I am frustrated with my recent experience booking a room in Fremont, Nebraska at Country Inn & Suites on March 13th. Upon arrival, I was denied accommodation, and though they processed a refund, I have not received my $[redacted] back. Dealing with Expedia has left me feeling like a victim of theft. Their lack of customer service is extremely disappointing. I am seeking the corporate address to pursue legal action over this matter.

I would like to cancel booking number [redacted][redacted] and request a refund to my credit card for the charges made. The confirmation number for my Advantage rental is AEXPO96859. Upon arriving at the airport, I took the car shuttle to the main terminal where all the rental cars are located, but Advantage was not there as I specifically requested. Frustrated, I ended up booking a car from another rental company on-site. Please proceed to cancel my reservation and refund the amount paid through Expedia, which should be around $88. My name is S. While booking a flight on Expedia, I encountered a payment glitch where the transaction went through without providing a booking reference. Expedia confirmed the payment cancellation and advised me to contact BA for a refund. Unfortunately, BA was unable to assist using the reference numbers from my bank statement. I have been attempting to change my flight to Stuttgart, Germany for weeks. After contacting agents on the Expedia app, they advised me to wait to change the flight or to reach out to Lufthansa directly, as it seemed like I had a family emergency and might need to discuss a refund option with them. Upon calling Lufthansa, I encountered a lady who raised her voice at me because I was having difficulty understanding her explanation that since the booking was made through Expedia, she couldn't assist me. Subsequently, I contacted Expedia, but a robot informed me that due to system errors, they are unable to help me at this time. I urgently need to speak with someone regarding changing my flight or, at this stage, consider canceling the entire booking and making new arrangements through a different provider. I simply wish to communicate with a person who can provide assistance.

Yesterday, I used a virtual chat agent to reschedule two employees, Michael Hellgren and Judith Ryan, on an earlier flight from Memphis to Baltimore, moving it from Thursday to today. The agent helped us find a new flight, which was successful and appreciated. However, the agent quoted a change fee of $[redacted].50 per passenger, but upon receiving the receipt, I noticed I was charged $[redacted].72 per passenger plus tax. I am seeking assistance in correcting this discrepancy to be charged the initially quoted price. Please advise on the necessary steps to rectify this billing error. Thank you. On Wednesday, March 22nd at 3:00 PM, I made a reservation for a "Standard Room, 1 King Bed, Balcony, Accessible, Non-Smoking" at Quality Inn View of Lake Powell in Page. The room I received that night was not as advertised - it was located next to the laundry room, facing the parking lot without a balcony or a view. When I brought this up to the manager, I was told not to trust the pictures on their website. This goes against my experiences booking with Expedia previously, where I never encountered such discrepancies. I refuse to accept this subpar and dishonest service and have requested a refund from the hotel.

On Wednesday, March 22nd at 3:00 PM, I made a reservation for a "Standard Room, 1 King Bed, Balcony, Accessible, Non-Smoking" at Quality Inn View of Lake Powell in Page. When I approached the manager, she mentioned not to trust the website images and that what I got is what was expected. I am questioning the truth behind this statement. I booked a round trip flight for 03/24/[redacted] to return on 03/27/[redacted]. Unfortunately, the flight from El Paso to Phoenix was delayed, causing me to miss the connecting flight. I unintentionally booked through a third-party, Expedia, instead of directly with the Hampton Inn & Suites Bakersfield/Jwy 58 CA at [redacted] E Brundage Lane, Bakersfield, CA. I made a reservation at Benners Hotel in Tralee, Ireland for May 17-19, [redacted]. I do not have the itinerary number and would like a confirmation email sent to [redacted] The hotel provided me with the following numbers: Ref# [redacted]94, Benners Hotel confirmation # [redacted]. I attempted to do this on your website but it required the itinerary number. The reservation is under the names Theresa and Donald Kresker.

I attempted to purchase an international airline ticket with UNITED through Expedia. However, I encountered an error with my card information and was unable to complete the transaction. Despite assuming I wasn't charged, I later discovered charges on my card statement. I made a booking with Expedia for a round trip to Cleveland, Ohio, including a car and hotel. The airline has changed my itinerary 8 times, canceling my first flight and moving it a day earlier. This situation has left me without a car or hotel upon arrival in Cleveland. I am incredibly frustrated and simply want to cancel the entire trip. We've been informed by BA that there is an issue with the format of the names on our tickets. We've submitted the name correction form to the customer team twice, but they've mentioned they are unable to amend it due to limited access. They have advised us to reach out to the airline directly. BA has mentioned that the agency needs to make the call since they issued the ticket, not the passenger. We were aware of this rule but seem to have overlooked taking action. It's crucial to get the names corrected to be able to board the flight. I was charged for a hotel room through ebookety, which doesn't even exist. The hotel computer indicated that the payment went through but was mysteriously canceled, leading me to pay again. I demand a prompt refund of $[redacted].83. Additionally, the lack of a live customer service representative is frustrating. I am disappointed with this experience and would like a refund confirmation today.

I have experienced fraudulent charges amounting to $6,[redacted].19 on Expedia for travel booked by a person named Ariana Garcia on 3-14-23. I don't know this individual. They somehow got hold of my American Express card information without my consent, possibly by writing it down or taking a photo without my knowledge. I have taken steps: contacted the hotels to blacklist her, canceled my card on 4-7-23 at 1:15 PM, informed American Express, and notified the Jacksonville City Police Department.
