A developer in Pakistan is creating a game for me while I'm in London. The connection on your website is very slow, taking 30 minutes for messages to go through. I asked if we could use WhatsApp for our discussions due to the volume of topics. I provided my number, only to have both my account and the developer's banned. This is outrageous! We turned to WhatsApp due to communication issues on your platform, not for forbidden activities. Please resolve this matter promptly. I can provide bank statements if needed to confirm no financial transactions took place, as our communication was solely about my project. Thank you.

This morning, on December 29, [redacted], I placed an order. I finished the job successfully at 8:48 am on the same day. I shared the client's information, and they were satisfied with my service. However, the issue arose when even after completing the task, Fiverr continues to keep my order open and the clock running. I attempted to contact them through their help desk on the Fiverr website, but they marked the problem as resolved while the order remains open. I am extremely frustrated with their service at the moment.

Hello, I am a Level Two seller on Fiverr. Recently, I worked with a client named Kavitka27 who requested additional work beyond our initial agreement. Despite not receiving extra payment, I accommodated her requests. Unfortunately, she proceeded to change the project requirements multiple times and eventually canceled the order. Following this, a Fiverr community agent intervened, and Kavitka27 agreed to progress with the work. I successfully completed two subsequent projects for her. However, with the latest project, she requested numerous revisions and mentioned reporting me constantly. The project was eventually marked as completed due to her inaction on the revisions, although I continued working to ensure her satisfaction. Now, she is unhappy with my work on other projects simultaneously and no longer wishes to collaborate. I am hesitant to report her, but she has threatened to do so. Thank you.

I am trying to access my orders on Fiverr. My Visa card shows 12 charges for foreign transactions with Fiverr, but I can't see all of these transactions on my buyer account. How can I obtain a full set of invoices for the payments made via Fiverr? I expect to see twelve invoices to match the twelve foreign transaction fees on my card statement. I placed an order on 15/04 with Lady Ava Lynn on Fiverr for a standard service at £16.12 for four days. Despite not seeing any progress, I reached out to the seller twice with no response until they finally replied, stating they had started and that I still had two days left. I clarified that the weekend I needed the work for was Friday to Monday, expressing my lack of confidence in their work. The seller then provided inaccurate information about the number of followers I had. After receiving fake followers and expressing concern about potential penalties from Facebook, the seller refused to cancel the order, stating that not everyone on Facebook has friends and suggesting to delete any disliked profiles. I am disappointed with the seller's response and request to cancel the order.

There seems to be a technical issue with creating an offer for services on Fiverr. I have encountered harassment from individuals claiming to be from the FBI and CIA, who have been hacking into my financial accounts. This has resulted in unauthorized access and losses. They manipulate my email address to prevent me from accessing my payment accounts. Any accusations of criminal activity against me are false, and I am taking steps to address these issues with the relevant authorities. I have been unable to utilize Fiverr due to these racially motivated incidents. I recently uploaded a picture on my account to test the setup, but I do not intend to use the content.

Hello, Yesterday, I hired two suppliers to edit some videos. Unfortunately, without any valid reason, the orders I made with them were canceled. I have lost contact with these suppliers, and I had already paid for their services. Furthermore, I was also in touch with suppliers for creating websites, e-commerce platforms, and short videos for social media. I explained that I was seeking business partners to offer these services in my country. However, my chats were deleted, and the two previous services were canceled. I am unsure if this was for security reasons. I am in urgent need to resolve this matter, and I would appreciate any assistance in recovering the chats and my orders. I had requested a custom order on Fiverr for fifty 2D dog illustrations, but the seller only delivered 8 poor-quality illustrations and claimed the rest were still in progress each week. After months of waiting, I no longer need the artwork. I am dissatisfied as the seller marked the order complete without delivering and took my funds. I am seeking a full refund. The seller's name on the order was corps_art for $[redacted]. If this issue is not resolved, I will seek legal action and share my experience on social media to highlight the platform's vulnerability to such scams.

I need assistance with my order No. FO2EEFDBDDC4. I signed up for 16 online tutoring sessions for Arabic and Quran lessons starting on October 1st. So far, I have only received 8 sessions as Mrs. Arwa Hesham has been canceling most of her scheduled sessions and is slow to respond to messages. Due to this unreliable behavior, I cannot continue with the tutoring for my daughters and would like to cancel my order. I received a message on November 1st stating that the order would be marked as completed, but we still intended to have classes. However, Mrs. Arwa did not show up for the session, leaving my daughter waiting without any communication until the following day. I believe it's important to review our conversation history to understand the pattern of canceled sessions.

Hello, I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. Unfortunately, I am feeling frustrated as I am still awaiting the final version of my resume. Initially, when it was first delivered by Megan_resume, it did not meet my expectations despite providing clear instructions on what needed to be included. After providing feedback, I received the same resume without any changes. I was expecting the revised version yesterday but have yet to receive it. Regarding the LinkedIn service, although I originally requested only a resume and a cover letter, I was offered the additional service of a LinkedIn profile at the same rate. I opted to exclude this from my order with Megan_resume. I mistakenly rated Megan_resume with 5 stars, which was premature. I would like to rectify this rating, please advise on how to do so. I had an active order with a designer named Mohsinyasin. I requested changes 3 hours before the deadline, but the system mistakenly closed the order at 9pm. The designer was supposed to revise 3 logos, but due to the premature closure, only 1 logo was submitted. Unfortunately, there has been no response from Mohsinyasin regarding completing the remaining work. I am not seeking a refund, I just need the project to be finished as originally agreed. How can we address this situation?

I'm having trouble creating a Fiverr account with my email address. I previously tried to set up an account with "[redacted]" Later, I couldn't access it, so I created a new account, "Hepzi_Pepsi6," using the same password. I received an email in September saying my Apple account is linked to my Fiverr account, so I asked to disable the original one. Now I can't use my email to create any accounts. I need assistance removing both accounts so I can properly create a new one with my email address.

I am experiencing an issue while trying to set up my gig information on Fiverr. Every time I try to set the "delivery time," I encounter a red error message that prompts me to set a new delivery time. Despite changing the delivery time repeatedly, the error persists and prevents me from saving and moving forward to complete my gig setup. This obstacle is hindering me from progressing to the final step of publishing my gig and commencing my services on Fiverr. I was recently billed for a service that I never received. On 5/20, I was trying to contact a supplier to inquire about potential work. In order to contact the supplier, I had to make a payment of $33. Despite making the payment, the supplier never responded regarding the work. However, the supplier took the money as shown on my credit card statement. It is highly unethical for the supplier to charge me without providing the service or my explicit consent. - S. Simon
