California, but they ended up coming from Singapore after five weeks. I tried to exchange them for a different size, but the only way to contact the company is through email as they do not have a phone number. Now they are asking for a photograph of the return package, which I did not take a picture of since I used the return slip. I have sent them multiple emails, but they keep insisting on proof of the return to issue a refund. I used PayPal with my debit card for the purchase, and I have already spent $[redacted] on this. I purchased a t-shirt from Atee-Store for $24.75, but I received a confirmation for one t-shirt only. Upon checking my Paypal Credit statement, I noticed that Tee Chip was paid $24.75 on October 28, [redacted]. The same amount was charged to my Paypal Mastercard account on October 27, [redacted]. I asked for a refund, but instead, they sent me two t-shirts in the wrong size. I have tried emailing them countless times as I can never reach them by phone. The seller requested proof of the double charges, which I provided, but they claim they only see one charge. I need PayPal to verify that I was indeed charged twice by this seller. I value PayPal as a secure payment method but now feel unsure about the sellers it supports.

I placed an order with BG Holding LTD and later filed a claim with PayPal after not receiving my item or a tracking number for a month. Suddenly, I got a tracking number for my package from this supposed US company, but it slowly made its way from China and was delivered to the wrong address. PayPal closed my dispute because it showed as delivered. Since I had paid for insured shipping, I approached the Post Office for help. They confirmed the package was delivered as addressed but are investigating further as I have proof showing my correct address. Despite this, the Post mistress mentioned that the insurance might not cover it if the package was addressed correctly. I've tried contacting the company multiple times but only receive automated responses. Based on my experience, PayPal should consider blocking this company as they seem like scammers finding ways to manipulate the system. The package I received was labelled as a small package, which is suspicious since I ordered a king-size quilt. It's possible the company sent an insignificant item to the wrong address to mislead my PayPal claim.

I sent a payment to a friend around October 1st to [redacted] for a condo security deposit. Lisa Luisi confirmed receiving the $[redacted] via email. She mentioned on November 9th that the funds weren't withdrawn as per our agreement that it would be returned if the condo was left undamaged. Can you confirm this and guide me on how to transfer it from her account to mine? PayPal charged my credit card for this transaction. I'd prefer to have it deposited back to my card, but transferring it to the BMO US dollar account is also fine. I will call on Friday morning for further instructions. It is crucial for me that the funds are not left in her PayPal account.
