I would like to discontinue billing this December, and I request a refund to be mailed to my address instead of deducting the money. Please cease withdrawing funds without authorization. Pace Deaf Advocacy Service has ceased operations since last November, and no one from our organization is employed anymore. I find it challenging to contact Grammarly by phone, as calls often go unanswered. Furthermore, I would like to switch the billing to regular Grammarly online services and remove the name of the person who mishandled the credit card without permission for Grammarly payments. I regret using their credit card for this purpose and will provide a new credit card for future transactions. Thank you, M H.

Hello, my name is Usif M. and you can reach me at [redacted] I did not authorize the payment of $[redacted] that Parlay attempted to withdraw from my account, potentially causing an overdraft. I only intended to subscribe for the 55% discount that I received via email. Anything beyond that promotional offer is unacceptable to me and constitutes a breach. Today, I also received an offer for a 50% discount, so it makes no sense for me to pay $[redacted] instead of benefiting from the current premium promotion. I kindly request an immediate refund and have also reached out to Anita via email regarding this matter.

My name is Usif K. I did not authorize a $[redacted] payment through PayPal today. I had agreed to a 55% promotion and informed Anite via email of my interest in this offer. I do not wish to proceed with the $[redacted] payment, as I expect the 55% discount mentioned. Today, on 8/12/[redacted], I received an email offering only a 50% discount, which I find unacceptable. Kindly process an immediate refund as I am only willing to proceed with the original 55% discount. Thank you.

Good evening Grammarly customer service, I recently purchased the premium subscription, expecting to be billed monthly, not all at once. I planned to cancel after using it for my essay and did not anticipate the lump sum charge of $[redacted] today. Can you please advise on the possibility of a refund for this unexpected charge? Thank you, Shiraz

Hello, I am having difficulties using Grammarly and would like to request a refund for Grammarly Premium, the monthly subscription. I encountered significant lag while attempting to edit essays after purchasing it. I only realized this issue after turning Grammarly off for a week before using it for editing. Unfortunately, I found it entirely unusable due to ongoing lag problems. I am unsure if the issue lies with my computer or the application itself, as it prevented me from effectively editing my papers or utilizing the premium features. In light of these challenges, I am seeking a refund. Thank you.

As an intern, I was hired by a former employer who has left me with unpaid bills after disappearing and leaving town. I was tasked with setting up Dropbox and building a website on SquareSpace for him. Now, my contact information is on financial documents, and I am being pursued for these bills, despite not having the means to pay them. The former employer also did not cancel the Dropbox account, leading to renewal messages. I am struggling with several hundred dollars in unpaid bills due to this situation caused by the employer's abandonment.

I was hired by a chef, my employer, to assist in creating his website. Unfortunately, he vanished without paying me for my work or settling any bills. As part of the project, I also handled some paperwork related to his business. The website required organizing and adding images, but the chef disappeared before compensating me for my efforts. Shortly after, I started receiving notifications about renewing my Dropbox account. I am a freelance intern and don't have the financial means to cover the costs he left behind on the Dropbox account. I am seeking assistance to dispute and resolve these charges. Thank you.

Hello, I recently intended to purchase a one-month subscription to Grammarly Premium. However, upon reviewing my bank receipt, I noticed that I unintentionally paid for a yearly subscription. I acknowledge that this may have been my error, but as I subscribed just thirty minutes ago, I am hoping it might still be feasible to rectify this and switch it to a one-month subscription instead. Thank you, Annija Kristiāna S.

I recently approved an app purchase for my niece to write a paper for school, thinking it was $[redacted], but it ended up being $59 and some change. It was mistakenly charged to my card, causing frequent pop-up notifications on my computer, which is quite bothersome. I have limited funds and can't cover a doctor's visit with only $[redacted] in my bank account, considering my $[redacted] co-pay. Please process a refund promptly and cancel this recurring monthly charge. This situation is overwhelming; I appreciate any assistance. Thank you. My name is Malcolm Parkhurst, and the purchase was made with one of two email addresses: [redacted] or BOXANOiCloud.com. Wishing you happy holidays. Feel free to contact me at [redacted], day or night. Thank you, and happy holidays.

I would like to cancel my premium subscription. It seems it was set to automatically charge me, and I cancelled it as soon as I could access my computer. Is there any possibility of receiving a refund? I have not utilized the service since the recent charge less than a month ago. Being a high school/college student, the deducted amount from my bank account is crucial. Kindly advise on the process for a refund.

It seems like Grammarly is not working correctly on my school's platform. Although Grammarly is activated for all websites, including my school's, Microsoft Word is only correcting the spelling, not checking grammar. I am getting frustrated with this issue. I might uninstall Grammarly and look for an alternative. Sometimes technology can be frustrating when it's released with bugs. I hope for improvements in the future.

Hello Grammarly Team, I am considering upgrading to your premium account services due to the revolutionary benefits Grammarly offers. As an Indian college student, the current pricing of $11.66 (Rs [redacted].20) per month as of 2nd Feb [redacted] seems a bit steep for me. I had to forgo a Netflix subscription for the same reason. It would be greatly appreciated if there's any flexibility in reducing the subscription cost, ideally to a range of $2.73 to $4.10 (Rs [redacted] - Rs [redacted]) per month, or at most $6.84 (Rs [redacted]) per month. I hope you can accommodate this request. Thank you for considering.

I regularly use Grammarly and have been experiencing issues with the site for about a year now. It seems to work sporadically, causing frustration. My new email address is now [redacted], but I am unable to access it. I have trouble logging into Facebook as my old email is linked, and I cannot receive verification codes. Also, since getting a new computer without a wireless mouse, I struggle with copy-pasting using the right-click. I notice corrections only as blue or red dots and the screen jumps frequently. Grammarly is essential for my writing, and I need these issues resolved urgently. I spent hours on an assignment only to lose it while attempting to copy and paste. It would be beneficial to discuss these problems with a support representative. Thank you - C Sherwood.

I noticed an additional charge of $39.51 on my account from Grammarly on Jan 25th, [redacted]. This situation is frustrating considering I was already charged $40.11 on December 23rd, [redacted]. I cancelled my subscription the same day I started the trial. Similar incidents occurred in September where I was charged even after canceling. I had to contact my bank and incur fees to prevent further charges. I inadvertently spent hundreds of dollars on a subscription that did not meet my needs. I am apprehensive each month due to the possibility of unexpected charges. I seek immediate assistance and a refund for at least a portion of the funds taken from me. As a Media Journalism graduate, it is disheartening to discover others facing similar issues with Grammarly. I hope to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you, Hannah J. Correspondence at [redacted]

Hello, my name is Tiyanna Alexander. I recently sent an email regarding an issue I encountered. I signed up for the premium package at the price of $11 per month, but upon purchase, $[redacted] was deducted, which was not clearly stated. This unexpected charge impacted my ability to pay off my tuition. I rely on my job to fund my education, and budgeted for the $12 monthly expense, not a lump sum like this. I feel misled, and I kindly request a refund or the option to arrange a monthly payment plan. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you, Tiyanna Alexander

I recently purchased Grammarly Premium, but I was under the impression it was a monthly subscription rather than an upfront annual payment. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding led me to pay over £[redacted], causing financial hardship, resulting in me struggling to afford basic necessities. I have deactivated my premium subscription in an attempt to seek a refund, but I was disappointed to find out that no refund was issued. I kindly request a full or partial refund as this situation has been distressing. Feeling misled and financially burdened, I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue to avoid a similar experience in the future.

I noticed a charge from Grammarly on my Scotiabank Visa card dated July 21 this year. I believed I had already closed all my Grammarly accounts as requested previously. Seeing this charge on my Visa statement was disappointing. I am requesting that all ties with Grammarly accounts be terminated promptly. Thank you for your help, and I await your reply.

Working with Grammarly on Facebook daily requires patience, but I have noticed a highlighted emoticon with colorful doodads that pop up at the end of each post, which can be bothersome when trying to add a YouTube URL or finish a post. I wonder if there is an option to disable these popups on Facebook. I appreciate Grammarly's editing suggestions, but I prefer having control over my posts without it doing everything for me automatically.
