However, upon checking my payment method after the ride, I noticed that the charge was processed on my personal card instead. I would appreciate it if you could cancel the charge on my personal card, which ends in 31, and reprocess it on my corporate card ending in [redacted]. Upon arriving home after work, I opted to take a ride-share with a bag in hand. Upon exiting the car, I still had the bag in hand and left no mess in the vehicle. To my surprise, I was charged $80. I attempted to check the chat for clarity, but unfortunately, the chat had already been closed, leaving me puzzled about the charge. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I only received a response a day later, adding to my confusion. To better understand the situation, I requested photos of the alleged mess which showcased white liquid and crumbs, neither of which I had in my possession. After explaining this to customer service, they maintained the charge. I suspect the driver fabricated the incident. I am seeking to have the charges dismissed.

I arranged a ride for my granddaughter, who is 16, earlier today. However, I encountered a situation where the driver was rude to her. The driver not only made inappropriate comments about her age but also seemed unprofessional. This made me feel uncomfortable about the situation. I experienced issues with the app today while trying to book a ride. I initially requested a trip from [redacted] Montgomery St. (the Presidio Lodge) to [redacted] Bay St. The app connected me with a Gray Hyundai and a driver named Hammil for $12, showing a 7-minute arrival time. However, a notification soon came in stating that a different driver, Alec in a red Tesla, would arrive in 7 minutes instead. Here are the problems encountered:
First, upon entering Alec's car, he informed me that the app displayed the destination address as the same as the pickup address, prompting me to edit it in the app.
Secondly, the fare unexpectedly increased from $12 to $18 and then to $22. Alec explained this was due to me supposedly requesting a premier ride, which I did not select. The confusion began when the app connected me to a Gray Hyundai but then switched to a Tesla driven by Alec. I believe it's reasonable to pay the fare based on my original request and would appreciate your assistance in correcting this discrepancy.

I was informed that Lyft's background check typically looks back 7 years. I have three misdemeanors from 20 years ago that are not related to sex, drugs, or violence. Yesterday at 2:30 pm ET, I requested a Lyft from Haulover Beach to Hyatt Centric in Fort Lauderdale. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. The first driver canceled when she was five minutes away. The second driver said he was 45 minutes away, so I canceled. The third driver never arrived and later canceled. The fourth driver, Sonny, arrived at 4:12 pm, making me nearly two hours late. I've had difficulty reporting this issue to Lyft and feel they owe me some compensation after being a loyal customer for over 5 years. Thank you for your assistance.

I am frustrated with work. I was in the middle of completing a bonus streak for $12 on 3 rides when the app suddenly stopped giving me rides. Despite driving around for over an hour, I didn't receive any more requests until after the bonus period ended. It felt unfair and like a waste of time and gas. Once the bonuses disappeared, the app started working again and I began to receive ride requests. This sudden change was upsetting and made me lose out on earning money. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar situations in the future.

Please contact me. My name is Marcelo F. and I use the Lyft app for rides. Yesterday, I was charged incorrectly three times. Firstly, the app showed the driver near me, but they did not pick me up. Secondly, there was a pending charge of around $16 taken from the wrong payment method. Lastly, the ride I ordered in the early morning was a wait and save ride that stated a 20-minute wait, but three drivers canceled, and I had to reset and pay for a priority ride after waiting over an hour. Last week, I took a Lyft from [redacted] Ashourian Ave in St. Augustine, Florida to [redacted] Country Mill Lane in Jacksonville, FL [redacted] without any issue. Today, I encountered multiple problems. I entered the destination three times and confirmed it, but the pick-up address changed on the map to Willow something. After inputting the address twice and having the nurse do the same, it only stayed entered the last time. Even after confirmation, the map still showed the pick-up location as Willow something. The nurse texted Jessica to correct the pick-up address, and I eventually made it home. However, I later received a text from Lyft with charges amounting to $88.00, plus a suggested tip of $18.00, bringing my total to over $[redacted].00 for approximately a 30-minute ride. If the charges are not corrected, I will have to dispute them. This experience has been extremely frustrating.

I accidentally left my phone in the car during my last Lyft ride. I've been unable to log in on another device because the login code is sent to the phone I left. It's frustrating that Lyft doesn't offer email verification for lost phones. The driver has the phone, but wasn't keen on returning it immediately, even though I offered to pay the $15 fee. The Lyft app lacks user-friendly options to handle such situations, leaving me unable to contact customer service without my registered phone. Despite attempting to use FindMy to track the phone, it's likely out of battery now. Unfortunately, Lyft hasn't responded to my emails through the support page yet.

A Lyft driver picked me up at Fry's Grocery store in Mesa around noon on Nov 3rd. Instead of waiting for me to unload my groceries, she rushed me when we arrived at my apartment complex in Mesa, AZ. The ride started at Fry's grocery store on [redacted] W Main St. Mesa, AZ [redacted] and ended at my apartment at [redacted] W 5th St. Apt [redacted], Mesa, AZ [redacted]. The cost was $7.88. When we got to my place, she mentioned a new fare and wanted to drop my groceries in the parking lot since she didn't have time to wait. Despite living alone, she insisted I unload there. This experience was disappointing unlike my usual pleasant Lyft rides. The driver's name was Sonya, and she drove a foreign car like a Prism. To address this, I can be reached at [redacted]. One of my passengers urinated in my back seat. I reached out to driver support, and they claimed I only deserved $20 for a professional cleaning. Despite Lyft's policy stating drivers are entitled to $[redacted] for damages like this, they only offered $20. I've been trying to contact someone other than driver support with no success.

I recently requested a Lyft ride and was waiting outside for my driver when I received a notification that the driver had arrived but was nowhere to be found. Shortly after, I noticed that $10 and $40 had been charged to my bank account for a trip I did not take. The ride I had booked was from [redacted] American Way, Orlando, Florida to 7-Eleven on 39th Street Orange Blossom Trail and back to [redacted] American Way. However, the ride listed in my history showed a different route to Grand National Drive with additional stops. Despite disputing this with Lyft, they claimed there was no issue with the trip. I was forced to rebook the trip, costing me more money which I cannot afford due to recent hardships. I feel frustrated and inconvenienced by this situation as I provided evidence of the discrepancy in the trip details.

I have been trying to contact Lyft because they suspended my services. I have been a loyal customer who uses Lyft a lot. I don't understand how they suspended me without any wrongdoing on my part. I have had issues with some drivers recently, such as loud music, being on their phones for personal conversations during the ride, and some even smoking in the car. I reported these issues but never received a call back. There seems to be no way to reach customer service. How could Lyft suspend my account just because I asked a driver to adjust the music, not smoke in the car, or change the AC temperature? As a customer, drivers should not engage in personal conversations or keep a customer waiting after initially saying they are only 3 minutes away.

I took a Lyft from [redacted] Concord St in Manchester NH to Walmart on Gold St in Manchester NH, and on the way back, I got the same driver both times. He was great, no complaints, just not a fan of his music taste! 😂 However, on the return to [redacted] Concord St, I left my iPhone 11 with a black Otterbox Defender case in the back seat behind the driver. I only realized it 20 hours later. I tried to contact the driver but got no response. Unfortunately, I can't access my Lyft account anymore. When I tracked my phone on Find My iPhone, it showed up at a medical supply place near the Merrimack outlets in Merrimack NH before moving to the McDonald's nearby around 11:30pm on November 7th. Despite multiple attempts to reach Lyft and the driver named Garcia with a grey Nissan Versa (license plate [redacted] NH), no one has responded or helped me retrieve my phone. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
