I am currently residing with my elderly father as he undergoes heart surgery this week. Recently, I bought a new mattress, bedding, and a mattress cover for my daughter. Unfortunately, I had my T-Mobile Wi-Fi box stolen while I was at the hospital. It was discovered that a maintenance worker who had been employed there for 35 years was responsible for taking and using my Wi-Fi for his personal entertainment, resulting in additional charges on my account. I have already paid back the amounts he incurred over the past 8 months for services like Netflix and Hulu. I am truly impressed with this product. It is incredibly soft and low maintenance. I simply wash it in the machine and hang it to dry. I prefer air-drying it instead of using the dryer due to its delicate silk material. After using it, my hair and skin feel amazing. The only drawback is that it's not ideal for wearing face products to bed as they can transfer onto the pillow and cause a minor oil stain. Also, it tends to slip off my bed, but that might be my own doing. Despite these minor issues, I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

My account was closed without explanation after I paid for the month, resulting in 2 days of lost viewing. When I called customer service, they couldn't find my account or phone number but asked for my bank details. I need help closing my Netflix account for good. My account is under the name Khalil M. Due to my busy schedule, I no longer have time to watch Netflix.
I've been unable to access my Netflix account for quite a while now. I've attempted to cancel my account by logging in, but the system is not allowing me to do so. In December [redacted], my father passed away, and his Netflix account was registered under [redacted] I chose to keep the account due to sentimental value but updated the payment details to my credit card. However, I have encountered login issues and cannot access his email to manage the account settings. At this point, I believe it's necessary to cancel the subscription for [redacted] as I have been unable to utilize the account despite paying for it. I recently subscribed to my own Netflix account to connect all my TVs but ended up with the wrong account appearing on my devices. I signed up on 8/1/23 after being a guest on my granddaughter's account under the name LOU. I asked her to remove me as a guest, and she confirmed she did so. However, her guest list is now appearing on my account under Lou, and I can't access Netflix under my new account, Mary L. Campbell. I was charged twice by Netflix within a few hours on my credit card. Instead of charging the card when there were sufficient funds, they charged PayPal, which was not set up as a backup. Despite attempts to charge the credit card without enough time to add funds and without checking the balance, there should have been a refund to PayPal and the correct card charged. I won the dispute with PayPal, and Netflix did not respond. Instead of resolving the billing properly by charging the correct card, Netflix closed my account as a reaction to PayPal's decision. This account closure should be reversed, and the appropriate card should be charged. I am reaching out here because Netflix does not offer email support for necessary documentation, and the support agent I spoke to was unable to help beyond basic issues customers can solve on their own.
