I am Jerry Trimaine Brunson. Unfortunately, I am facing issues with my Experian account. I cannot remember my password, which is unusual as I usually reset it as needed. When I try to reset it now, the system does not allow me to do so. Surprisingly, it says that my email [redacted] is not linked to any Experian account. I'm having trouble signing in as I keep receiving messages that my social security number is incorrect. I'm attempting to find or change my username and password since the current one is not being recognized. I may have changed it previously, but I can't recall. Recently, my new puppy got hold of the information and damaged it. I managed to salvage some parts after ironing it, but it's not complete. I've been attempting to reach a live customer service representative without success.

Since July [redacted], I have been homeless, but I am now back on my feet. Unfortunately, Google deactivated all four of my email accounts while I was away. My credit card application was denied by the credit card companies. They mentioned two main reasons: first, I apparently didn't pay on time, which is confusing since I'm always punctual with my payments. Second, they claimed I didn't pay as agreed, which is baffling because I always honor my contracts, and I've paid off my home and car. The third reason stated was a derogatory public record. I haven't had any legal issues, tickets, or arrests in many years. As a two-time recipient of the US Volunteer of the Year Award, it's alarming to see such a negative remark. I've spotted an error on my credit report. There's a $[redacted] Verizon debt showing up, even though my credit card company already resolved it three times before. Two weeks ago, I got a collections agency letter about it. Following the Consumer Protection agency's advice, on 5/23, I sent a response letter using the CPA template they suggested. The letter states clearly that I'm not accountable for this debt and asks for any supporting documentation they might have. I am requesting assistance unlocking my Experian account to secure a better interest rate on my forthcoming car purchase. I signed up for Experian after several attempts. The website is prompting me to purchase their products and go through a trial. I do not have a credit card currently to place an order or cancel. I am unable to exit the app. Kindly allow me to leave, and I will return for a trial when I have a card available. I am not able to make any charges at this moment, and there is no option to proceed without a credit card. The customer service system needs improvement.

I am having trouble accessing my Experian account. Previously, I could log in without any issues, but now it keeps saying my password is incorrect. Additionally, it claims my phone number, which I've had for years, is not on file, making it impossible to verify my identity.
