Hello, I linked my Instagram account only with my phone number, and unfortunately, I had to travel to a different country without that phone. I am now unable to access my account as it keeps stating the password is wrong, despite it being correct. It has been a struggle to reach Instagram for the past four years via calls and emails. My Instagram account, "suslogram," was mistakenly blocked. Even after following the instructions to receive a code on my mobile, I did not get any message. It's been days, and I haven't received any communication. The app mentions waiting for 24 hours to request a new code, but the feature still isn't available. I haven't received any emails. I have always followed the Instagram community rules.

I am writing to officially authorize Sonia Andreacchi to represent me in the removal of any pictures or videos featuring me from the @jenspix6 account. The content posted by this account amounts to bullying and harassment. Despite claiming inability to access her account, this individual continues to tarnish my public image by refusing to remove the photos. As a platform, Instagram has a responsibility to protect users from such forms of harassment. It is disheartening that there seems to be no support for individuals affected by malicious user behavior. I encountered an issue with my Reels payout. I reported it, and IG claimed they resolved it when they hadn't. Now, two days later, my account has been deactivated without any explanation. Despite having multi-factor protection, my password was changed without my knowledge. Regrettably, I am unable to reset it as I am not receiving any alerts, including email codes and friend help links. I had not violated any community guidelines, and I am simply desperate to regain access to my account.

Hello, I go by the name Inderveer Singh. I have an Instagram account associated with the email [redacted] and the username inderveer_singh_chhina. I created the account while I was in India and linked it to my Indian SIM card and number. I am currently in New Zealand where I no longer have access to that SIM card or number as I lost it. Since I changed phones and reset my old one, I have forgotten my Instagram password and am unable to login. The reset process requires a verification code from my old Indian number, which I am unable to receive. Hello, I got a new phone yesterday and tried to log into my Instagram account on it. However, when I enter my email, username, or phone number to reset my password, it keeps saying "This account does not exist." I have triple-checked everything and it's correct because I can still access it on my old phone. I'm not sure why it's not working on my new phone. Can you please help me resolve this issue? I would like to apologize for any inconvenience, but I am deeply concerned about a post that was removed due to a photo depicting my 7-year-old brother without a shirt, not a girl. This post was a tribute to my late father and held sentimental value to me. It was visible on Instagram for a few months before being removed yesterday. I kindly request a review of this decision. My Instagram account has been hacked by scammers. They are posting my pictures along with fake images of cash, cars, and homes, stating false information that I've invested in Bitcoin and these are my profits. They are also contacting my Instagram contacts with the same scam. I fear for my safety due to the cash posts. I have emailed Instagram multiple times to request the hacked account be closed immediately, as the hackers have locked me out of it. Unfortunately, the account is still active, and the scammers even reached out to another contact pretending to be me. I have reported them to Instagram and have tried to contact as many of my contacts as possible to advise them to ignore and report any communication from the hacked account. This ongoing nightmare has been stressful since December 5th or 8th, [redacted]. I tried calling the Instagram contact number I found online, but only got a recording directing me to email for help. This situation must be stopped. 😩

I encountered a problem accessing my Instagram account after being logged out. I attempted to log back in but was prompted to enter a code sent to an old phone number I no longer have access to. As I didn't provide an email for logging in, I contacted Instagram for support. They requested a video selfie to verify my identity, but after sending it four times, they continued to reject it without explanation. I tried another method by asking two friends on Instagram to confirm my account and identity, but they received no notification or email. Now, each time I try to log in, I am asked to resend a video selfie, and despite multiple attempts, I keep receiving an error message.

My Instagram account (_vane_s, a Swiss account) is not working properly, it seems to be glitching. It keeps showing "Please wait a few minutes before trying again" and "unable to refresh feed," this applies to my profile, stories, messages, feed, etc. Everything is empty. Hello, I've been facing an issue with boosting my post for the past two weeks. Initially, I boosted a reel with $10 over 5 days, but there was no boost from the post, no money was deducted from my account, and my ad tools and reel insights were unavailable, as they mentioned a problem on their end. After the 5 days, I attempted to boost it again, setting up my custom audience with interests, location, age range, and interest. However, when I try to proceed to payment by clicking the check in the upper right corner, it just reloads the same step. I'm unsure of what's causing this issue. I fell victim to a phishing scam where a hacker posed as a friend asking for a favor. After clicking on a link provided by the hacker, they managed to access my account and set up two-factor authentication. Despite changing my password, I couldn't regain access as the authentication codes were going to the hacker. I have exhausted all options to reset the 2FA, but I keep hitting dead ends. Instagram's photo verification feature didn't work after numerous attempts using my pictures from posts and reels.
