Experian's repeated attempts to charge my card are becoming frustrating. Every time I try to cancel my account, I end up stuck on a payment page. Their customer service line only leads me to an automated system that won't let me speak to a real person or cancel my account. It's frustrating and it doesn't feel right. I’ll need to contact my bank to dispute the charges and block any future payments. I'd like my premium account at Experian cancelled. I'm unhappy with their service and I'll make sure to warn others about the issues I've faced. I wish there was more I could do to stop Experian from these practices.

I recently received a letter indicating that my credit score is impacted by four negatives. 1. The average months of accounts on file is listed as low, which is inaccurate as I have held my accounts for several years. 2. The mention of times since the most recent late payment or use of credit cards in the last 12 months confuses me. Does this imply that I am not using my credit cards enough? I have only had one late payment in the past two years. 3. Months since the most recent credit card was opened is stated, but I have not opened a credit card in over a year. I am seeking assistance to address these discrepancies, is there a way I can speak with someone regarding my concerns?

I have been trying to reach a representative without success. The system relies heavily on computers that do not seem to understand plain English. It is frustrating that in this day and age, such incompetence is tolerated. I have left my phone number as [redacted], my name is David Baker, and you can reach me at [redacted] I hope someone can take charge and make a direct phone call without depending on the faulty computer system.

I just discovered a CCJ on my credit report that doesn't belong to me when I checked it while shopping for a car loan. I was also rejected for a bank loan. This unexpected information is causing significant issues that need to be resolved. The debt linked to the CCJ has been paid by a company I am unfamiliar with, seemingly resolving it. I am currently seeking assistance from Citizens Advice, but in the meantime, this is seriously impacting my plans. I heard from coworkers that you might be able to help remove incorrect CCJs. Thank you.

I am currently unable to access my TransUnion and Experian accounts due to fraudulent activity that occurred on August 6th. However, I have still not regained access after a week. For the next six months, my home address will be [redacted] Villa Cano, Las Vegas, Nevada [redacted], with an additional address at [redacted] Ardmore Apartment [redacted], Los Angeles, California [redacted]. I need to verify if my credit freeze is active with Experian, unlike the other credit bureaus. However, every time I try to sign in to my Experian account, I encounter an error that prompts me to call the toll-free number for assistance, without providing any other solutions. Despite entering all my information accurately while creating the account, I am unable to access it. When I attempt to call the customer service number, I am directed to an automated system where the options either suggest mailing in queries or using the online platform, which I am unable to use. It is essential for me to speak directly with a representative from Experian.

I discovered today, October 1, [redacted], that my address was changed. I am unsure who made this update in your system. The address listed is not my permanent residence; it belongs to a friend where I occasionally stay once a week. Although I am not a resident of Virginia, the change suggests I am, while I am actually a resident of Maryland and should be taxed under Maryland law. I have already contacted Transunion to rectify the situation, resulting in a file number being generated. I request that you also update this information promptly on your end to reflect my correct address.

After setting up my Samsung account online with my debit card for payments, I received a call from TD Bank claiming I was past due. Unaware of any connection to them, I contacted Samsung, where Isaiah assured me that my account was current, and any issues would have been communicated via email. Attempting to log in again led me to a number for TD Bank, who informed me my account setup was incomplete and I was indeed overdue, with an alert sent to the credit bureau. Despite no email notifications, I promptly made a payment. In an effort to resolve the confusion, TD Bank suggested contacting Experian, with whom I hold an account. Worried about my unblemished credit history at 73, I diligently maintain, I can't risk tarnishing it. Your guidance is greatly appreciated.

I recently got a call from someone claiming to be from DG Bank stating I was behind on my Samsung payments. After confirming with Samsung that my payments were current, it became clear it might be a scam. I contacted Samsung and was informed that DG Bank is not associated with them; they work with Toronto Bank. Connecting to my online account, which was partially set up on TD Bank, Samsung's partner, revealed missed payments. Despite quickly rectifying the late payment, it had already been reported to a credit bureau. The representative suggested informing Experian, with whom I have an account, to correct the negative report due to the confusion.

I am experiencing an issue with my Chase Bank online banking app that prevents me from viewing my credit score. After discussing this with them, it turns out that my credit report with Experian is registered under the name Carlos A. Gonzalez, while my bank accounts are under the name Carlos Alberto Gonzalez Garcia as stated on my government IDs in the United States. It is crucial for me to monitor my credit history within the bank to promptly address any potential credit issues that may arise and require disputes. I kindly request the name on my credit report be updated from Carlos A. Gonzalez to Carlos Alberto Gonzalez Garcia to align with my bank records for seamless access to my credit information on the bank's mobile app. Looking forward to your response. Thank you, Carlos Alberto Gonzalez Garcia

There are multiple addresses and an incorrect spelling of my name on my credit report, resulting in a significant drop in my credit score. I had previously frozen my Experian account, but unfroze it a week ago. Despite having recent credit reports from all bureaus a month or two ago, I now need to dispute Experian for allowing these errors that have impacted my credit negatively. Recently, I had been improving my credit, but over the past few weeks, my score plummeted by 24 points due to the inclusion of fraudulent accounts and multiple hard credit inquiries. My score has decreased from almost [redacted] to [redacted], and I am concerned about how Experian is handling my credit.

I'm having trouble logging into my account. Despite changing my password three times, I keep getting an error message saying it's incorrect. I'm concerned about changes in my credit score. While my spending habits have momentarily increased, I have consistently paid off my balance in full every month. I believe my credit score shouldn't be affected until after a full billing cycle to allow time for my payments to be processed.

I am having trouble accessing my account. Every time I try to log in, I am informed that my password is incorrect. Despite receiving three codes and changing my password, the issue persists. Additionally, I have noticed a decrease in my FICO score and suspect it may be due to recent higher-cost discretionary purchases. I consistently pay my balance in full, including this latest payment. It is puzzling to me why my score would be affected before there is any indication of missed payments. I would like to dispute this discrepancy, but unfortunately, I am unable to log into my account to do so.

My credit card information was compromised, and the address associated with my account has been changed without my knowledge. I need to correct this immediately to prevent further fraudulent activity. The correct address is [redacted] East 250th Avenue, Flat Rock, Illinois, [redacted]. The current address on file is being used by individuals committing fraud against me, resulting in significant financial losses. Despite my attempts to reach out via phone, I have not been successful in resolving this issue. I urgently request your assistance in rectifying this situation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I recently received an email from Chase Bank regarding a dark web alert for my credit Journey account. The email mentioned that my email and password were compromised, so I promptly changed my password. After contacting Chase, I was advised to reach out to Experian. However, I've been unable to get through to Experian via phone as I only receive a recorded message with no relevant options provided. I attempted to create a membership account with Experian to address the issue but struggled to answer the security questions quickly enough to verify my identity. I noticed that my credit is currently unfrozen, leaving me feeling vulnerable. I am unsure how to proceed with setting up my Experian membership account to reestablish the credit freeze for my protection.
