Hello, I wanted to share my experience. In March, I placed an order scheduled for delivery on April 20th. After being informed that one item was out of stock, I received a refund and placed a new order for the same items - all reported as in stock. Now, I have received an email stating my upcoming delivery will be refunded again. This is distressing as it has been two months since my initial order. This situation has led to chaos at home, especially with four young children, one of whom ended up in the hospital. I'm extremely upset about the inconsistency and repeated refunds.

I received an incomplete delivery recently. I should have received eight items, but only six arrived. When I spoke to the driver, he mentioned that you were aware of the missing items; however, I received an email confirming the order was complete. I've been unable to reach anyone to address the two missing boxes. The driver contacted the warehouse, but they haven't provided any resolution or contact information yet. The order number on the paperwork is [redacted]6, while the one in the email is [redacted]. Despite the delivery status screen indicating everything was delivered, I'm unsure of the next steps. Please advise.

My name is Donald Perez. I am reaching out about a recent Ikea delivery. The order, #[redacted]44, was received on Friday, 05/08/12.
I'm facing numerous problems with the Finnala couch (Article Number [redacted].[redacted].21). Despite my repeated attempts to contact Ikea since 05/08/20, I have encountered difficulties getting through. When I call, the line states they are unable to answer or the call gets disconnected.
The Finnala couch I received has incorrect seat and back cushions. The cushions do not align with the product listing on Ikea's website. The 'Saleboda' back cushions are oversized and do not match the width of the seat cushions. The 'Stackmora' seat inner cushions are too thin, causing unevenness on the chaise section. The cushions and covers do not fit properly.
I have pictures to share detailing the issues. Please provide an email for further correspondence, and I would appreciate speaking with someone to address these concerns promptly.

I purchased a Godfjord bed, and everything arrived except the legs on Monday. I've been trying to reach Ikea customer service with no success, and the shipping company claims they didn't receive the legs. They provided no assistance with tracking and insist the full order was delivered. I paid for both the bed and delivery, expecting it to arrive complete in one delivery. Now I have bed pieces occupying my entire apartment. Order # [redacted]34.

I have been struggling to order a kitchen designed by a carpenter for over 2 weeks. The kitchen plan is Budsuenew1, project #0[redacted]-[redacted]. Phone orders were unsuccessful due to "no truck capacity." I was advised to message the kitchen experts, which I did 4 times. Multiple 45-minute hold times were unfruitful. Our renovations are on hold, and I need to know HOW TO PLACE THE ORDER. Automated replies are not helping. I want to use the 20% promotion price promised in April and am not interested in curb-side pickup. When I called at 8:00 am, the system was down. Please assist. Frustrated and seeking help.

I recently placed an order for multiple items from Ikea, and after realizing that the bed size I chose was incorrect, I promptly contacted customer service to correct the mistake. Unfortunately, I was informed that orders cannot be modified once they are processed. I then requested the order to be canceled on March 26th. It has been two months since then, and I am still awaiting the refund. Despite reaching out to customer service numerous times via chat, I have not seen any progress. Each time I inquire, they ask me to wait an additional 10 days. My order number is #[redacted]53. I kindly ask for the refund to be processed promptly.

I bought 50 cm and [redacted] cm wardrobes at IKEA in Greenwich. I needed doors for them and was advised by a store assistant to get the Hasvik [redacted] cm doors from the bargain corner. I confirmed twice that these were the right doors, but they did not fit. I have since ordered the correct doors. Can I please get a refund for the wrong doors and arrange for them to be collected? I am experiencing difficulties placing an online order on the website for delivery or "Click & Collect." I would like to pick up my items at the IKEA - Bolingbrook, IL store. Despite having 23 items in my cart, the SANDBACKEN Sleeper Sofa in grey is the main item I wish to purchase. I have tried calling multiple times without success. Your help is appreciated.

Today, I received 2 Ektorp armchair covers in Blekinge White from order number [redacted] delivered by DPD. These covers are for Ektorp armchairs I bought from you around 13 years ago. I unpacked one cover and tried it on one armchair and cushions. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with the poor fabric quality. The covers are also much too big, making it look untidy. I would like to return the covers and get a full refund. Please provide guidance on how to proceed.

Today, I received two Ektorp armchair covers in Belkinge White with Order Number [redacted] from DPD. These covers were meant for armchairs I bought from you about 13 years ago. I put one cover on one of the armchairs and was incredibly disappointed. The fabric quality pales in comparison to the original covers, and to make matters worse, it is way too big, leading to a sloppy appearance. The product is simply not suitable for my armchairs. I would like to return these items and receive a full refund. Kindly provide guidance on the return process.

I'm reaching out regarding Order #[redacted]18, which was shipped 10 days ago. The tracking information shows that the package was intended for delivery to my home in Dallas, TX. However, a man from New Jersey contacted me via LinkedIn and informed me that he received the package at his address, even though the order sheet inside clearly states my name, address, and the correct order number.
Despite his efforts to contact IKEA support, the issue remains unresolved. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach out to support have been unsuccessful as well. I kindly request that Order #[redacted]18 be reshipped to the correct address in Dallas, TX. It is puzzling why it was shipped to New Jersey, as I have never resided there. I placed an order for a bed over a month ago with an estimated delivery date of April 30. Unfortunately, the bed has not been delivered yet, which is concerning as my daughter is currently sleeping on the floor. I have been attempting to contact customer service multiple times to inquire about the status of my order, but the automated system keeps stating they can't take my call.
To make matters worse, I recently discovered that my order has been canceled without receiving any email or notification. I made an order on April 25th, however, I just received an email informing me that my order was canceled with no explanation. Following that, I received a text message stating that my order would now be handled by Ikea Leeds and provided a new order number: [redacted]. The message assured me that no further action is required, and that my parcel will be delivered through DPD. I am quite confused about these recent developments.

I received a bed delivery on May 6th that was ordered online. The order number is [redacted] and the delivery number is [redacted]8. The bed, article number [redacted]7 SL?KT bed frm w storage 90x200, was delivered by Mark Thompson. He mentioned that box four was missing at the time of delivery. Despite trying, we haven't been able to contact anyone about this issue or get any information on when the missing box will be delivered. We are considering ordering another bed and returning three boxes once it arrives. Alternatively, we could pick up the missing box from Warrington. As the missing item is part of a complete box, we are unable to label specifically what's missing. Unfortunately, my foster daughter has resorted to sleeping on a mattress on the floor as we are unable to assemble the bed without box four. On 4/27/[redacted], I made a full payment for an order on the IKEA website. An email confirmed that my delivery would be on 5/6/[redacted]. Despite selecting a delivery date and receiving the email, my order was not delivered. Upon contacting customer service on 5/8/[redacted], I was informed that the product I purchased was not in stock, and no information was available about shipping. I was transferred to another department, but the call was disconnected due to high call volumes. I have been unsuccessful in reaching customer service since then as the phone lines are overwhelmed and only accepting emails for cancellations. The website indicates the products I ordered are in stock. I urgently require the desks I paid for and have also incurred shipping charges for.

I have encountered numerous problems with an order from Ikea that I need help with resolving. Hello, I have encountered some difficulties while trying to place orders on Ikea's website recently. Initially, I had three items in my shopping bag. I noticed on IKEA's website that it's possible to order online and pick up at certain IKEA locations rather than having items delivered. I recently placed an order for 99 pieces of the Boaxel System and had hoped to collect them all from the IKEA store in Paramus, NJ. Unfortunately, it seems that the Paramus location may not offer this service, but it appears that IKEA New Haven, CT can help with the order. The issue I'm facing is that their website keeps displaying a message stating that "this location has reached its maximum order capacity for the day, please try again tomorrow." I've attempted to place the order for several days now and keep receiving the same message. I'm eager to find out when it will be possible to order online for pick up at the Paramus, NJ store or if not, when the New Haven, CT location will be able to offer pick up services.
