I recently registered for a significant event and was surprised that I didn't need a password during sign-up. However, on the event day, I realized I had to log in to attend. Despite having ample time, I couldn't recall my password and requested a reset link multiple times without success. Even trying to log in through Facebook didn't work due to linking issues. Consequently, I missed the crucial event and feel extremely disappointed. Despite additional password reset attempts, I haven't received any emails. I am seeking a resolution and wish to highlight this frustrating experience to the developers. The ongoing issue has left me feeling both angry and let down.

We are experiencing an issue with Eventbrite sending automated messages without our authorization. This is causing confusion because our events are targeted to specific groups, and notifications should only go out when we send a ticket confirmation or reminder. We need this to stop immediately. We are also exploring other options due to the lack of immediate phone support from Eventbrite. Businesses require prompt assistance and resolving issues over email can be inefficient. A phone call would address problems quickly and avoid customer dissatisfaction. Eventbrite's current approach is not saving time but leading to unnecessary delays and frustration.

I have been struggling for a while trying to find how to reach customer support. It's frustrating that there seems to be no way to update our organization's payment method in our account. We have been paying a monthly fee regularly but are unable to locate where to make changes. Due to a recent fraud incident, our bank account had to be closed, leaving us with a new one. I tried adding the new account details to the current event, but I am unable to change the payout destination. The financial aspect of your service seems disorganized. As the CFO of our organization, I am considering switching to a different platform, especially because of the lack of assistance available when needed.

I purchased a ticket for a Zoom event scheduled for August 10, [redacted]. Despite receiving an advance notification on June 10, [redacted], I never received the final Zoom notification and missed the event. The organizers claim Eventbrite sent an email at 13:48 on August 10, [redacted], but I did not receive it. I'm certain the email was not sent to the correct address. This situation is unprecedented for me as I have booked numerous online tickets through Eventbrite without any issues. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone at Eventbrite either through online chat or phone to address this matter.

I'm currently trying to book a ticket for the RnDFamily - Black History Month, Black Excellence Brunch event taking place on Sunday, 25 October [redacted] from 15:00 to 19:00 (GMT) at The Broadway Muswell Hill, [redacted] Muswell Hill Broadway, London N10 2QR, United Kingdom for £32.93. However, I'm experiencing issues with the site being slow and transaction failures after multiple attempts using two different payment cards. I managed to successfully make payments twice but not for the latest one. I need only one ticket, and the deadline is tomorrow. Can you please assist me with this matter? Thank you. - J.M.

We are encountering difficulties with ticket purchases for our Eventbrite event on Thursday. A customer provided detailed feedback on the issues faced: initially, mobile phones and Safari were not compatible due to pop-up blockers, but the problem was resolved by pasting the link into Google Chrome. However, paying with a credit card instead of PayPal has been unsuccessful. Error messages were received last weekend, and today, upon clicking "Submit Payment," all fields were cleared without processing the payment. Only 4 tickets have been successfully purchased, and there is a concern that other customers may be experiencing similar problems. We are looking for a resolution to any glitches and considering adding instructions to the event description. Additionally, we are interested in a way to identify customers who have tried to purchase tickets for follow-up assistance.

I require assistance in setting up a complex series of events with structured pricing based on the package selected. Eventbrite's terms mention that professional subscribers have access to chat and phone support without specifying how to access it. I need guidance on how to proceed with this setup. Otherwise, I may need to cancel my Eventbrite subscription and seek a more suitable event management service.

Hello, I organized an event on Nov. 11th using a free Eventbrite account. I am still waiting for payment and need help filling out forms for our nonprofit Canadian organization that does not have a tax number. I have not received any responses to my support tickets sent to support@eventbrite (e.g. ticket number [redacted]: Tax Information) and there is no phone number or chat option for direct contact. Please reach out to Coralie Moula to assist with resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

I recently attended the Soulful Beginning event on 12/11/20. Unfortunately, the event owner did not adhere to government COVID executive orders or the guidelines stated on their website. Despite a sign requiring masks, half of the attendees (12 out of 24) were not wearing masks, and the owner stated it was up to individuals to decide. This is concerning given the high COVID rates in our rural area. I am considering reporting this behavior, which could result in fines or closure for the boutique. I feel unsafe and would like a refund for the 2 tickets purchased. I had a positive experience at a different location and would like to address this matter further.

Hello, I'm reaching out for assistance regarding an event issue. We, the Glastonbury Education Foundation, recently hosted an event titled "Finding your motivation to move" on December 8th. Several attendees have reported receiving more than 10 order confirmations post-event, leading to concerns of spam. Our attempts to rectify the situation by deleting attendees and contacting customer service were unsuccessful. Ultimately, we made the decision to close our account temporarily to halt the confirmation emails. We are eager to resume hosting events but need assurance that this issue won't reoccur. Your prompt support in resolving this matter is vital to safeguarding our organization's reputation. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Debra M., Program Director at Glastonbury Education Foundation, reachable at [redacted]

I registered for a virtual dating event on 1/5 from 9 to 10:30. After logging in, I received a generic welcome message on Skype stating the event would start soon and participants would rotate for messages. However, the event ended at 10:30 with no messages received. I reached out to the organizer for a refund through email and Eventbrite but have not received a response. I fear this could be a scam as my attempts to communicate during the event were futile. I sent messages expressing my frustration to [redacted] but never heard back. I also informed the organizer about my disappointment and requested a refund for myself and a friend I referred. Despite being instructed to chat for questions, my inquiries went unanswered. I urge for a prompt resolution to this issue, as it seems many others may be impacted by this possible scam. Thank you. - K. Young.

I registered with Eventbrite in [redacted] using one email. Then, I signed up again in [redacted] with a new email, and once more in [redacted] with the [redacted] email but a different password. Unfortunately, I don't remember any of the passwords. My primary concern right now is that I received my first Covid-19 vaccine in [redacted] and am waiting for information on my second dose. I used [redacted] as the email in [redacted], the same as [redacted]. My second shot is due in 2 and a half weeks, so I want to ensure I receive the notification at the correct email address. However, I can't recall the passwords from [redacted] or [redacted]. I deliberately omitted my pre-[redacted] email to prevent confusion. Once I receive the second vaccine, I plan to consolidate my Eventbrite accounts into one. I appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues. Thank you.

I utilized Eventbrite for the first half of '20 and recently received an inaccurate [redacted] form showing four times the income I actually made on the platform. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in finding a way to contact their customer service for resolution. The phone number provided on the [redacted] is inactive, and I am unable to locate any alternative contact information on their website. It is quite frustrating to encounter such difficulty in reaching out to a company to address issues like this.

After struggling for 20 minutes trying to join a call, I am incredibly frustrated with Eventbrite! Despite having an account set up that is stored in my password manager, I am unable to log in on their website. The "Log In" option only offers to log in via email, Apple, or Facebook. As I signed up with a corporate email, I choose to log in via email. However, upon entering my email, I am directed to reset my password, but I never receive the reset email. The "Contact Us" link only leads me in circles back to the same unhelpful page, with no option to speak to a human. This constant loop is beyond frustrating, and I am now missing out on my event. I was unaware of GetHuman until now, and I hope that their name reflects their mission of providing genuine and speedy assistance rather than automated responses. Thank you for any assistance you can offer!

I recently updated my email address on my Eventbrite account. While I can view all my orders with the old email on the website, I can't see them on the iOS app. Additionally, any new orders made with the new email are not appearing on the app. Despite reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and trying the refresh function, the new orders don't show up in the app. I can access the tickets through the browser, but I prefer the convenience of the app and Apple Wallet. I'm using the latest versions of Eventbrite and iOS, and have even linked my login to my Apple ID, but the issue persists. Any suggestions on why the app isn't fetching new orders correctly?

I have made multiple attempts to contact the organizer of the "Button Up: A Poetry Workshop with Sabrina Benaim" event through Eventbrite regarding a refund for the upcoming 6-week class starting on April 15. Despite multiple requests made over a week, I have not received any response. As outlined in the Eventbrite refund policy, if an organizer does not reply within 5 days, Eventbrite has the authority to issue the refund. I have exhausted all means of communication and am seeking assistance in processing the refund due to the lack of response from the organizer. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello team, my name is Matt, and I am reachable at [redacted] I bought a general admission ticket for the Australian event WSID Fry Day Easter Burnout Comp. Unfortunately, I also purchased a "passenger admission ticket" under order #[redacted] for $22.08, thinking it was for a ride in one of the burnout cars. When I arrived, I discovered it was only for friends or family of the entrants, and I couldn't use it as intended. I have the tickets saved in PDF format and screenshots available. Could you please process a refund for the passenger ticket? I prefer the refund to be issued to my card or debit account. Thank you, Matthew B.

I am resending my feedback regarding Eventbrite's numerous failures. I express my frustration with the lack of response and the ineffective "CONTACT US" loop. I would not recommend Eventbrite due to multiple issues such as difficulty in event setup, malfunctioning promo codes, email campaigns not working, and poor customer service. The platform's ads promoting riots are unacceptable. There are problems with bounced emails, a limit on contacts, and inadequate resolution from customer service. Eventbrite has severely impacted my team's event announcements. The forwarded message demonstrates the lack of attention to customer feedback. Overall, Eventbrite's performance has been disappointing and damaging to our event planning. It is essential that these concerns are addressed promptly.
