I purchased a massage package from a salon on Water Street in HD, NV, but was never informed about its expiration date until two days ago. I have tried around 20 different promo codes that seem valid for the software purchase I am attempting. One code worked when I wasn't logged in, but now it's not valid. I also signed up for text alerts discount using my real phone number, but the coupon still didn't work. I am frustrated because I have been a loyal Groupon user for over 10 years, never trying to cheat the system. The error messages seem to suggest I have multiple accounts, which is not true. This inconvenience couldn't have happened at a worse time as I recently lost my job. I fear the item will sell out before this is resolved, and it makes me consider not using Groupon again. I had an expired Groupon from Pulse Audio for window tinting. I believed that I could use the expired Groupon to cover the balance for additional upgrades based on the terms provided and discussions with the business. Consequently, I purchased two more Groupons to cover the windows I wanted tinted. However, when I went for the window tinting, I was informed that the value of the expired Groupon could not be used, contrary to what was indicated in the fine print. Pulse Audio simply redeemed the expired Groupon, rendering the other two useless. Although it's past the 3-day refund window, I am kindly requesting a reconsideration for a refund on the two recent Groupons. Currently facing homelessness, I needed the money for other essential expenses. The purchased Groupons are of no use to me as I lack the additional funds to avail of their services. I initially bought the additional Groupons under the impression they would be sufficient based on the information I was given. While I understand policies are in place, I kindly ask for an exception in my case. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I bought a Groupon in May [redacted], with reference number 1[redacted]08-[redacted], for a Georgian Spirit Cruise for 2 in Ontario, Canada. As our cruise date approached, we tried to redeem the coupon but it was invalid. After contacting the Georgian Spirit Cruise, we were informed that the individual offering the Groupon deals was no longer connected with them and they were not honoring the Groupon. Despite reaching out to Groupon multiple times, the latest response was an email requesting my banking details to resolve the issue, even though I used a credit card for the purchase. This situation is becoming frustrating, and I am requesting a full refund of $68 in Canadian dollars. It is important for someone to contact me back promptly. Thank you.

I bought a Groupon for Releaf Clinics, but when I tried to schedule an appointment, they mentioned they don't operate in Illinois. They advised me to contact Groupon for a refund for this voucher. I have always been a loyal customer to Groupon and various other stores. I encountered an issue with a severely damaged iPad Air Model A2324 sold by SPRY LLC through Groupon. Despite following all instructions and even creating an unboxing video as proof, the merchant refuses to refund me. The iPad had visible internal damage and displayed abnormal visuals when turned on. I returned it promptly in the same condition it arrived. I am frustrated by the deceitful actions of the merchant. I have video evidence and photos of the unboxing to support my claim. I have contacted SPRY LLC through Groupon for a resolution and seek a full refund of $[redacted].43 in Groupon Bucks.

I am writing to inquire about the status of the following Groupons that I have previously contacted you about, but have not received a response. I suspect that the issues I am experiencing could be related to email difficulties. I have been trying to address the following unfulfilled Groupons:
1. Shutterfly - purchased on May 23, [redacted], under order #[redacted]. I am still interested in redeeming this book.
2. Grown' Up Herocles Seesaw - purchased on April 29, [redacted], under order #[redacted]56, for $63.19. The item is still in the shipping stage, but I have not received it. I would appreciate either receiving the item or a refund.
3. Vistaprint National - purchased on October 4, [redacted], under order #[redacted]64, for $17.00. I bought 2 certificates for $75.00 merchandise, following the terms set by Groupon and Vistaprint. However, upon redemption, the Groupon was not accepted, and we had to pay in cash for items that were ordered separately and not the same type. I would like the original certificate honored or a refund of $17.00.
I have a few other Groupons that I have not used yet, and I expect no issues with their redemption.

While he was looking at a display case, an order was placed without his consent. It's a big mess how they handled multiple orders here. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. I informed them that I didn't want the delivery, but they still sent it via GLS. GLS just left the package in our daughter's garden, no ringing of the bell, no signature. My stay at Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe/Houston was a nightmare due to mosquitoes and spiders on the walls of my room. I was thankful that the hotel room service came to remove them. However, I was informed by Margaritaville Lake Resort that I needed to request a refund through Groupon since I booked through a third party. Please refund my hotel stay. The hotel provided me with all the credits they could offer, acknowledging the issues. This unfortunate experience occurred in room [redacted]. Rebecca and the director, Jin Park, are aware of the situation. Our family vacation turned into a nightmare, especially with young children involved.

I would like to request a refund for order number [redacted], which was purchased on July 2, [redacted], for Tower Foot & Ankle Surgery Inc. for toenail fungus removal. I bought it for my 74-year-old husband, who uses an electric wheelchair due to multiple sclerosis. Unfortunately, Tower Foot & Ankle's office in Sherman Oaks is not handicap accessible. This means my husband cannot receive treatment there due to their lack of accommodations. Can you please process a refund of $90.40 for the service?

I visited the Groupon Las Vegas website. I signed up and bought 3 tickets for a Grand Canyon excursion. When I tried to pay, my card didn't work, so they asked me to update my address, which I did. Yesterday, my card flagged the transaction for security reasons. Today, the payment went through, but I still can't access my tickets. They mentioned it's processing but can't deliver because my address is in Canada. I've emailed and chatted with no solution. All I want is to CANCEL the transaction. I am experiencing issues logging into my Groupon account. I keep receiving an error message stating that my username or password is incorrect, despite several attempts and password resets. It appears my account has disappeared, and I have numerous outstanding purchases made in June, including a couples massage, shellac manicures, pedicures, Brazilian waxes, a full body wax, teeth whitening, and hair cutting. I am frustrated with the lack of customer service available. I attempted to buy an item, but my account was not updated, resulting in the purchase being processed with an inactive card. I have since updated my information, but I am now seeing two pending charges on my card. I need clarification on the amount of the purchase and confirmation that there is only one charge. As there is no way to contact customer service, I am disappointed with the experience and will not be making any future purchases. I will also caution others about the poor level of service provided.

I received the Groupon "welcome" code after signing up for texts and emails. When I tried to use it to purchase an item on Groupon, I received an error message stating that the code couldn't be used for that order. The text I received with the code did not include the deal terms and conditions, only a general message about using the discount at checkout. Additionally, I recently received a reminder that I only have 2 days left to use the code, but I can't seem to apply it successfully. It's frustrating to be unable to use the discount I was promised, especially since I believed I would receive a 25% discount for signing up for texts and emails. At this point, I am considering looking for other options as the full price on Groupon, without the promised discount, is no longer as competitive as I had hoped. I have checked my order details. I visited the "How to Use This Deal" section and clicked on Question #4. I chose the tickets for Friday to Monday and added them to my cart. Upon entering the redemption code, I received an error message saying, "CODE NOT APPLICABLE FOR CART PRODUCT." I need these tickets for tomorrow and would like assistance with this issue.
