I recently discovered that I am unable to make reservations at Kensington Hotel in Ann Arbor or Even Hotel in Ann Arbor. Despite this, I unknowingly booked a room through Expedia and everything seemed fine with payment. Expedia charged me $[redacted].50. Since I never stayed at the hotel, nor was I able to, I am requesting a refund for this amount to be credited back to my account. Best regards, John F.

During my recent check-in at Comfort Inn in Syracuse, NY, I encountered an issue where the front desk clerk mentioned seeing my credit card on file, but my prepayment wasn't showing up in their system. The property appeared as nonexistent on their screen, leading to the request for another payment. With a concert performance scheduled that day, I didn't have the time to dispute the matter. I made the booking through Expedia personal assistant. However, I never heard back regarding this issue. I would appreciate it if my prepayment could be refunded promptly.

Après vérification, j'ai remarqué qu'un vol direct Air France A178 arrive à 17h25 à Mexico, ce qui me permettrait de prendre une correspondance plus tôt pour Puerto Vallarta, contrairement au vol que j'ai actuellement réservé de Mexico à 22h05. Pourriez-vous également m'aider à trouver un vol au départ d'Oaxaca le matin du 28, pour que je puisse prendre mon vol de retour de Mexico à Paris le même jour sans souci de correspondance ? I encountered an issue trying to book a reservation in Valdosta, Georgia on 01/13/[redacted] through my phone while traveling. Whenever I input my name, the entire screen would start shaking. Despite attempting twice, the problem persisted, so I decided to contact Wingate By Wyndham directly instead. The total cost amounted to $[redacted] with additional charges for 4 different taxes and $10 for our 2 dogs. After settling the hotel bill, my husband received a notification on his Capital One account indicating that Wingate had charged us and Expedia had charged us twice. The Expedia charges are currently pending and need to be voided. Despite trying to reach out to Expedia multiple times, I only encounter automated messages and various prompts before being disconnected due to issues locating my phone number or the last 4 digits of the credit card.

I have been waiting for a refund for three months now, and I had received confirmation back in November. When I contacted a customer service agent, initially they mentioned that the hotel was supposed to reimburse me. I clarified that Expedia charged my card incorrectly, and I have an email confirming my refund of over $[redacted]. Despite this, the agent then claimed that I had already been refunded, which was not the case. Each time I request to speak to someone over the phone, I go through the entire process only to be disconnected. This constant back and forth is frustrating, and I am hoping to receive my refund soon. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an agency, and no one has attempted to rectify the situation. I'd appreciate it if a supervisor could call me at [redacted] instead of a representative who is not properly addressing my concerns.

I used RBC Avion flight credits to book a flight for my son departing on Jan 27, [redacted]. Despite the booking being sent to ticketing on Jan 13, [redacted], I have not received the travel itinerary via email. After multiple attempts to contact RBC, enduring long wait times, roaming charges, and being informed that Expedia is now handling RBC Avion Credit bookings, I find myself still waiting on hold with Expedia for over an hour. Although I provided a call-back number, I have not received any calls. Frustrated by the lack of communication and the additional charges on my RBC Visa, I am left without the essential itinerary as the flight departure approaches. I am unable to reach a human contact at either RBC or Expedia, and attempts to wait on hold result in disconnection. I urgently seek guidance on how to proceed in obtaining the necessary flight details.

I was part of the Southwest incident over the Christmas holiday. I had made a booking for three people on Spirit Airlines through Expedia on December 27, [redacted], from LAS to ABQ. The flight number was NK2510 with CONFIRMATION # OF447P. Unfortunately, the flight got canceled, and we are seeking a refund. My niece paid a $[redacted].00 baggage fee using her credit card. The flight for all three of us was charged to my credit card. I have noticed additional charges on my credit card related to this issue. I have tried to contact you several times without success. Due to my disability and having a child with me, it is impossible to make the connecting flight to Melbourne in a 1-hour layover. The plane from Leipzig typically lands on an outer position, and we need to go through security and passport control. As a result, we will miss our connecting train to Melbourne. I kindly request to revert our flight back to the original 8:40 AM schedule or book us on an earlier flight where we can make our 12:30 PM connecting flight to Melbourne. Additionally, we did not receive any information from you regarding our flight being rescheduled to 10:30 AM. We did not provide confirmation for this change; it was done unilaterally by you. Hello, I've been trying to resolve an issue with my Courtyard by Marriott reservation in Cancun. I had mistakenly booked it for Feb 19, [redacted] instead of Feb 8, [redacted]. After reaching out multiple times and waiting more than 80 hours, I finally spoke to a representative who supposedly canceled the reservation, providing me with confirmation number [redacted]. Unfortunately, when I tried to make a new reservation, the original one was not canceled. I managed to cancel it via your website today, but I'm still seeing charges. I am Marcus McFarland, I am trying to rebook a ticket issued in March [redacted]. Due to COVID, the ticket was extended for redemption until September [redacted]. The itinerary number is [redacted][redacted]. However, when I use the virtual agent, they cannot locate it using the provided information. I also tried with the phone number 1-[redacted] or the last VISA number [redacted]. British Airlines confirmed the ticket is still open under the code Q26QIQ but they are unable to rebook it. Expedia is responsible for this rebooking. I was advised to ask Expedia to contact the US Trade support at 1-[redacted] if they cannot find the information. I had an incredibly negative experience at a newly taken-over OYO hotel property. The Tulsa Square Hotel Central lacked basic amenities like proper signage, Kleenex, hangers, and had various maintenance issues. The front desk was unprofessional, the room had cleanliness issues, and the overall condition of the property was appalling. Not only was the service subpar, but I also noticed inaccurate charges on my credit card. I tried to reach out for a refund but faced difficulties contacting the management. I contacted a representative on 2/5/23 who claimed to have spoken with the hotel but was unsuccessful in securing a refund. When I inquired at Kasa directly on 2/6/23, I discovered that refunds are typically granted 5-7 days before the stay, with third-party bookings handled by Expedia. I believe I was misinformed about the hotel's policies and am now requesting a cancellation and refund of $[redacted].66 due to my physical limitations. I wanted to inform you that the reservation I had at the Best Western Franklin Town Center Hotel & Suites in Franklin, TX from May 11 to May 14 has been cancelled. Unfortunately, there will be no refund as per the cancellation policy in place. If you have any additional rooms, car rentals, or activities booked, please remember to cancel them individually. The refund, if applicable, will be the total amount paid minus any cancellation fees.
