I am frustrated after spending an hour trying to book a ticket for Ayla Nero, only to realize I mistakenly booked for New York instead of Vancouver for next Friday. As a DJ and a 15-year veteran broadcaster at KVMR, I had contemplated asking for a press pass but opted to purchase a ticket instead. After investing over an hour trying to obtain a refund, I received a message stating that refunds are not provided, which left me shocked. I promptly responded to the notification, expressing my disappointment. Additionally, I have an existing account with your company. I kindly request either a refund, a complimentary ticket for the correct location, or some form of resolution. Sincerely, Michael Stone, KVMR Original Message: From: LPR <[redacted]> Sent: 8:40 AM Subject: Ticket Refund Policy

As an event organizer, I have four events posted on Facebook, including a Jazz Festival in Victoria BC. To maintain branding consistency, I established an organizer page on Eventbrite and transferred ticket sales from my personal Eventbrite account. After canceling the events on my personal Eventbrite page, I re-created them on the organizer page. However, I am facing difficulties linking the Eventbrite tickets to the respective Facebook event pages. This is crucial for my income. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I bought 2 tickets on July 5th for The Globe Theater in Berlin MD to see the Nighthawks. I initially booked table #18 as table #12 appeared unavailable. Later on, I saw table 12 was open, so I contacted Jennifer at The Globe to switch my reservation. I also reached out to online customer service but didn't receive a response. After contacting Jennifer a second time, she advised me to purchase new tickets for table 12 and assured me of a refund for the initial purchase. I am now trying to get a refund of $62.66 for order #[redacted]15 made on July 5, [redacted], for table 18. We only need the tickets bought on July 9th for $62.66 for table 12. I hope someone can assist me in issuing a refund to my credit card.

I recently bought tickets and received a confirmation message indicating that the tickets were sent to my email, but unfortunately, I have not received them. I checked my Eventbrite account, and the tickets are not there either. The payment has been deducted from my bank account, and I am concerned that I may have entered my email incorrectly during the purchase. Since the event is now sold out, I am unsure if I have secured the tickets or not. I reached out to Eventbrite customer service via email seven hours ago, but I have not received a response yet. It has been 24 hours since the ticket purchase, and I am still awaiting clarification.

I used Paypal Credit to buy a ticket for an event on May 8, [redacted]. I'm having trouble accessing and printing the tickets. I attended an event organized by The Society, which turned out to be fraudulent. I paid [redacted].67 euros for an event that did not take place as advertised. I am requesting a refund and urging Eventbrite to take action against this organizer to prevent further fraudulent activities. It is important to ensure that Eventbrite maintains credibility by addressing such issues promptly. Here is the link to the event: [redacted].

My friends and I have been attempting to buy tickets for the Empty Bowls event through Eventbrite. Despite filling in the required information, we are unable to proceed with the purchase as the button is unresponsive. The assistance from their help desk has been unhelpful, offering only generic troubleshooting tips. Despite being promised a callback from the event coordinator, no one has reached out. Empty Bowls is an annual charity event for the North Texas Food Bank, scheduled for February 27th at 6pm in Dallas, Texas. We have tried on various devices without success. Any support in acquiring these tickets would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. -Robin

I recently saw a charge of $[redacted].12 on my credit card statement from EB Wine Education-Win. I also noted that the charge was subsequently refunded to my card. However, I do not recall making any purchases from your company. Despite my attempts to contact the phone number provided on the statement and another number found online, I have not received any assistance. I am seeking clarification regarding the nature of this charge as it does not align with my transaction history. I anticipate a prompt response from you; otherwise, I may need to seek legal advice. Thank you, Katherine Y.

Dear Eventbrite team, I wanted to share feedback regarding an issue I encountered recently. As a musician and Tommy Emmanuel fan, I purchased four tickets for his December 7th concert at the Crest Theater through Eventbrite in June. Unfortunately, I forgot about the purchase and missed the show, resulting in a loss of over $[redacted]. While I acknowledge my responsibility to track the event, I wish Eventbrite had sent earlier reminders. Discovering the tickets two days before the show was disheartening. Despite reaching out to customer service, I learned that tickets cannot be shared across venues. Moving forward, I recommend Eventbrite consider sending notifications earlier, ideally a week or two prior to the event, or even via text or call. Your consideration on this matter is greatly appreciated. Best, Dana L. [redacted] [redacted]

I have been trying to contact Eventbrite for days regarding a payout for an event on Nov. 2nd. Despite calling and sending emails regularly, I have not received any assistance. I have been on hold for an hour without any resolution. The lack of support has turned what was supposed to be a dream event into a nightmare. How can I file a formal complaint and get the money owed to me? It is frustrating that Eventbrite seems unresponsive to my situation. How can I as a consumer address this issue with the company effectively?

I hosted an event in Singapore and accepted payment in Singapore dollars. Eventbrite is claiming they couldn't deposit the funds into my Singapore Currency account because the bank isn't in Singapore. The bank confirmed the account currency by email, and I provided all required documentation. After last month, they stopped responding to me. It's expensive to call the US from Asia for each inquiry. I just want the funds wired to my US bank, a check sent to my US address, or transferred via PayPal. There are multiple options to pay me. I'm surprised and upset, especially after being a user since [redacted]. It's frustrating that they are unresponsive and holding onto my money. I hope there is a government agency that oversees online companies.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing regarding the 4 tickets we purchased for the BeCRO Workshop: Blockchain in Clinical Trials on June 21 in Belgium. One ticket was complimentary due to our BeCRO membership. We expected this to be the case as we were event sponsors through IDDI SA in Ottignies. The payment was made using an American Express card in the amount of [redacted]€. Despite my previous attempts to contact you without success, I am hopeful for assistance now. Could you please process a refund for the tickets? Please respond to my email at [redacted] Thank you, Domi M.

I am seeking assistance with getting in touch with the security and safety team. I have been waiting for them to contact me for over a month regarding payments totaling over $30,[redacted] for 4 events. Unfortunately, I am currently locked out of my main account and unable to complete the necessary Tax form, as I cannot access the reset email being sent. Despite providing proof of setting up hotel contracts and reaching out to both phone and email support, I have not received the required assistance. My [redacted] account was used to set up these events. I urgently need the outstanding payments from the past 3 events to settle my credit card bill. I was assured by the safety and security team that they would be in touch within 48 hours, but it has been over a week with no response. This situation has caused me significant distress, and I urgently require my funds and assistance with the tax form. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you, D & S Combs.

I have been receiving feedback from customers this morning regarding issues when trying to place orders on the event ticket website. Customers are having difficulty purchasing tickets after entering all the necessary information and clicking "place order" as nothing happens. This issue needs to be resolved promptly to ensure a smooth ticket purchasing process for all customers. The current situation where customers are unable to complete their orders due to the non-functional "place order" button is causing frustration and impacting sales.

I've organized a new event and need some guidance. For an executive leadership summit in San Francisco, I've scheduled sessions every Wednesday in March: March 11, 18, 25, and April 1. The 90-minute sessions are exclusive to Financial District executives, starting at 1pm. I'm charging $1,[redacted] for all four sessions, expecting attendees to join weekly. I am struggling to display all dates and times properly. When attempting a recurring event on Eventbrite, it requires users to select individual dates, creating four separate tickets. On the other hand, setting it as one long event (March 11 - April 1) makes it unclear that it spans four separate dates. This is how it's currently set up on the event page. Is there a way to present four dates with one ticket price for all sessions? You can find more details here: [redacted] Appreciate any assistance!

I have spent a significant amount of time today attempting to cancel a few free events, but I have not received any assistance despite multiple tries. I decided to close the accounts associated with my emails ([redacted]) and ([redacted]) due to the frustration of not being able to delete my personal information. I request that all my data be removed from your records and my personal data be sent to me. For the second account, I received the personal data file via email, but no instructions were provided on how to use the password sent to me. I encountered issues with the Live Chat function that did not work as advertised on your site. Despite the difficulties, I wish to have my personal information deleted promptly.

I had a class originally planned for April that got rescheduled to this week. Unfortunately, I couldn't update the date on Eventbrite then, and I'm still facing the same issue. I haven't received the $2,[redacted] payment for that class, and the participants registered for my upcoming class are ready to attend this week. I need guidance on how to request Eventbrite to release the funds they've collected for me so I can get paid for the class I'm about to teach.

On February 21, I bought tickets to a concert happening on May 22 with order #[redacted]. Recently, on April 19, I saw a post on social media from the band saying that the show has been cancelled. Despite trying numerous times to reach out to the event organizer regarding a refund, I have not received any response from them. Although I qualify for a COVID-related refund, my request was initially denied by Eventbrite. It's disappointing that the organizer is not communicating any updates on a rescheduled date or refund options, which doesn't reflect well on them or Eventbrite.

I have previously reached out to Eventbrite, and they have directed me to several self-help tutorials, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to achieve the desired outcome. Our intention is to provide a study space service with afternoon sessions every day from 12-4 pm. We aim for customers to select one slot per week. I've attempted to use both the recurring event and single event features without success. I am starting to question if Eventbrite can support the functionality I require for this service. Best regards, L.

I recently transitioned into a new role at my company. The previous employee shared her login details with me. After updating the contact information to mine and replicating a past event, I've successfully published a new event for registration. However, upon logging in, I cannot view any events - past or present - under my account or the previous one. Consequently, I am unable to manage the current event that individuals are signing up for, nor can I access details of past events. I am in need of assistance to rectify this issue. Thank you.
