I am very frustrated. I placed an order on 11/17/[redacted] for an item that was in stock but never received it. After contacting the website through chat, I was informed that my order was never sent and is now out of stock. Despite expressing my strong desire for a Las Vegas Raiders decal multiple times, the representative only offered a refund, which I declined. I want the decal, not a refund. They suggested placing a new order, which I am unwilling to do. I feel ignored and mistreated. I demand that the company rectify this mistake by sending me the Las Vegas Raiders car decal or magnet. I ordered a gift for my granddaughter from Fanatics on November 13th, [redacted]. She will be traveling 8 hours to be with us for Christmas, but the order is still just processing. The estimated delivery date is December 21, [redacted]. I am feeling terrible that out of 10 grandchildren, the only one without their gift might be the one who asked for something from Fanatics.

On November 17, I placed an order with Fanatics (Order #: 21-6[redacted]). I received an email on November 23 about a delay, which was fine as I ordered early for Christmas. However, by December 6, I still hadn't heard anything. I tried tracking my order, the help desk, and chat support on the site, but none worked. The tracking order has been down since my purchase. The customer service is inadequate, canceling my order without providing any shipping information. I spoke to a supervisor who apologized but couldn't help. I had trouble paying with my credit card on your site, so I ended up ordering the Boston Red Sox '47 Juncture Clean up Trucker Snapback Hat - Navy/Natural from Walmart. Hello, I won a Patrick Mahomes helmet from Pristine Auction. I originally ordered a Steiner COA helmet, but received a Fanatics COA helmet instead due to a vendor issue. Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. I was assured in chat that I would receive a refund if my order did not arrive by 12/23. I saved the chat for proof. Despite multiple calls requesting to speak with a supervisor, the agent keeps ending the chat. The order was for a Christmas bear shirt and hat with expedited shipping guaranteed in 5 business days. Placed on 12/11, it missed Christmas. It seems the order will arrive late.

I accidentally had a duplicate order. I ordered a NY Jets Jersey and an Ohio State black Hoodie, but when I missed a payment, I wrongly thought my order was canceled. I received one package with both items, returned the Jersey due to size issues, and now, the second order arrived without the black hoodie. I've started the return process for the second Jersey, as it was also the wrong size. I am wondering why I never received the second black hoodie; I assume they were shipped separately. I want to return both the hoodie and the Jersey from the duplicate order, but to do so, I need assistance since the system does not recognize one of the order numbers for processing the return. I placed an order for a custom New England Patriots jersey on November 30th as a Christmas gift. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. I expected the delivery by December 9th according to your website's Christmas delivery policy, which stated orders made by December 12th would arrive in time. It's now December 29th, four days after Christmas, and my order hasn't even been shipped. Your Twitter support mentioned it won't ship until January 4th, which is highly inconvenient. I wanted the jersey well before Christmas, and the delay is disappointing. I no longer need the item due to the delay and wish to cancel the order and receive a refund of £66.24, including delivery costs. According to your terms and conditions, I have the right to cancel the order since it hasn't been dispatched. Please terminate the order and process the refund promptly. I have received my order, but unfortunately, the name on the jersey is incorrect. I would like to return it. The name should read "BEY" instead of "BLY." I am disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order on 12/13 and was charged $74.85 for the hoodie, shipping, and tax. The item was supposed to arrive by 12/23, but it came the week after Christmas. Furthermore, the size I ordered was a LARGE, but the hoodie was extremely small. When I returned it, I only received a refund of $52.40, resulting in a $22.45 loss. I wanted the Yankee 'Protect the Plate' Police Hoodie for my son, a Police Officer in Upstate New York. Unfortunately, this whole experience with Fanatics has been unsatisfactory, and I am not happy with the outcome.

Hello, my name is Scott, and I have been a long-time customer of Topps products. After seeing a positive experience shared by another customer regarding redemptions, I wanted to share my own recent struggles. I had multiple redemptions, including a Jo Adell Clearly Authentic auto, a Blue Jo Adell Clearly Authentic auto, and a Kelenic Topps Chrome auto. Unfortunately, the codes were damaged, preventing me from entering them online. Despite multiple attempts and reaching out to Topps, I faced challenges. The customer service representatives could only locate one of the three redemptions I had sent in. After numerous interactions, I received a base Jo Adell auto but not the other cards I was expecting. Although I received a "care package" with some cards, they did not match the value of the missing cards. I also had an unresolved issue with missing hits from my Topps Stadium Club Chrome box that was not addressed. I am hoping for some assistance or resolution from Topps regarding these matters.

My credit card information was stolen, and the thief made a fraudulent purchase of roughly $1,[redacted]. The order was placed on Fanatics.com and was sent to an address different from mine. Despite this discrepancy, the order was still processed without issue. I have been attempting to reach a customer service representative for three days in order to cancel this fraudulent order but have not made any progress. Dealing with this company has been incredibly frustrating, and I am feeling both disgusted and angry. I would advise everyone to avoid doing business with them. If necessary, I am prepared to take legal action against this company, although I hope to resolve this matter without having to go through that hassle.

I bought two items on Cyber Monday, one regular and one special, both said they'd ship in 3-5 business days. I haven't received the special item yet, and my account now says it will ship on December 26th, over a month after I ordered. I need it before Christmas as I ordered it in November and wasn't informed it wouldn't arrive in time.
