Subject: Chase Mastercard Account Concern I am writing to address an issue with my Chase Credit Card, specifically the "Presidential" card ending in [redacted]. Since [redacted], I have utilized this card for work-related travel expenses, mainly for trips to Mexico and Central America. Due to the pandemic halting my travel plans, I was surprised to see a $[redacted] renewal fee on my June [redacted] statement. I contacted Chase to cancel the card, assuming I had cleared all outstanding charges with a payment of $[redacted].94 in October [redacted]. However, I recently discovered that Chase had transitioned my account to a lower-cost card with the same number, allowing for additional charges without my knowledge. This led to three recurring charges from Financial Times, Dropbox, and Wired magazine accumulating on a supposedly closed account. After addressing this with Chase in January [redacted], we reached an agreement where I agreed to pay $[redacted] for the outstanding charges but rejected the accrued late fees and penalties, as reflected in my March [redacted] statement from Chase. I am seeking assistance from Chase/Mastercard to resolve this matter and reinstate my credit. I appreciate any guidance on whom to contact for further assistance. I recently bought holidays from a local coach company that suddenly closed in December [redacted]. Despite their lack of insurance coverage, I submitted Section 75 claims with the three credit card companies I used. Capital One is now stating that Mastercard policy requires waiting until after the service date for refunds. This has led to delays and restarting the claim process. I'm now questioning if this is truly Mastercard's policy or if Capital One is providing inaccurate information again.

I tried to buy a jersey online, but it seems like the payment got redirected to PayPal. I'm unsure if $[redacted].32 has been charged to my account. I didn't receive a tracking number for this purchase, but I got an email from [redacted], mentioning that this transaction would show on my Mastercard statement. I made a payment of [redacted].98EUR to Mexico using my MasterCard through PayPal on December 23, [redacted]. The purchase didn't go through, and I received the amount back on PayPal within 10 minutes. Despite contacting PayPal ten times to have the funds returned to my MasterCard, they claim they do not have it and that it is being withheld by MasterCard under reference number [redacted]. MasterCard insists they are not affiliated with PayPal and haven't withheld the money. I'm unable to reach PayPal via phone, email, or any other means. According to PayPal, MasterCard needs to release the number [redacted] so they can process the refund to my MasterCard. I want MasterCard to release that number, the authorization [redacted].

I recently fell victim to fraud and mistakenly provided my information to what I believed was PayPal. The website closely resembled the PayPal site I've used for years. I received an email claiming there was an issue and instructing me to click a link provided to access the PayPal site. Unfortunately, the scammers obtained all my details and made numerous $[redacted] online gaming transactions, draining my account. I acted quickly, contacting the bank to block my card. The bank advised me that I may need to recover the money from the gaming site due to providing my information in the scam. I'm concerned about liability as I'm on a fixed income and cannot afford to lose this money. I've attempted to contact FanDuel gaming through email and live chat but haven't received a clear response yet. I'm worried about the fraudulent charges and hope that Mastercard protects me from this theft. I urgently need assistance as my lot rent is due soon. I'm anxiously awaiting a response from FanDuel.

I am experiencing issues registering and checking the balance of my Mastercard Gift Card online. The website does not accept my card's account number, and I have been unable to find a way to speak with a customer service representative. I am frustrated that the system does not recognize my account number and I am unable to determine my balance. I find it unacceptable that the only means of contact is through email. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. I do not receive text messages, so please refrain from sending me any verification codes.

In August, I bought a $[redacted] gift card from Family Dollar, only to discover it was missing when I got home, just a five-minute drive away. Despite informing the store immediately, the card and receipt were never recovered from my shopping bag. The store employee checked the security footage, claiming the items were in the bag, but I am certain they were not included. I suspect the clerk who assisted me might have taken them. After a challenging year health-wise and financially, I realized later that most credit cards provide purchase protection. I now seek a refund for the missing gift card. Here are the details of the purchase made in August using a Capital One bank card, which has since been closed. The card number is [redacted]. Hello, I have a Canadian Tire Mastercard. In December [redacted], I signed up with Indeed for a job placement service. After two weeks of posting an ad for an automotive apprentice for my business, I paused the ad. When I received my Canadian Tire Mastercard statement, I noticed unexpected charges of $[redacted] and $28. I only realized these charges the following month when I got an email notifying me of another $[redacted] charge from Indeed. After investigating, I contacted Canadian Tire Mastercard but they required me to provide invoices from Indeed. Even after explaining that the ad was only active from December 14 to the 28th, with no responses, Canadian Tire Bank refused to reverse the charges. I am hoping for a refund for these erroneous charges on my credit card. Thank you.

I possess 2 Perfect Gift cards with a total value of approximately $20.00. I am experiencing difficulty using the remaining balances on these cards as they are showing as invalid, despite having used them before. After contacting Peoples Bank, my complaint was forwarded to Blackhawk Network. According to them, since the balances are under $20.00, they cannot provide a new functioning card or a refund. I find this situation unsatisfactory as the cards were a gift and the full amount was paid. I am hesitant to pay $2.00 to speak with a representative. It is concerning that the company is holding onto my money without a clear resolution in sight.

I have been charged by Spotify for the fourth time even after updating my bank card with a MasterCard logo. I never subscribed to Spotify, so please stop charging me. It is inconvenient to keep changing my bank card due to unauthorized charges. I have already replaced my bank card once before because of Spotify charges, and now it has happened again even after getting a new card. I did not authorize these charges, so I am unsure who originally used my card for Spotify. Thank you.

I am writing regarding a money transfer issue using the MoneySend system from my Mastercard to another Mastercard. The transfer was done on 02-Dec-[redacted] from my bank in Uzbekistan to a customer in Kazakhstan. The recipient confirmed the successful transfer on the same day, and it was also reflected in the mobile app. However, on 03-Jan-[redacted], [redacted] euros were deducted from the recipient's account and returned to MoneySend due to a lack of confirmation within 30 days. My bank confirmed the transfer was successful and the money was not returned. The recipient's bank suggested contacting MoneySend. I purchased a pet bed online from overseas, and the payment was not charged to my Mastercard until almost two months later. I had suspicions of fraud, leading to numerous emails with the seller and attempts to contact customer service without success. I have a concern regarding a bank in Oyo State, Moniya, Nigeria, that you are associated with. There have been reports of money being allegedly taken from deposits. I have gathered evidence, as have others, to support these claims. The location is impoverished, and I believe addressing corruption there is crucial. On Tuesday evening, during the second period of the hockey game at the Bell Centre in Montreal, and later at the Metro station en route to my hotel, I realized my wallet was lost, possibly stolen. Among other items, my B.M.O. Mastercard was in the wallet. I checked with the Lost & Found Department at the Bell Centre but no one had turned it in. I will contact them again today to recheck. It seems likely it went missing on the Metro. I promptly went to a Bank of Montreal in Halifax to cancel my old debit card and got a replacement. I am uncertain if the representative also cancelled my B.M.O. Mastercard. I provided my old credit card number: [redacted] - Expiry 07/25 - CVV #[redacted]. Please verify if any transactions occurred after 8 P.M. on Tuesday, November 22, [redacted]. Any post-this time transactions are suspicious and the card should be cancelled immediately. Dear Sir or Madam, I am reaching out to report fraudulent activity on my credit card and request a full refund of the stolen amounts. On May 19, [redacted], an individual named David sold me 2 airplane tickets through a website called mytrip.com. The total cost of the tickets was €[redacted].15 ([redacted].99 USD). Additionally, on May 27, [redacted], travelscanner charged me €[redacted].16 ([redacted].00 USD). I was unable to use these tickets for travel. Upon contacting mytrip.com, they informed me that the person who sold me the tickets was not affiliated with their company. After over 4 months of back and forth, I turned to my bank N26 for a refund. Unfortunately, I was told that I had exceeded the [redacted]-day time limit for disputes due to the delays caused by the merchant. I have some Mastercard egift cards that expired unused. I want to replace them as the funds should not expire, only the cards themselves. I purchased the cards through the Mode app. Mode has not been helpful, and contacting Mastercard directly has not been successful either. Apparently, each call center is only able to help with certain card batch numbers, and the ones I have contacted do not have access to mine. I had $[redacted] worth of egift cards I planned to use for Christmas shopping. I really need assistance in getting these cards replaced.

Hello, I am struggling with a significant issue related to a transaction I made on December 14. I attempted to load credit onto my Prepaid Mastercard, named "CORREOS PREPAGO," from a Sabadell bank account belonging to my colleague. Even though the CORREOS PREPAGO CARD debited the amount from the bank, the credit has not reflected on my PREPAGO card yet. Despite multiple visits to both CORREOS and the bank, my issue remains unresolved. I am deeply worried as the amount involved is [redacted] euros, and I have evidence to support my claim. During the crediting process on my CORREOS PREPAGO CARD, I was directed to the WORLDPAY Page for payment processing. I have discussed with Direct Express my trouble with completing online purchases due to my disability and need for deliveries. Direct Express advised me to contact Mastercard to unlock my account for purchases. I have spent a total of 8 hours and 23 minutes on hold with Direct Express in the last 36 hours. I am extremely frustrated as this situation has disrupted my holiday plans. I am eager to make a purchase and require Mastercard to enable online transactions with my prepaid Direct Express Mastercard, which has available funds.
