On December 14, [redacted], I ordered a XXL shirt for $15.99 and a face mask for $17.84. However, the shirt I received was small, more suitable for a child. I have been in contact with Light in the Box, and after sending a picture of the shirt with the size, I have not received clear instructions on how to return the incorrectly sized shirt for a refund of $15.99. The order number is # [redacted]7 with a total amount of $38.76. I only wish to return the shirt and receive the refund. Despite providing all requested information, including the picture, I have not received a proper response. I am eager to return the shirt and get my refund. Please assist me in processing the return and refund back to my Discover card. I have heard negative feedback about this company but hope for a satisfactory resolution. I recently made my first purchase and realized I couldn't find where to apply my discount code for the 10 percent off as advertised on your app. I believe I should have been able to use one of these discounts, correct? I have attempted to reset my password five times, but the system continues to reject it. Order number [redacted]6 for 3 USB lamps has been disappointing as all 3 lamps are faulty. Despite contacting the company multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. Attempts to send photos as requested have been unsuccessful due to technical issues. The company's practice of changing ticket numbers has only added to the frustration. A partial refund for one lamp was offered, which is not acceptable as all three lamps are defective, with charging points detached and unable to recharge. A full refund is now requested. I made a purchase on January 31st and was charged $60.21 on February 1st without receiving any confirmation. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and the absence of a customer service phone number. I recently placed an order for two wigs to help me during my cancer treatment. Unfortunately, the wigs I received today were not the ones I ordered. Lightinthebox charged me three times on my credit card, and I am unable to track my order or contact them regarding the incorrect items. The payment went through months ago without any confirmation. The wigs I received are not what I expected and are of poor quality. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service from this company. I was looking forward to receiving the right wigs for women my age that would suit me well, but now I just want a full refund for this frustrating experience.

Upon contacting customer service on February 13, I was assured a refund for the first order, along with an additional $[redacted] for the inconvenience. However, I have not received the refund nor the promised $[redacted]. Following this, I re-ordered the same items the next day. Due to a banking issue with spending limits, the second order was canceled without prior notice. Despite confirming the re-order via email, I discovered the order was canceled weeks ago when checking the website today. I am unsure if my bank was charged for the second order. I have received my order number [redacted][redacted], finally arrived today. I reached out to customer service with no luck using my number. When I called again using my husband's number, I was able to speak with someone who then abruptly hung up on me. Subsequent attempts using different numbers got me through, but I kept getting disconnected when inquiring about my purchase. After being treated poorly and hung up on, I had to dispute the purchase to get a refund. Of the 6 wigs I ordered, 3 were not as described. I would have been willing to pay for the 3 correct ones despite the delay, but the customer service experience made me doubt the legitimacy of the company. I have now been refunded and wish to return all items. Please provide me with the return address. I want to send back everything as it is not right to keep items I did not pay for due to the confusion caused by your company. While your products are good, the customer service issues were too stressful. I will return the items, but it is important that your company takes responsibility for its errors.
