While booking a ride on the app, I was prompted to update my phone number. After entering my phone number, I received a code to verify. However, when I entered the code, it kept saying "enter a valid code." I attempted several times to input the code correctly to no avail. I even tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and logging out and back in, but the issue persists. I have been a loyal Lyft user for 7 months now and find their service more affordable than other ride companies. I rely on Lyft for my transportation and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this verification problem. Thank you for your help.

I accidentally left my yellow and brown Fendi wallet with a big F in the middle on the left back seat of the car. Inside, there is my RISD school ID and several credit cards. I tried to contact my driver an hour after the ride, but the call line seemed busy, disconnecting my call instantly without a ringtone. I have been trying to get in touch with the driver for the past 3 hours. The pickup location was 55 Harold St. Providence, RI [redacted] at 5:01PM, and the drop-off was at Slow Rhode, Providence, RI [redacted] at 5:10PM.

I recently took two rides to pick up a rental car to drive for Lyft. After I paid a $[redacted] deposit, Hertz informed me that my credit card or bank account card wasn't acceptable, despite Lyft initially approving it. Now, I've been charged around $50 by Lyft with two separate charges. I feel I shouldn't be held responsible for the ride back home as it was a result of Lyft not clearly explaining the rental car requirements with Hertz. I believe Lyft should reimburse me for both rides and the rental deposit promptly. This situation has caused financial hardship and confusion, making me hesitant to continue driving for Lyft. I urge Lyft to align their payment methods with Hertz to avoid misleading drivers in the future. I need my funds returned without further delay.

I arranged a ride for my friend who left their black JBL portable bluetooth speaker in the vehicle. Despite attempting to reach out to the driver directly without success, I reached out to customer support. They assured me the driver would be informed and contact me within 24 hours. However, my friend is leaving the state soon, while I still have a few days before my departure. I hope the driver can return the speaker to my friend before they leave. Thank you for your assistance.

I was headed to work and had to stop at United Dairy Farmers for a drink. The driver couldn't locate the stop and asked for help, but I didn't know where it was. Eventually, we found the stop, but as soon as I stepped into the store, the driver left without me. I couldn't reach my destination, and now I'm concerned I'll be charged for the incomplete trip.

Yesterday, I was charged a late fee for canceling a ride because the driver refused to come to my location even after I tried contacting her multiple times to explain she was at the wrong address. Despite my efforts, she canceled the ride, and I was charged. I found another driver who picked me up at the correct address without any issues. It is unfair to be penalized for a driver's mistake and disregard for safety. I hope this situation will be addressed appropriately to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I was exhausted after dialysis, and running late when the medical transport didn't arrive. I had no choice but to take a Lyft. Upon reaching my destination, the driver, Elnar, a Norwegian immigrant, kindly took out my walker. Unfortunately, in my pain from a foot injury, I left my two small bags in the car. The black bag contains my phone charger, earbuds, wallet, and crucial sensitive documents. The dark blue bag is a thermal lunch box holding my heart medication, insulin, and more important documents. Both bags are attached by the black bag's shoulder strap. - Mark D.

I need to dispute charges on my credit card from last night when trying to get a ride at Baltimore Washington International Airport. Around 9 pm, I used my Lyft App but was charged $55.99 twice and $7 twice without being able to connect with the drivers. The designated pickup area was poorly lit, making it hard to identify the cars. The drivers could have called me for better coordination. I believe this miscommunication could have been avoided. I feel it's unfair to be charged for services I didn't receive and had to resort to a more expensive cab ride. I've already raised the issue with my credit card company and I'm reconsidering using Lyft in the future.

My friend, Miss M.H. at [redacted] Barcelona Drive, Marietta, Georgia [redacted], is assisting me in setting up a ride from my home in Douglasville, Georgia, at [redacted] Mitchell Mill Road, Douglasville, [redacted], using the app on her phone. Despite her attempts to change the pickup location to my address, there seems to be an issue when she tries to input the destination as her own address. The phone number linked to her account is [redacted]. I believe there is a significant flaw in the customer service provided by this company that needs urgent attention, as it could potentially impact the safety of passengers and drivers alike. It is frustrating that such a basic issue is causing so much trouble, leading to unnecessary complications. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly without escalating further.

On Sunday, April 16th, I accidentally left my black iPhone in a Lyft ride from Santa Barbara Hilton to the Santa Barbara Airport at 11:26 am. I was seated in the back on the driver's side. Since the phone was used to book the Lyft, I cannot contact the driver directly. Please reach out to my wife, Selene Robinowitz, at [redacted] for any updates or assistance in retrieving the phone. Thank you. Selene Robinowitz (Chuck Robinowitz's wife)

Estoy desesperado, no tengo fondos y no sé qué hacer. Por favor, ayúdenme a recuperar mi dinero, ya que ellos ya han cobrado su parte y nada para mí.

On the 14th, I booked a ride home from work around 10:15. I selected a ride that promised a 15-minute arrival time, but then it changed to 8 minutes. I messaged the driver I would be ready by 10:30. However, my fare was fixed at $17. Later, I received a message asking about my trip to McDonald's, even though I hadn't been picked up yet. Now, I had to request another ride, resulting in being charged for two rides. If a refund is not issued, I will not use the service again due to the lack of communication channels for customer issues.

This morning, my driver, John, picked me up at 6:25 AM. Unfortunately, I left my purple iPhone 12 in the Lyft ride. I am unable to reach John as my ride history does not show in my account. According to my girlfriend, John returned to our house with my phone but refused to give it back, even after she confirmed my full name. He mentioned he would bring it to me at the Amazon location. When he arrived, security couldn't locate me, so he left without leaving the phone. By the time I reached the front desk, John had already left with my phone. My contact information is [redacted] and email is [redacted] The phone is a purple iPhone 12 with a black cracked case with a sticker. I would appreciate assistance as I have been trying to retrieve my phone for two days now.

On April 23rd at 10:30 am, I requested a ride from Lyft. Unfortunately, my driver was late and called me to inform me that he had gone to the wrong building next door. He mentioned that the GPS directed him to Riggen Street by mistake. This is not the first time a driver has ended up at the wrong location. I'm unsure why the app keeps placing my work address at a different location even after I have entered the correct details. I feel that I should not have to pay for these inconveniences.

I am experiencing issues using the Lyft app for booking a ride using my Lyft Cash. I have purchased Lyft Cash but am unable to use it to book a ride. The app keeps rejecting all my credit cards for ride payments. I have encountered multiple problems with the app previously and find it frustrating. I request a refund for the Lyft Cash I have purchased. I hope for a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.

I recently took a ride from [redacted] Preston St, Richmond, TX to [redacted] Avenue I, Rosenberg, TX on April 25, [redacted] at 5:12pm with a driver named Oluyesawi. I am a frequent user of both Lyft and Uber and I am familiar with the typical pricing for this route. However, on this occasion, I was charged $23.71, which is double the usual fare even with the tip I usually give. I have already reported this issue through the app but was informed that no overcharge occurred, despite my past trip history clearly showing otherwise. I am requesting an immediate adjustment to be made to my credit card as this situation has caused me a great deal of frustration, especially since I am unable to speak with a customer service representative directly. Thank you, Martita Gainey.

I used LYFT to travel to the airport in Tampa yesterday morning. Unfortunately, I left my iPhone either in the back seat or it fell into the trunk while unloading my luggage. Since I don't have a cell phone to verify my LYFT account, I'm unable to contact the driver directly. My phone contains crucial information, as I work as an Emergency Management Coordinator and Health Officer in Vermont. I am willing to offer a reward for its return and cover the cost of overnight shipping. I have tried contacting the driver with no response. You can reach me via email at [redacted] or my home phone at [redacted]. LYFT's communication has been slow, which makes this situation even more challenging. My LYFT ride details are as follows: Receipt #[redacted][redacted]94 LYFT APRIL 26, [redacted] AT 5:52 AM Thanks for riding with Sin! Pickup: 5:52 AM [redacted] Gulf Blvd, St Pete Beach, FL Drop-off: 6:23 AM [redacted] Bessie Coleman Blvd, Tampa, FL

Lyft continues to claim that another TNP provider has placed restrictions on my account. After seeking help from various parties involved, including City Hall, the Secretary of State, and the TNP provider for Chicago, I am continuously redirected back to Lyft. This back-and-forth has been ongoing for three days, with emails reiterating the same issue from Lyft and other services. I am feeling frustrated and exhausted from this repetitive cycle of being sent back to the same people, particularly Lyft. I am considering giving up on the platform to avoid further frustration and losses.

I had a concerning experience with a Lyft driver last night. I was picked up in Phoenix at Barnet, Delaney, and Perkins and was meant to be taken to my home in Phoenix, but instead was dropped off at my old address in Mesa. The driver then left me at Safeway on Guadalupe and Alma School Roads and drove off. I would like a Lyft supervisor to contact me today at [redacted] to address this issue promptly. If not, I will have to escalate this matter further. Copa Health is assisting me in resolving this incident to ensure it does not happen to another customer. I hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you.

I am currently disputing the charge for my ride to work this morning. The fare was supposed to be $13.99, but the app switched drivers, and I received a receipt via email for $32.87 upon arriving at work. This unexpected difference is impacting my tight budget, where both morning and evening commutes are planned. I need this discrepancy rectified promptly. Additionally, my profile/account is displaying as "NEW," despite being a Lyft customer since [redacted]. I am puzzled by these issues as I never encountered such problems before. Please address and resolve this matter.
