My Instagram account, demirsaribeyoglu, was hacked on 05.11.[redacted] by a hacker located in Montreal, Canada. I did not engage in any activities to make it easier for the hacker, such as clicking on a link. Suddenly, I received emails from Instagram support indicating a password change request. Following the password change, my associated email and phone number were also altered, resulting in a complete loss of access to my account. Despite trying to request a login link, it was only feasible to send it to the hacker's email and phone number. Attempting to verify my identity by sending a photo of myself to Instagram was unsuccessful as I did not have any photos on my account. The hacker proceeded to post a photo with bank details requesting money from my followers. Additionally, a new account, demirsaribeyoglu_, has been created to impersonate me. I am seeking termination of both accounts, demirsaribeyoglu and demirsaribeyoglu_, as access is not my concern; I simply want them removed.

My Instagram account, demirsaribeyoglu, was hacked from Montreal, Canada. I did not engage in any activities that would make it easier for the hacker to access my account, such as clicking on any links. Suddenly, I received emails from Instagram support stating that I had forgotten my password. Subsequently, my password, assigned email, and phone number were changed without my permission. I lost complete access to my account. I attempted to receive a login link, but it was only possible to send it to the hacker's email and phone number. When I tried to confirm my identity by sending a photo of my face to Instagram, the method failed because I do not have any photos of myself on my account. The hacker posted a photo with a bank number, asking my followers to send money. Additionally, the hacker created a new account, demirsaribeyoglu_, to impersonate me. I want both of these accounts to be terminated; I do not need access, I just want them removed.

Hello Team, I have reported this issue multiple times to Instagram Help Center, but unfortunately, no action has been taken. I uploaded a carousel post on June 8, [redacted], which is missing from my profile. It did not violate any of Instagram's policies, yet it's not showing on my feed or profile. I can no longer access my Instagram account, and my contacts have received a link from my account instructing them to click on it. I have reset my password, but when I try to log in, it asks for a code from an authentication app that I have not installed. The hacker must have set up two-factor authentication to prevent me from accessing my account. However, they also do not have access because they do not know the original password. I would appreciate finding a solution to regain access to my account.

Hello, I am seeking assistance as the account "henadiivna" has been compromised. The hackers have changed the linked mobile phone number and email address, and the page is now under someone else's control. Fake information has been shared on the account regarding purchasing a car, investing in bitcoins, and promoting bitcoin-related content thanks to a blogger. Though the misinformation has been removed, I am unable to access the account. I am experiencing an issue on my Instagram where my direct messages are not being shown due to a bug or glitch in the app. This problem is affecting both my main account and my Instagram Lite account. Additionally, there are issues with viewing reels and sometimes the app crashes right after opening. I have also tried accessing Instagram through Chrome, but the direct messages are not showing there either. I have noticed that putting my phone into deep sleep mode and then reopening Instagram seems to temporarily fix the problem. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue with my account.

I am experiencing an issue with the Instagram app where both accounts are automatically clearing without any action from my end. Direct Messages (DM) are not appearing due to bugs and glitches in the app. The problem is detected when watching reels as they close immediately, and sometimes the app itself closes shortly after opening. This issue persists across both accounts and also in Instagram Lite. Even using Chrome does not display DMs. To ensure the smooth operation of my phone, I have tried putting Instagram into deep sleep mode to see the messages, but the problem seems to be a bug on my account. My Instagram account @motopuck got hacked, the password was changed, and a fake two-factor authentication was set up. I've tried the recommended reset methods like the video selfie and friend assist, but I'm still unable to regain access. I can't log in to update the password as someone else has taken over my account. I need to regain control of my account to change the password and set up my own two-factor authentication to prevent future hacking attempts.

Hello, I am having trouble logging into the Instagram application with my account nataodutton, making it impossible for me to take any action on the Instagram "help" page. This has been going on for a month now, and despite my several attempts to contact you, I have not received a satisfactory response. I have attached screenshots of what the app displays when I try to log in. I have tried everything; closing and reopening the app, uninstalling it, clearing the cache, deleting my data, restarting my phone, trying to log in from a computer or another phone, but nothing works. I have sent over a hundred messages on the app, but it seems like they are not very responsive. I am experiencing an issue with my Instagram account: valkyaaa. I am unable to do anything on it. I cannot send messages, view stories, see posts from the accounts I follow, or even look at my own posts. It just shows "unable to refresh feed".

Hello, After uninstalling and reinstalling Instagram due to a photo issue, I've been unable to log in again. Despite trying various solutions like SMS and Facebook, I don't receive notifications or get redirected back to the initial page. I have two Instagram accounts. I used to access my first account on my iPhone, but now I use my second account on my Android.
