Yesterday, at around 2:40 PM, I was in an accident. A driver insured by Geico hit my car on the passenger side while I had the right of way. I need urgent assistance as I work on Monday and do not have a safe vehicle to transport my six-year-old. Driving my damaged car might cause it to break down due to internal damage. I urgently need a rental car by today or tomorrow and repairs scheduled for Monday or Tuesday morning. I have a hectic schedule as a full-time worker and student with a special needs child. Waiting for weeks or months for car repairs is not an option for me, as I need a reliable vehicle for work promptly.

My vehicle has been at a repair shop for a month since I drove through a deep puddle on a rainy night. I filed a claim and had it towed to the recommended shop through the app. After three weeks, we received an estimate that did not cover the flood damage. I called, and they informed me they could not do anything since it was at a body shop. We informed the adjuster, Paul Pintinalli, that we wanted the car moved to Penn Jersey shop, and he agreed to handle it. However, it's Tuesday now, and Carstar still has the car. I've tried contacting Paul multiple times since yesterday without any response. I am concerned about when my car will be moved to the correct shop and frustrated by this experience. The extended stay at the current location has even drained my car battery, making the situation more challenging to repair after a month.

Ronald A. [redacted] Freedom Dr. Red Rock, AZ [redacted] Dear Dennis Keeley, I am writing regarding claim #[redacted][redacted]-01 from 08/16/[redacted]. I am displeased that Geico is unwilling to fully restore my car after it was damaged on I-10 west from Tucson to Red Rock. An object from a truck struck my glass moon roof, causing significant damage. The original estimate did not cover all the damages reported by Tuttle/Click collision repair shop. Another adjuster, possibly named Tom, denied the supplemental claim citing rock chips, which I contested. I visited the repair shop and took photos to support my claim. I find it implausible that rock chips would be on the roof of a car that is only driven on streets and not off-road. Additionally, the force of the explosion damaged the trunk, further supporting my argument that the incident caused the damage to the roof. I am looking to speak with a resolution specialist. I canceled my homeowners' policy with Liberty Mutual in late September. The renewal date was the first week of October. My escrow account had paid $[redacted].00 and also paid Geico $[redacted].00, leaving me short of funds. However, I have yet to receive the refund check. I was informed falsely that the check was in the mail since Nov 19, but it was actually issued on Dec 1. Despite my loyalty as a customer for 15 years, they declined to direct deposit or send the check overnight, citing policy limitations. I am incredibly dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled and continue to wait for my refund check. This experience has led me to consider changing both my auto and homeowner insurance policies upon renewal.

A driver insured by Geico crashed into my car on Friday, December 3, at 6:30 pm. The collision occurred when the woman attempted a right turn on red and hit me as I was passing through the intersection. I was on a two-lane road traveling in the left lane when the woman, also in the left lane, collided with the rear right side of my car. The impact resulted in extensive damage to the back part of my car, causing a flat tire and potentially affecting the wheel alignment, which is currently being assessed by the repair shop. I require a rental vehicle while my car is being repaired and hope that Geico will cover the cost of the necessary repairs.

I have had a claim open, and this shop has had my car for a month. I just received a call, informing me that they will not cover my rental after next week. This is problematic as the shop won't have my car ready for some time, and I can't afford to pay for a rental myself. Yesterday, my wife was waiting in line to pick up our daughter from school when a substitute teacher accidentally hit our parked car while backing up. He apologised and gave us his insurance details. The next day, our daughter felt unwell and left school early. I require assistance to extend my husband's rental. His truck is delayed, and we cannot reach customer service. The lack of response is frustrating. I've been on hold for over 40 minutes now. I can't find the answer to my question on the website or app. Are the claims department's phone lines even open on Saturdays? They emailed me saying they need more information, but I'm unsure what details they require. This claim has been dragging on for weeks without any solution. I simply need to speak to a representative, but I can't be stuck on hold all weekend only to discover on Monday that they were closed.

Claim #[redacted][redacted] - I received a call from Enterprise today regarding the rental vehicle. They mentioned my coverage only lasted until today, despite picking the car up on Monday. Currently, my car is at the collision repair shop with a 30-day wait for repair. I need Geico to update the information with Enterprise as I'm unable to deal with this issue further. My car is currently at the repair shop due to a flat tire and a stolen catalytic converter. I have been provided with a temporary Chevy Spark rental, but Toyota has informed the repair shop that it will take approximately four weeks to get the new catalytic converter. I recently received an email asking me to update a claim on my auto policy. However, I did not file any claim, and I suspect fraud or an error on Geico's part since I was out of the country when this happened. As I lack this coverage, I will personally cover the costs until GEICO finishes their investigation. Fortunately, I am not at fault for the accident. I am encountering challenges with resolving two claims, one submitted on 11-28-21 and the other on 12-12-25. Despite being scheduled with an auto body shop multiple times, the repairs never get completed. Due to delays, I had to purchase a cheap wheel and two used tires after my spare tire also failed. When inquiring about reimbursement for these expenses, Greg Hubbard stated they were already factored into the estimate. Consequently, the insurance company provided checks for the damages but instructed me to arrange repairs independently, incurring additional costs. Confusion arose when Chantelle mentioned an appointment set for 2-1-22, which I was under the impression was for a different claim on 1-2-22. Attempts to clarify resulted in further inconsistencies between adjusters and delays in addressing the claims. This prolonged process, now exceeding two months for one claim and one and a half months for the other, is unacceptable. The lack of clear communication, changing adjusters, and difficulty finding a body shop willing to proceed without insurance involvement have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I urgently seek a resolution and expect a follow-up to address these issues appropriately.

I would like my claim to be escalated to someone with a higher position. I am disappointed with how my claim was handled and felt disrespected.
