I have encountered damage to my Hyundai that includes a shattered rear window and interior damage that seems like an attempted theft. I need to arrange for a roadside tow to either Roseville or Dublin dealership and have an adjuster inspect the car there. Additionally, there was an incident in a church parking lot in Livermore involving a lady who backed into my rental truck. Her insurance company has contacted me for a statement. I have since switched to driving a silver Ram truck, as my red SLT Ram truck is being repaired. I'm aware that my [redacted] tags are overdue, but I plan to address this before my upcoming surgery. I would appreciate prompt updates from a representative. Thank you.

I am Henry J. Koch, III, and my claim number is #[redacted][redacted]. I've been attempting to reach out to Ms. Alvarez, but we haven't connected yet. Mr. Diaz's account of the accident is inaccurate. While I should not have crossed into his lane, the minor damage was on my right rear passenger side. He gave me his insurance details (Allstate) and indicated he needed a new car anyway. He mentioned his horn was not working, but I did not inquire about his brakes. He was accompanied by a female passenger. I admit to having received some camera tickets for speeding and running red lights in the past. I recall an incident where I misjudged a fellow driver turning right, and I took responsibility for it. I would appreciate reimbursement for the $[redacted] deductible I had to cover. I am a 77-year-old individual who values honesty.

We have a family LLC in New Hampshire for our personal boats and vacation home, all insured with GEICO. Recently, we considered transferring the policies to the LLC for estate-planning purposes. However, we were informed by a GEICO representative that one boat, rented out occasionally, might not be eligible for renewal due to the rental activity. This seems odd, as the policy already excludes rental coverage. We have another policy specifically for the rental period with a different carrier. As someone with 40 years of experience in insurance, I suspect there may have been a misunderstanding from the phone representative. Can you provide clarification on this matter? Thank you. - Kevin C.

If you are with the Geico corporate office, please contact me regarding a complaint. Your employees made errors in my policy, resulting in penalties. They were rude and unhelpful when I tried to pay my bill on the 23rd of last month. Despite speaking to a supposed supervisor, she did not address my issues. I feel ignored and frustrated as I've called multiple times to resolve this. Please understand my situation and have a Geico corporate representative reach out to me promptly to resolve this issue. Thank you for your attention, I hope to hear from you soon.

Yesterday, I received two "Our Canada" magazines and a gift renewal entry for my sister in Toronto. I believe she may have received it already, but I am not certain given the delays with mail these days. Despite giving her some mail from another renewal today, she no longer wants one. I currently have a list to enter to win an Apple iPad and iTunes card prize package worth $[redacted], or opt for the cash equivalent. My name is Kevin Strickland, and I have been in several rock bands, including one like Led Zeppelin. I have construction experience, owned a restaurant, and worked in emergency services. If you can provide assistance, I am interested in consulting with an employment lawyer. Thank you all and have a good night. Thank you.

In September, I was involved in a collision with a Cal Trans sweeper truck, causing damage to my side mirror. The Highway Patrol helped me locate the sweeper and driver. I have filed a claim with Cal Trans and Geico has documented the damage and met with me. My mechanic is ready to replace the mirror, and I prefer a new one over a used mirror from GNC Auto. I am awaiting confirmation that the mirror replacement and my deductible will be covered before scheduling the repair. My claim number is [redacted]. I would appreciate a prompt resolution as this process has been prolonged.

My wife (Yuan F.) was rear-ended last week. We filed a claim with the driver's insurance, Allstate. They mention being pushed by a 3rd car, but we cannot confirm. We need our insurance to pursue the at-fault party. The police report from the Johnston Rhode Island station, report #21-[redacted]-AC, may have the 3rd driver's info. Our claim with Allstate is #[redacted]32. We are waiting for your callback. Thank you.

My name is Noemi Torres. I received a letter from MEDICARE with a threat of being sent to the Department of Treasury or a Department of Treasury Designated Debt Collection Center (DCC) for cross-servicing and offset of payments. This issue stems from mishandling by GEICO representative Lindsay Calar from the Claims Department. I received a $10,[redacted].00 check from GEICO made out to Noemi J Torres, MEDICARE, MEDICAID, and Kendall Regional Medical Center, signed by Neal M. Croig on March 3, [redacted]. When MEDICARE claimed the payment, I sent them the check received and signed by me (Noemi Torres) via mail on June 28, [redacted]. MEDICARE returned it on July 7 as they couldn't cash it. Following this, we called L. Calar at [redacted] numerous times to inform her of the situation with the check, requesting a new one be issued for payment and to void the previous one since it couldn't be cashed with 4 different entities to sign. Despite correspondence from GEICO mentioning the case closure and assuming the payment was sent to MEDICARE, I was surprised to receive this threatening letter dated September 27 from MEDICARE. I hope this can be resolved before the 15-day deadline specified by MEDICARE. Thank you, Noemi Torres.

I was involved in an accident on April 1st, [redacted], with one of your clients. I have been working with an adjuster for over 6 months, and the issue has not been settled yet. The adjuster mentioned that they are unable to obtain the requested medical records as the reason for the delay. I contacted the Records division, and they confirmed sending out the request twice to locate the records as per the adjustor's request. As of Sept 27, the adjuster is still claiming they have not received the medical records. Due to this situation, we have moved to live with family as I lost my job because I cannot work due to the pain. I am considering getting an attorney involved to follow up on this matter. My wife, who has cancer and cannot work full time, and I would prefer not to bring an attorney into this at this time. Here is my wife's email address. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I have an unresolved claim from last November with Geico. Despite sending numerous photos, I have not received any response. The lack of communication is frustrating, and I am considering leaving a negative online review if the settlement is not processed soon. The claim number is [redacted], and the incident occurred at [redacted] Howard Lane, Austin, Texas. I'm Louie Smith from Ed and Sons, Inc. A client crashed on our property, causing damage to a boat, fence, and tree, resulting in a significant clean-up. I am seeking contact information for an agent to address these issues directly as the current representative has been unresponsive to emails. The service provided has left me extremely dissatisfied, leading me to warn others about Geico’s poor communication. Please reach me at [redacted] for a personal discussion instead of email correspondence.

A few months ago, I traded in my car for another vehicle I was purchasing. To provide proof of insurance, I added the new car to my policy temporarily. After removing my trade-in, I was charged double the amount for the next few months. Despite contacting Geico customer service multiple times, I keep hearing the same reassurances that it was an error and that I will be refunded. I am frustrated by the lack of resolution and the inconvenience of continuously following up on this matter. The overcharge may not seem significant, but it does impact my finances. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this issue and hope to have it resolved soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Thanks, W. Ruth

I was involved in a car accident with a driver insured by Geico who ran a red light. Despite waiting two weeks, Geico didn't assess my car or contact me after I filed the claim promptly after the accident. A local service station spoke to someone in Geico's claims department who was supposed to obtain video evidence but never did. My car remains damaged since the incident on September 13, [redacted]. After finally reaching out, the policyholder provided false information, leading me to notify Geico about a lawsuit against them and the driver. The driver may face charges for lying to the police. Someone from Geico called me today, and I'm returning their call. My phone number is [redacted], and the claim number is [redacted][redacted].

I had a terrible experience with my ongoing claims process. There has been a complete lack of communication. I had an appointment for vandalism/partial theft regarding my [redacted] Chevrolet pickup. However, when I arrived, they claimed it wasn't in their database, leaving me without an estimate. After two days of silence, I was informed I missed my appointment. Since my rear window was broken, I had to arrange for repairs out of my own pocket due to the lack of contact from the claims department. The adjuster's emails have been unhelpful, and it was only after I vented on Facebook that an estimate finally appeared on the website. I requested a reimbursement of $1,[redacted].00 minus my deductible, which then triggered my case to be referred to SIU. Despite providing evidence of the truck's value and previous photos, I felt ignored and mistreated. Now, I am being asked for another inspection with no way to schedule it due to unresponsive phone lines and website issues. This experience has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with my comprehensive coverage.

I was recently in an accident on October 4th involving a driver insured by Progressive. Following the incident, I communicated with Progressive adjuster Ashley Johnson, who advised me to also inform my insurance company. The accident occurred when I was hit from the left rear, clearly showing fault on the other party's side. An officer present at the scene witnessed the collision, being right behind the driver who struck my vehicle. I am looking to report the accident and discuss the procedure for getting my car repaired. Despite not typically contacting my insurance company when I am not at fault, as was the case this time, I have all the necessary details and photos of the damage ready for review. For further communication, I can be reached at [redacted]. I am listed on the policy along with Mr. T, as it was my wife driving her car that day, also covered by this policy. Please return my call at your earliest convenience.

I, William Fish, am reporting a rear-end accident involving your client with my [redacted] Honda Civic. Following the accident, the vehicle, which had only [redacted] miles, was repaired at a Honda dealer's body shop. Despite a repaint to address a paint color mismatch, there is still a slight shade difference. After allowing time for curing, the issue persists. Seeking a second opinion from Car Star, a non-Geico network shop, they have confirmed the noticeable mismatch and suggest a new bumper to rectify it. I am determined to have this repair completed correctly and seek assistance in ensuring the necessary corrections are made. The Honda dealership may contest addressing this matter, as they initially pushed for acceptance of the unsatisfactory first paint job. I am awaiting your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, William Fish.

I have been paying a high price of over $[redacted] a year for Home Insurance and $[redacted] a month for auto insurance, and I can no longer afford these costs. I have decided to switch to Liberty Mutual Insurance, where I will be paying half the price for both starting on November 1st, [redacted]. I wanted to avoid being charged again on the 24th of this month since I will be transitioning to Liberty Mutual on November 1st. The traffic tickets I received were due to a situation where an eager police officer in Milford, Ohio stopped me twice within a short period as I exited the Rt [redacted] expressway onto a 50 mph zone. The speed limit signs were not clearly marked, and the officer did not recall that he had ticketed me just a few weeks prior. Due to the financial strain caused by the pandemic and your high insurance charges, I had to resign from my job on March 31st, [redacted]. At 67 years old, living on Social Security, I kindly ask that you refrain from charging me for coverage with Geico past October 31st. Catherine C. [redacted] [redacted] Fallen Tree Way Amelia, OH [redacted] PS: I may soon be returning my [redacted] Hyundai Sonata lease due to the financial burden of the expensive insurance policies.

I have a bundled car and condo policy with Geico through Assurant. I have a homeowners claim with number [redacted]5 for a property at 12 Waterford Way in Spring Lake, NJ [redacted], filed on 9/9/21. All estimates are complete, but Assurant is delaying the process. Despite multiple attempts, adjuster Robert Fuentes has not communicated with me. The condo insurer and builder have provided their estimates, but progress is stalled due to Assurant's lack of communication. As this is my primary residence, I now need to find housing alternatives. This entire situation has been frustrating, mainly due to Assurant's failure to respond. Bundling with Geico has proven to be disappointing in this case. - W. C. I was involved in a hit-and-run while my vehicle was parked at Walmart. The other driver involved and I both have Geico insurance. Despite me providing a police report and video footage of the incident, the police are having trouble reaching the other driver, who is avoiding contact. Geico is also not cooperating in processing my claim until they have spoken to the other driver. I have additional evidence from bystanders and Walmart. What should be my next steps to resolve this situation efficiently?

I recently received a debt collection letter totaling $3,[redacted].65 for a claim made against me on 6-4-[redacted]. On that day, my parked car at my parents' driveway was involved in an incident while I was slowly backing out of a Walmart parking spot. Despite discussing the matter with the sheriff and following their guidance not to report it due to the location being a parking lot, I am now facing accusations of a hit and run and lacking insurance coverage. The other party involved was distracted on their phone and struck my car as I was maneuvering. Fortunately, my car sustained no damage, and I was operating at a very slow speed. I find it unjust that I am being targeted for not having insurance as I was not contacted by the person making the claim, and I had informed the authorities of my insurance details. This seems like a fraudulent claim, and I believe my insurance company should not be held responsible as standard practice would involve them contacting me or handling the situation differently since it was reported to the sheriff.

I need a rental car since a Geico client hit my car. I am unsure if there is internal damage, but I cannot risk driving it with my six-year-old son. I need a rental car by today or tomorrow to ensure I can get to work on Monday. Geico should provide the rental car and schedule repairs for my vehicle.
