I made separate booking for two individual nights, followed by a one-week stay at Woodsprings Suite Hotel. On checking in on February 4th, I noticed that the lady at the front desk mistakenly double-booked two rooms for the same day for the single nights, which we never utilized. Consequently, one of the bookings was canceled for a refund. However, I have yet to see the refund credited back to my account. Also, the deposit I submitted for these bookings has not been returned. I was promised a refund, but so far, I am still out $[redacted].00. How can I ensure that this situation is resolved and the money is returned to me as promised?

I booked a car rental with Avis through Expedia, and two months after returning the car, I was unexpectedly charged on my credit card. According to Citicard, the merchant should close the recurring charge option and release any deposit hold once the car is returned as per the contract. Avis and Nora Henry are alleging damage to the car during my rental period without providing evidence, leading to multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card. This has forced me to close my account. Past complaints suggest a pattern of such fraudulent behavior, especially tied to Nora Henry. I am disappointed that despite booking through Expedia, there was no protection from these unethical practices. I hope Expedia can take action to address this issue and prevent such incidents in the future. I have reported this to Citibank and will involve the Attorney General if necessary. While preparing for our upcoming cruise departing from Puerto Rico on March 5-12, I utilized Expedia to arrange for hotel accommodations for two days prior to and two days after the trip. I successfully made the reservations online on Feb 7 and Feb 8. Unfortunately, on Feb 12, I received feedback on my check-in experience, making me realize that I had mistakenly booked a room for Feb 12-13 when I intended to book it for March 12-13. When I contacted the hotel, I was directed to speak with Expedia. Expedia explained that since my credit card was provided during the booking and the hotel imposed a no-show fee, they were unable to assist in changing the reservation to March 12. Despite offering a $[redacted] coupon as compensation, I declined and am seeking a full credit from Expedia due to this human error that occurred while navigating their website's date selection feature.

I made a reservation on Expedia for a hotel room rated at eight stars, so I expected a decent room. However, upon arrival, the room was dirty, smelled like smoke, and there was a noisy machine outside causing disruption. The front desk attendant was unhelpful and refused to change my room until the next day. Despite my complaint, they insisted the room was clean. After processing only half of my refund, they abruptly took my key. I drove back home at midnight and later discovered the hotel double-charged me $[redacted] right after issuing a refund, leaving me without the refund due. I am currently in the process of booking a round trip flight for two people from Indianapolis to Barcelona. We plan to depart on April 20 and return on May 6, [redacted]. I have some inquiries regarding the flight terms, specifically about the fees for checked baggage and seat selection. It is my understanding that the baggage fee is $75 per person. I am unsure of when and how we need to pay this fee. Additionally, the flights we are interested in seem to require payment for seat selection. Unfortunately, I cannot find information on the cost of selecting seats. I am willing to forgo selecting seats, but I need to know the additional cost it would incur. I will be attending a convention at the Colorado Convention Center in Downtown Denver next week. I made a reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Denver through Expedia for a room from Feb. 26 - March 2, for a total of 4 nights (Check in PM Feb 26; Check out AM Mar 2). The reservation was made on February 13. On February 22, I received a message from Expedia stating that the hotel claimed to be oversold and offered re-booking at two other hotels. After contacting the hotel and being assured that my reservation was still valid, I received another email today from Expedia informing me of a new booking at the Hampton Inn in Cherry Creek. I called the Hilton Garden Inn once more, and they confirmed that my original reservation with them is indeed secure. Therefore, I plan to stick with my original booking at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Denver and not switch to the Hampton Inn Cherry Creek. Please update your system accordingly and confirm the changes. Thank you.

My wife, Lois, and I have upcoming travel plans from London to San Francisco on flight VS41 on June 28, [redacted], with onward travel to Auckland and Christchurch, New Zealand. However, Air NZ has rescheduled our San Francisco leg to June 27, [redacted], which conflicts with our existing itinerary as we'll be in San Francisco on June 28. While my Expedia App still shows the original booking, the Air NZ App reflects the change made by Air NZ. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate this change as we'll be on a cruise in the North Sea. I've reached out to Expedia and attempted contact with the agent to no avail. I did not receive information from United regarding my upcoming trip. I was informed that they couldn't find my reservation and advised me to contact Expedia directly. I've had difficulty reaching an agent due to long hold times and system issues. United located my return flight for March 7th with confirmation code OPVE4J. However, I still require confirmation for my departing flight from Washington IAD on March 2nd at 6:15. My family is anticipating my arrival for a reunion, but I don't have the necessary tickets to check in with United. I intended to check in at 5:30 am, but United has no record of the flight. During a recent conversation with Juan about renting a car from Orlando to Ft. Myers, we encountered some issues. After finding a lower price on Expedia than what Juan initially offered, we proceeded to book the car with NU, thinking it was a Orlando pick up and Ft. Myers drop off. Unfortunately, the reservation turned out to be for pick up and drop off in Orlando, not what we had intended. Despite efforts to change or cancel the booking, we were locked into the rental and had to incur an additional cost of $[redacted] to rent a car for our original purpose. This misunderstanding has left us disappointed, especially after being loyal Expedia customers for many years. While we may reconsider using Expedia in the future, an apology for the inconvenience caused would be appreciated. We hope this issue can be resolved amicably.

Hello, I visited Chicago on 12/31/22 and was looking for a hotel for New Year's Eve. I came across three different deals on Expedia, and I chose one that was priced at $[redacted] + tax for one night on 12/31/22. I need to modify my flight details. My current booking is returning from Tel Aviv to St. Louis on March 16th. The initial flight is with Austrian Airlines on flight AC80 at 6:15 A.M., arriving in Vienna for a connecting flight OS [redacted] to Washington DC, and then on to St. Louis on United UA [redacted]. I made a reservation at Roadway Inn in Tahlequah, Oklahoma for the wrong date. I spoke to a customer service representative who was very rude. My confirmation number is [redacted][redacted]. I accidentally booked for March 17-18 instead of today's date, March 3. We are going for chemotherapy and needed a place to stay overnight close to the hospital. The rep mentioned it would cost an additional $51 on top of what we had already paid for the room just to change the date. I traveled to Cancun on September 9, [redacted], and stayed at the Residence Inn for five nights. During my trip, I had to extend it by two days and had to change my return flight as Spirit Airlines couldn't accommodate me, providing a credit for my next flight. I am wondering if this credit can be applied when booking through Expedia. I am planning to book a flight through Expedia for March 7, departing from Houston (IAH) at 7:00 am to Cancun (CUN), with a return flight on March 12 at 1:00 pm. Additionally, I will need accommodation at the Residence Inn on Blvd. Kukulcan for four nights.

I am frustrated with my experience booking a rental vehicle through Expedia.com with Sixth rental agency at Cincinnati airport on February 20, [redacted]. When I arrived, the rental agency had no record of my reservation and claimed it was for March 20th, which is incorrect. This was extra stressful as I was dealing with my mother's passing and urgently needed transportation. I tried contacting Expedia for 2 hours but couldn't reach anyone. I purchased a round trip ticket from Bozeman, MT to Memphis, TN. Upon contacting United Airlines for my return flight, they directed me to Delta. However, on the day of my return, I did not have any itinerary from Delta. I usually book through Expedia but did not have them change my airlines. I believe Expedia is at fault for this confusion and I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].19. I have been a loyal Expedia customer and never experienced such issues before. I rented a car from Green Motion near Miami Airport and got there early before the pickup time at 11:00 am. When I presented my car insurance, they informed me that they no longer accepted my policy. The alternative insurance options they offered were too costly for me. The rental company suggested canceling the reservation through Expedia, but by then it was past the allowed time, and the cancel button was disabled. I am seeking a refund for the rental charges. Hello, I would like to book a flight for two people from Frankfurt to Fort Myers on 09.05.23. There is a direct flight available at 14:50. Unfortunately, I am unable to select seats. I would appreciate assistance with this matter. The return flight is on 27.05.23 at 13:59 from Fort Myers to Frankfurt with one layover. I prefer booking seats near an emergency exit. Hello, I made a booking for 2 one-way flights through Expedia. Unfortunately, I have not received a confirmation email for my reservation. When trying to look up the trips using the emails I have, they are not showing up, yet I have already been charged for the flights on my bank statement. I contacted Expedia Customer Service and they were able to locate the flights detailed below, but I am unable to access the itinerary through the automated system. Hello, in mid-February, we booked a room at New Century Hotel in Amsterdam. From the first night, we had serious problems as our bed was infested with bed bugs, a very serious issue that needs to be addressed quickly. As of today, we have not received a refund for the room. I believe you are also responsible for this matter, and if it's not resolved promptly, I will have to take alternative action.
