I received an email a few days after placing my order stating that one item was no longer available and was canceled with a refund. This item was part of a set, and I only want the complete set. I've been emailing for hours without any response, and the chat keeps disconnecting. I need to make sure the unwanted items are not shipped and that I can order items that are truly available. I was counting on the family PJs for a photo, but now I may not be able to take it without a replacement. This experience has been frustrating with false advertisement and lack of quick assistance. If this continues, I may just request a full refund. I am extremely upset with the service today and find it unacceptable that it's taking so long to resolve. Having worked in customer service myself, I cannot understand the lack of support. Why isn't there a phone number provided for assistance?

I have purchased 28 items, but have only received 4 so far. Two of these items are my Granddaughter's Christmas dress, although one is overdue and hasn't even left the factory yet. The rest of the order has been divided into two separate orders, and I am also missing a pair of shoes. The remaining items were supposed to arrive starting today, but only a few have been delivered. The important ones seem to be delayed by a week or two, which is concerning as they are Christmas gifts.

On December 2nd, I received a call from the apartment office notifying me to pick up some packages. The clothing doesn't fit me properly. I am American, not Asian, and the differences in body type are quite noticeable. Asians and Americans have distinct body shapes and measurements. I am not very proficient in English, could you perhaps correspond with me in German? Ich habe bei Light in the Box eine Bestellung im Wert von [redacted]€ getätigt und war überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Zuerst hatten wir Kontakt per E-Mail und sie sagten mir, dass ich 50% des Preises zurückerstattet bekomme und die Artikel behalten darf. Leider kann ich sie nicht mehr erreichen, da ich nicht mehr auf ihre E-Mails antworten kann, da die Adresse nicht funktioniert. Man kann also nicht auf E-Mails von ihnen antworten. Sie hatten damit geworben, dass ich alles erstattet bekomme, wenn ich unzufrieden bin. Was kann ich jetzt tun? Ich möchte mein Geld zurück, auch wenn es nur die 50% sind, was eine Frechheit ist, aber lieber das, als leer auszugehen. Viele Grüße.

Hello, I placed an order for a dress on Saturday, December 10th. Prior to making the purchase, it was indicated that it would arrive within 4-6 days. Unfortunately, after I completed the order, the estimated delivery date changed to December 20th. I made the purchase based on the initial delivery timeframe, and I find it concerning that the dates have shifted after the order was placed. When I placed my order, the original delivery date changed without notice, causing a week's delay. I'm disappointed that not all of my items have arrived, especially since they were meant for my vacation at a colder destination. I now have to incur additional expenses to ship them to me where I am vacationing. I am dissatisfied with this situation and wish to receive a full refund for all my orders. I will return everything as soon as possible. I prefer speaking to a customer service representative over the phone rather than through email. It is frustrating not being able to resolve this issue directly with a person. Dear Light In The Box Team, I placed an order on November 29, [redacted], for 2 kids' dresses, paying €39.17 euros. However, I have not received my order yet. The tracking information shows that it was received on December 9, [redacted], at 10:53 am, which confuses me as the package has not arrived. I have reached out to customer care, but they have not responded or resolved the issue yet. I am growing increasingly frustrated with your services and if this matter is not resolved within the next 2 days, I will have to file a complaint.
