I want to report unauthorized transactions on my credit card that occurred between December 19 and 21 at Walmart. While most charges have been refunded, there is still an outstanding amount of over $[redacted] from the 20th to the 21st awaiting reimbursement. I paid interest this month as I awaited the full reimbursements before settling my dues. I am worried about these remaining purchases that I did not make.

On Saturday morning, I checked my mobile banking before 7:00 am to review my balances and recent transactions. To my surprise, I noticed a charge of $97 for an online course that I did not authorize. When I contacted the Fraud Department at [redacted] later in the day, I was informed they were closed until Tuesday. I spoke with customer service about the unauthorized charge, and they assured me that the Fraud Department would investigate upon their return. I then visited Security Bank at 10th & Minnesota to report the incident to a bank officer, who confirmed that the transaction had been flagged for review. Given that my debit cards have been compromised multiple times in the past year, I am reluctant to request another card. I am seeking a refund of the unauthorized $97 charge and plan to maintain a minimal balance in my account moving forward.

I need help disputing seven charges on my account. I reported two in November but received no response from your end. Unfortunately, I can't access my November statement. Today, I tried calling multiple customer service numbers, but each time I got disconnected or transferred to the wrong department, like the mortgage department. I am struggling to access my bank account through my Pockit card due to an issue with my phone number. Despite informing them multiple times, they keep sending the verification code to the incorrect phone number. They are asking for identification, but even after sending the required ID – which I have used successfully previously – they claim it's invalid. I've provided details about the funds received from government social benefits, which legally should be accessible, but I am facing obstacles. I recently loaded $[redacted] onto my prepaid Vanilla Mastercard that I activated a few months ago. After using it for 3 online purchases, I tried to make a 4th purchase only to find that my card was declined. When attempting to check my balance through the automated line, I was directed to Mastercard.com with no balance information provided. Can you please clarify why my card stopped working, why I can't check my balance, and when I will be able to use the card again? If the answer is no to all the above, I would like to know how to access the remaining funds on my card.

I have been using a prepaid Vanilla Debit Mastercard that was sent to me in the mail in January. I have used the card every month without any issues. However, today I loaded $[redacted] onto the card, made three online purchases, and then my card was declined when I tried to make a fourth purchase. Two hours ago, I attempted to check my balance using Mastercard's automated number, but it directed me to visit Mastercard.com for more information. I am curious as to why my card was declined and if it will be operational again soon.

I received a refund to a closed account. The issuer advised me to contact you about this. I have been unable to reach a customer service representative as the automated system requires my card/account number, which is no longer active. This prevents me from speaking with a representative. Hello, I work at an antiques centre in Oxfordshire. A customer recently bought an antique gold box from us, dated [redacted] - [redacted], but was charged £1,[redacted] instead of the correct price of £8,[redacted] due to an error on the ticket. We are looking to contact the customer to rectify the situation by either having them pay the difference or exchange the box for the correct one. To MasterCard Customer Service, I made an online purchase on April 28, [redacted], and just 10 minutes after placing the order, I requested to cancel due to realizing it was a fraudulent business operating online. The company, RH *hunsap.com, must be blocked by MasterCard and other credit card companies as they are clearly engaged in fraudulent activities. They falsely advertised Gibson Les Paul Guitars for $99.98, claiming to urgently sell off stock, yet they sent me a pair of plastic glasses instead. Concerns about their fraudulent practices were confirmed by online information. I have proof of the order and attempted cancellation. I recently registered on magictao.co.uk to purchase a magic trick. However, I faced an issue as they asked for an 'issue number' for my Tesco Mastercard, which I am unsure of. I am concerned now as it seems like this company is no longer operational, and some reviews suggest it could be a scam. I would like clarification on whether magictao.co.uk can charge my Mastercard with the information I provided. I have contacted Tesco Bank, my card issuer, but they couldn't assist me due to the incomplete transaction. Should I be worried about canceling my current card and requesting a new one since the company has my personal data? It appears that in the past, the company had an affiliation with card companies through which Mastercard could validate their authenticity.

I recently received some new Master Cards as replacements for my old credit cards, but I am unsure which card each new one is replacing. There are three cards ending with [redacted] - two are in my name and one is in my son's name. Furthermore, I received two cards with the ending digits [redacted] - one in my name and the other under my son's name. On top of that, I received an L.L.Bean Creditcard/MC ending in [redacted]. I also have a credit card that features both MasterCard and Citi logos and ends with the same 4 digits. It's quite confusing to me to keep track of all these replacements.

We purchased a second-hand [redacted] caravan last November, paying the £[redacted] deposit with our Tesco Bank Mastercard Credit Card. The total amounted to £[redacted], with an additional £[redacted] for the part exchange of our previous caravan. Upon receiving the caravan, we immediately noticed issues with the toilet. Contacting the dealer the same day, they made a temporary repair but a part needed to be ordered. The temporary fix worked for a while but eventually failed. We are still awaiting the arrival of the toilet part. We have requested a full refund from the dealership to purchase a new [redacted] caravan, but they insist we should incur a loss of over £[redacted] to cover repair costs. We have maintained a detailed diary of all interactions since November, anticipating that the initial fault might persist, which it has. We seek your perspective on the fairness of the dealership's stance, as we believe it to be unreasonable.

I have been receiving bills for several credit cards I never owned. My Paypal account was closed in Oct. [redacted], yet I started receiving charges in Feb. [redacted] from multiple sources. I want to cancel any accounts in my name. I will no longer use the Mastercard due to over $20,[redacted] in unauthorized charges. Despite contacting Paypal, bills continue to arrive monthly. This situation is damaging my excellent credit, which I need to resolve urgently.

I was charged by Home Depot for a delivery I cancelled over the phone. Initially, I canceled the delivery of three tables for our strata building due to the late scheduled delivery time and re-ordered them with expedited delivery. However, I received the initial three tables and, 10 days later, another set of three tables arrived unexpectedly. After contacting Home Depot via online chat and phone to explain the situation and request a return for the extra tables, they claimed to have no record of my cancellation. Despite this, I have been billed $[redacted].34 for the first order on my August Mastercard statement, in addition to $[redacted].59 for the correct order with expedited delivery. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].34 and will persist in my efforts to have Home Depot collect the surplus tables.

I have been locked out of my account for over 16 days, and I am unable to access my money. I have completed all the tasks requested to verify my account, but I am still locked out. I have not been able to eat a solid meal since the 2nd, only using protein powder. I am at risk of eviction as my rent remains unpaid. Thankfully, I have found community resources for my animals. My government assistance payment was deposited into my KOHO account linked to Mastercard by mistake. This situation has led to me losing a part-time job opportunity due to lack of funds for transportation. As a result, my vehicle insurance has been revoked. I have been trying to resolve this with KOHO for a week, but have only been able to communicate through their app, unable to speak to a live person.

To whom it may concern, My father, Steven Douglas Wagner, has been mistreating me for 32 years, using your company, Mastercard, to carry out his schemes. I endured abuse, neglect, trafficking, and torture for 24 years before fleeing to Colorado. However, he tracked me down by making false accusations and engaging in medical malpractice to further his agenda of exploitation while I funded his projects, such as 3 Walmarts in Colorado. Due to forced antipsychotic medication following his allegations of schizophrenia, I now suffer from normal pressure hydrocephalus, leaving me unable to walk.
