After unintentionally factory resetting my phone, I encountered a major issue as I was also signed out of Google on my PC. This has led to a dilemma where I am unable to sign in to Google. The problem arises because when I try to sign in on the PC, it requires verification which I cannot complete due to various reasons. Firstly, the phone no longer displays the Google account sign-in option after the reset, making it impossible for me to verify using a code. Additionally, the phone number associated with my Google account is outdated, so I cannot receive the verification SMS. These obstacles are preventing me from signing in to Google on any device, which is also hindering me from accessing Google Play to recover my apps.

Hello,
Our association was informed that the trash was emptied on December 9th. However, none of the account users recalls taking this action. We are unsure if this was done by a person or if it was a technical error. Is it possible to retrieve the emptied trash? The email account linked to this issue is [redacted]
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Warm regards,

I recently had my phones stolen, which had my Gmail account linked to both of them for verification. The phone number on that account is connected to TextNow, and I can't sign into it as it's tied to my Gmail. I can't access my Gmail account to sign in, despite knowing the password and other information required. Updating my phone number in the account is crucial so I can receive the access code on my new number. I've created a new Gmail account, but all my accounts are linked, making it harder to hack without access to at least one. I would greatly appreciate your help in accessing my old account, which contains years worth of important information like pictures, contacts, and more. Please assist me in regaining access to my account. Thank you.

I'm unable to sign in to my two email accounts despite entering the correct passwords. This issue arose when I lost my mobile phone, which had high security settings for both Gmail accounts. Unfortunately, I cannot recover the Gmail accounts as I no longer have the original phone or access to the phone number set for account recovery, and I had enabled two-step verification on both accounts. The email addresses are:
1 - [redacted]
2 - [redacted]
I have attempted multiple times to recover both accounts without success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I can no longer use my old phone because its screen is broken. Previously, I was able to access my email account automatically through [redacted] on that phone. However, with my new phone, I now need to enter a password, which I can't remember. Gmail wants to send a validation code via text to my old European phone number, +[redacted]06, which I no longer have access to as I am currently in Canada. I am unable to confirm the recovery code. I urgently need access to my email account. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been facing an issue with accessing my old Gmail account where all my job-related records and documents are stored. I created a new Gmail account some time ago and closed the old phone number associated with it. Now that I've switched jobs and need access to those important documents, I am unable to log in due to forgetting the password and not having access to the old number for verification.
I urgently need to regain access to my old Gmail account for work purposes, but I am at a loss on how to proceed. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help.

Hello, I work as a systems administrator for a tech support team that assists hospitals through email. I suspect that our encryption servers have been blocked by Google. Despite checking various blacklists, I have been unsuccessful in locating where our servers might be listed. Any emails sent through our servers to a Gmail recipient are blocked with the error code "[redacted]-5.7.1 likely unsolicited mail." I would greatly appreciate any help in unblocking our servers. Thank you.

Hello,
I am Yusuf Ridwan, and my primary email account is [redacted] I've been unable to access my Gmail account for the past three days. Despite trying to reset my password and using the code sent to my mobile number, I'm still unable to gain access. The system prompts me to obtain a code from a recovery account that I no longer have access to ([redacted]). I believe my mobile number and other security measures should be enough to recover my account, but it's not working. The recovery emails suggest that my account is logged in on a mobile/computer device that I should use for account recovery. I have important appointments and interviews in my emails that require immediate attention, but I can't access my account. Thank you.

Hello!
I've had a lot going on lately, especially with online fraud causing me to lose money. This account is crucial to me as it holds important documents like a police report and an employment contract. My mother recently updated her phone number on her Samsung Galaxy A12 due to spam callers. However, she received an email on November 9th about Gmail's new mandatory 2-step verification, using her old number. We have her email, password, and old number (now deactivated). We're stuck at the verification page because the options provided don't work. Her Samsung Galaxy A12, used to set up the account, no longer recognizes the device for verification or account recovery. Only the old number is linked to the Hotmail account, which is also on the Samsung. Google's suggestion to make a new account isn't feasible due to important data on the existing one. Despite logging in from the same devices and IP address, we can't access the account. We need help recovering the account or reporting the issue to Google for assistance with verifying our information to access and update the account details.

Yesterday around 5 or 6 am, I received a notification stating someone had accessed my Gmail account and changed my password. I have had this account for many years and have not altered my password before. Despite my attempts, I am unable to log in as I was logged out and do not have Google Authenticator set up. Consequently, I am unable to utilize any of the account recovery methods. There is a significant amount of personal information in my emails like my address and bank statements that has me worried. I urgently need assistance in recovering my account to prevent any further issues.

I am unable to access my Gmail account because I cannot recall my recovery email. Although I know my email and password, I am struggling with the recovery email which was set up by the mobile sales and service center in my area. For over 6 years, I have been using Facebook and Messenger linked to this Gmail account, and now I am locked out due to the recovery email issue. In the past, I never had to provide a recovery email, so I find it frustrating that it is required now. I should have updated my recovery email when I still had access to my account.
