I believed I had canceled my account 2 or 3 months ago due to insufficient funds on my card. When I tried to restart it online, it seems I accidentally reactivated an old account. I only intended to have one active account. I have noticed charges of $10.60 twice a month for the last 2 or 3 months, with recent charges on the 6th and 7th of December. Could you kindly cancel one account and arrange a refund for the duplicate charges incurred over the past 2 months?

I received three packages. The first one was $5, then another for $10, and recently a third package arrived despite my request to not receive it. I specified that I only use razors and blades. The last package cost $39.60 and contained items I do not use on my face. I would like my account closed and the $39.60 refunded. It seems there was a misunderstanding as I do not use lotions and creams on my face.

I'm Don Reed. I chatted with VICTOR on 12/4/19 about an order issue. VICTOR said he'd send 2 bottles of "Calming Amber and Lavender" as a replacement for free. He mentioned I can keep the 2 bottles of "Awakening Mint and Cedarwood". I was told it would arrive in 3-5 business days but haven't received it yet. Can you please check on this? Thank you.

I had set up shipping every two months, but I was charged $39 for a shipment scheduled for January. I have already canceled both my and my husband's accounts. We will reactivate them when we require another shipment. However, we need the charge for the unscheduled shipment reversed. I am uncertain if the charge was under my name or my husband's. I recently moved and updated my mailing address with the post office. Although I redirected my mail, I haven't received any razor cartridges at my old address for about 3 months. I believed I had canceled the service, but I have noticed I am still being charged. I am disappointed about paying for a product I haven't been receiving. I would like to speak with someone about a complication I am experiencing. I received emails stating that my account was on hold, and my shipment could not proceed without updating my card details. Believing the shipment wouldn't proceed until I updated my details as per the emails, I did not provide the information. Subsequently, $74.37 was debited from my account for the shipment without prior notice of it being shipped. I have not received any email confirming the shipment. I refrained from updating my card details since I thought the shipment was pending until updated as per the emails. Due to this misunderstanding, I am seeking a refund, as my account was reactivated without notice, allowing a deduction from my account without prior authorization through email notification.

I ordered three items: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I requested to receive them separately instead of waiting for the full box. I am concerned about the shipping fees. I recently saw an ad on Facebook for Dollar Shave Club advertising a $5 shave box trial. Despite not receiving it, I was charged $41.67. I have not received the blades I purchased on April 8th, as today is May 4th. I would like to cancel my account since this is the third time this issue has occurred, and I am struggling to contact anyone. The customer service experience has been very disappointing as emails and phone calls do not seem to work. Instead of running silly advertisements, please focus on delivering the products customers have paid for, like the blades I am awaiting. In the past, I used to recommend your company, but now I suggest Harry's to friends, colleagues, family, and even my Navy officer son. Their service surely cannot be worse than the current state. I used to have a positive opinion about your company, but now it seems inefficient and uncooperative. Please do not attribute this problem to Covid-19, as all my other mail orders arrive on time without issues. Kindly cancel my account and cease any further automatic withdrawals from my debit card. In January [redacted], I reached out to customer service to inquire about the lack of razor deliveries. It came to my attention that inadvertently discontinued my service in August of the previous year. To resolve this, I agreed to pay $19.00 for an immediate shipment of two razors to resume my subscription. However, my monthly payments have now been adjusted to $19.00 instead of my original $10.00 plan. The higher fee was understood to be a one-time charge for the emergency shipment, so I am requesting to return to my initial $10.00 per month plan with a single razor pack per shipment.

While preparing for a dinner engagement, I experienced an issue with my handle when the blade came off during shaving. The little black clip that holds the cartridge on broke off, leaving one side of my face smooth and the other with a 4-day growth. Thankfully, I had an old-school razor as a backup. Even though I have cartridges left and have been a loyal customer for years, it would be greatly appreciated if you could send a complimentary handle or two.
