Dear Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience flying with your airline. Despite arriving early for my flight 6E-[redacted] from Delhi T3 to Srinagar, I encountered an issue when trying to bring a nano category drone on board. While I was informed by your customer service that I could carry it in my cabin bag, I was later instructed to place it in my checked baggage during security check, causing me to miss my flight. After speaking with the Indigo Manager at Delhi T3, my travel was rescheduled to flight 6E2026 at an additional cost of [redacted] INR per person for the four of us traveling that day, totaling [redacted] INR. I believe that your airline should take responsibility for the inconvenience and expense I incurred due to the miscommunication and lack of coordination among your staff. Hello, I have been a loyal customer of Card Premium for a couple of years. Recently, I encountered an issue with my payroll check being rejected after attempting to deposit it through the app. Despite signing it over to my workplace, it was inexplicably declined. Additionally, my card was frozen for a $9.99 purchase at Target, and I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. I have tried contacting Card .com multiple times, but the wait times have been excessive. I am concerned about the rejection of my check, as everything I use is connected to my cards. I am concerned about Indigo's selection process for crew members being careless. In Gurgaon, some crew members, including one with health issues and an overweight BMI, got selected. I request Indigo to ensure they address these concerns during the ongoing training in Gurgaon. It is important to consider health issues and the commitment of crew members to the company for at least two years before selection. Some applicants with shorter commitments are waiting to join but not getting the chance while others with health concerns are chosen. Please review the selection process to ensure fairness and safety within the company. Thank you.

We parked at a public parking managed by the company Indigo in Saint-Maur- des-Fossés on November 4th. I crossed the street Baratte Cholet to get a parking ticket at a payment kiosk. I entered the license plate number of my vehicle but couldn’t figure out where to insert my credit card; the slot was hidden and set back under the kiosk. I asked my wife, who was waiting in the car, to come over. Together, we had to try paying two or three times before finally getting our parking ticket at 1:47 PM exactly. When we returned to put the ticket in our car, we were surprised to find a fine issued at 1:45 PM, precisely when we were completing our payment. I would like to share an incident that occurred on my recent flight 6E [redacted] from Bangalore to Ahmedabad on 05/12/21 at 16:45. Upon receiving my checked jute bag filled with spices and filter coffee pouches that was properly closed during check-in, I later discovered that some filter coffee packets were missing when I opened my bag today. When I went to CVS to collect my money via MoneyGram, the customer service representative informed me that the funds had been returned. I contacted Ingo, and the representative assured me that they had made a note of the situation. They mentioned they would investigate why MoneyGram refunded the amount. Once they receive confirmation, they will deposit the money onto the card associated with the account, which ends in [redacted].

I've encountered an issue with Indigo where they were debiting funds from my linked accounts randomly, not on the due date, sometimes even at 3:30 in the morning. Despite providing evidence of this, they denied it. Subsequently, two payments I made totaling $[redacted] were labeled NSF by Indigo and marked as "Payment Returned" on the site without the money being returned to me. It's been nearly three months, and I have refused to make additional payments. I have gathered all the necessary documentation, such as emails from my bank and screenshots, which I faxed to Indigo. The matter is currently under investigation. If this persists, I may seek legal counsel to seek restitution for the money, time, stress, and impact on my credit score. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I hope for a resolution soon.

Hello, I received 2 SMS from you requesting payment for parking on January 14, [redacted], at BRICO-DEPOT Parking in Rouen, Avenue du Mont-Riboudet. While the ticket was validated at the store's cashier, I couldn't find it when exiting at the barrier. I had to call for assistance and later found the ticket at home, having slipped onto the passenger seat and getting stuck near the handbrake. Despite being a long-time customer, I was surprised by the payment request. BRICO-DEPOT staff advised me not to pay. I had booked flight tickets for March 5, [redacted], with boarding time at 5:00 am and departure at 5:50 am for flight number 6E [redacted]. My PNR number was PWUY8Q and seat 34E. Unfortunately, I encountered a minor accident on the way to the airport, arriving at 5:00 am. Despite requesting assistance from your staff to board the flight, I was continually denied. Eventually, I was asked to wait for a support member, which took an unnecessary 30 minutes. Subsequently, I had to book another flight for March 6, [redacted], with PNR number OSSC6E. Although the boarding time was scheduled for 12:10 pm, boarding did not commence until 12:30 pm. This delay made me question why I was not permitted to board the flight on March 5, especially with the boarding process being time-consuming. I am requesting a refund for the flight I missed on March 5, [redacted], as my travel plans were disrupted by the uncooperative behavior of your staff.

Hello, I'm Vineeth Karkare from Mumbai, and I am lodging a complaint about my missing items from the airport. When returning from an event from Chandigarh to Mumbai on June 12, [redacted], via Indigo Flight 6E [redacted], two of our checked bags did not make it to Mumbai airport. Among the 8 bags we checked in, one contained camera batteries and the other a drone with batteries. The Indigo staff in Mumbai informed us that these bags were held at Chandigarh airport by the Airport Authority of India due to the batteries. The bags were eventually sent to Mumbai via Goa on flight 6E714 on June 13, [redacted]. Upon collecting them at Mumbai airport, we discovered that 3 AV MATRIX camera capture cards valued at INR 25,[redacted] each and the drone charger were missing. We are concerned whether our bags were inspected at the Goa airport. Despite our efforts to reach out to Indigo, we have not received any responses. I used to receive emails notifying me of upcoming payments, but I did not receive any in May or June, leading to a late payment in June. I am puzzled why these emails stopped, and I cannot find a way in my account to reactivate them. This situation raises concerns about potentially incurring late fees. Additionally, I am curious about Indigo's policy on pre-approval for gas purchases. Despite having available credit, my attempts to pay for gas were declined, only to be approved for a coffee purchase at the same location. I have previously inquired about this issue with no response. I am considering escalating this matter to the CC regulatory commission as it seems unfair and possibly discriminatory.

I had a bad experience with eDream Booking (Reference: [redacted]6). While in Dhaka, I had a flight scheduled for August 27, [redacted] with Biman and Indigo airlines. When I arrived at Dhaka Biman airport, I was denied boarding as the flight was not in line with my Biman PNR. Despite reaching out to eDreams through SMS and their customer service, I didn't get a satisfactory response. I was promised a refund via email within 24 hours, but it has been four days and I have not received any email. I tried calling and requesting a reschedule through the app, but there has been no response. I eventually made a new booking with another airline on September 4, [redacted]. I am seeking a full refund from eDreams for the original booking due to their lack of responsiveness. I have evidence of all my interactions and requests with eDreams. I request eDreams to process my refund promptly and get in touch with me.

I had a terrible experience with Delhi International Airport. Our flight was scheduled for 9:15 in the morning on the 30th. However, we arrived at 7 am and were shocked to find out that our flight had already departed. Despite having our boarding passes ready, we were not allowed on board. The staff mishandled the situation, causing us distress by sending us back and forth unnecessarily. Our two tickets were wasted, with no refunds or alternative flight arrangements provided. When I tried to speak to the manager, instead of assistance, I faced verbal abuse and disrespect. The whole ordeal was chaotic, and the lack of communication and professionalism was evident. IndiGo's services were disappointing, creating a lot of inconvenience and loss for us. I urge them to improve their staff behavior and service quality to avoid customers facing such issues in the future. This experience was highly unfortunate, and I will not be traveling with IndiGo again.

Hello, I am Harvinder Singh. I arrived in India on the 9th of December via Indigo Airlines. Unfortunately, my luggage was not delivered to me at the destination airport. The airline staff assured me it would be on the next flight and sent to my address. However, I have not received any updates since then. I am feeling quite frustrated about the situation.
