I never received my deal because there was a typo in the email address. The incorrect address is [redacted], and the correct one is [redacted] I booked a trip to Spain at Hotel Pineda Palace from 19th to 26th August on 19th July. When I scheduled a Cozy Maid service appointment, I was informed of an additional $37 charge on top of the $59 voucher fee. I thought the voucher covered the entire cost. With the added tip, the price significantly increased. They offer a $19 three-hour first-time deal and $49 thereafter, which is more economical. I am dissatisfied with these vouchers and would like a refund for the three I purchased. Your prompt response would be appreciated. Thank you. ~ Eloise

I am still waiting for the refund payment to be deposited into my bank account. I have been trying to resolve this issue since the service was completed on June 22, [redacted]. Marta Gibson assured me it would be processed. I have provided pictures of the service and spoken with your representatives multiple times about this matter. I purchased 4 tickets for Wild Rivers as my mailbox is not opening. I contacted customer service for assistance and provided a new email address. From 10 am to 2 pm, three different representatives tried to help me, but unfortunately, there has been no response after discussing the issue. The on-site staff was unable to assist, resulting in me being unable to enter the event and not receiving my ticket. As a part-time worker for GroupOn, I am financially constrained as a middle-class student and cannot afford the high costs of daily task recharges, which are between 3,[redacted] to 5,[redacted] per day. Additionally, my trainer's behavior towards me has been unacceptable. The tasks are too expensive for me, and if my parents discover this situation, it may lead me to take drastic actions. I kindly ask for a refund of all the money I have invested in GroupOn tasks. It is unfair to exploit individuals like me who are trying to make ends meet. Please consider my plea and reimburse the funds.

I have a Groupon for the Shell Factory that expires on August 25, [redacted]. I took a picture of the purchase in May, but it's not appearing in "my stuff." I may have bought it through an email instead of my account. For other purchases through my account, they required a barcode which I don't have a picture of. The number on the picture is +[redacted]1. Will the picture suffice, or do I need an email confirmation that I can't find? Can you assist with this? Thank you, Tony.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Groupon voucher. Each time I click on the "View Voucher" button, I am directed to a page stating: "Groupon is temporarily unavailable. Either because we're updating the site or because someone spilled coffee on it again. We'll be back just as soon as we finish the update or clean up the coffee. Thank you for your patience." This issue has persisted for several months. How can I access my vouchers? Thank you in advance.

I had a few items in my Groupon cart just to compare prices with the current discount promo. They were all for activities during my vacation. They were for the same type of activities but from different companies. I hadn't decided on anything yet, and they were for a larger group than just myself. They charged my only debit card around $[redacted] without my authorization. I need it refunded right away. This is my only debit card as my other one was lost or stolen earlier on my trip. I did not intend to purchase any of these at this time.

I bought the Costco bundle on your app today, August 14, [redacted], at 11:00 am. It's now 4:00 pm, and I haven't received my member ID email yet. Without it, I can't access Costco to shop. The payment was deducted from my account immediately. The cashier informed me that others using Groupon got their emails right away. Your description stated that the email should arrive in up to 2 hours. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly!

Attention all customers, I wanted to inform you that I will no longer be providing services to individuals who have booked through Groupon. Please be advised to remove and delete POSH SKIN REMOVAL from Google immediately as the agreement with Groupon has been terminated. I have already requested for my data to be deleted. I have evidence, including screenshots and proof of cancellation, demonstrating that I have ended the agreement and requested the removal of my business from Google. Despite numerous emails explaining the situation, the issue persists. I have reported this matter to BBB, and I will escalate it further until POSH SKIN REMOVAL is removed from Google. I accidentally bought two Groupons for the same service that I cannot use because I do not live in Florida. I mistakenly thought it was a mail-order item but ended up with deals for a service in a different state. I am unable to use either Groupon and kindly request a refund for the Born Again Dr. Medical Center offering of 4 Lipotropic B-Complex, B-12 & MIC shots (fat burner shot).

I encountered an issue with my Groupon reservation at Camelback Resort. Unfortunately, there was no option to specify the number of occupants during booking. After discussing this matter several times with Aquatopia reservationist named Kara, we were advised that Groupon might be able to adjust the occupancy to match the maximum allowed on the reservation to avoid extra fees upon arrival. Currently, the reservation only reflects 2 occupants, which could result in higher charges at the resort since there are actually 8 travelers in our group. It is crucial for us to have the correct occupancy listed to avoid unexpected expenses. The reservations under Order [redacted] and [redacted] both include 8 occupants, and I would appreciate it if this information could be updated accordingly. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for the Aloha Pearl Harbor tour in Hawaii while on vacation. The merchant canceled my reservation for August 12th due to bus repairs. I purchased a Groupon for tubing at Twin Rivers in Easton, Pennsylvania, and arranged a trip from my residence in Maryland for August 17th. However, on the day of our trip, Twin Rivers informed us that the tubing activity had been canceled due to the river being too high from heavy rains. Despite attempting to go tubing for the next two days, the continuous rainfall prevented us, and we ultimately had to return home to Maryland. As my children are heading back to college, the Groupons for tubing are now of no use. I kindly request a full refund for the tubing experience I paid for. I ordered an item on Groupon on August 1st and have not received it yet. There is no indication of when it will arrive. It was mentioned that delivery would take 10 to 12 business days, and it has been longer than 12 business days that I have been waiting. I attempted to purchase a group one ticket for a daily pass at Cedar Point in Ohio yesterday. Unfortunately, the transaction didn't go through, so I ended up buying a season pass with cash instead. This morning, $39.99 was deducted from my account at 7:38 am, which seems odd as it's a day late.
