I recently lost my mom, and we are arranging her funeral to be in the Dominican Republic. I tried to book a flight on June 20 using Skymiles to be there for her burial but couldn't find an available flight. I then tried for June 21 on Delta [redacted] departing at 8:30 am and arriving at 12:45 pm. I transferred my Skymiles and paid $[redacted], only to find out that the flight is not available. I urgently need to secure a booking for Delta [redacted] on Monday, June 21, [redacted], to make it in time for my mom's burial in the afternoon.

I have a trip planned to Hawaii in November and reluctantly got vaccinated as required. Now, I'm learning I need a negative Covid test within 3 days of my flight too. Does Delta specify where I should get tested? Hawaii only accepts tests from specific locations, and the nearest one is a 3-hour drive away. For my trip from Pasco, Washington, my test would have to be during the last layover, likely at LAX. I'm concerned about meeting these requirements with all the hurdles. I flew from Rome to Atlanta in October and was disappointed by the requirement to keep the window shades down during the entire 10-hour daytime flight. I specifically chose a daytime flight to regulate my circadian rhythm. This made the experience very unpleasant for me, and I felt disoriented upon arrival. I understand the rule for night flights, but it seemed unnecessary during the day. I suggest having a designated area for passengers who wish to sleep or be in a dark environment instead. If this is a Delta policy, I may consider other airlines for future daytime flights. It would be great to receive a response on this matter. Thank you in advance.

I am currently on flight [redacted] to Houston and we have already experienced a 1.5-hour delay, with expectations of it being delayed for at least another 3 hours. This pattern of delays is concerning to me. Last Thursday, I was scheduled to fly from SLC to Fresno, and your plane was projected to be 3-4 hours late, leading me to take an alternate flight to Sacramento for my business meeting.

I am encountering an issue with my Skymiles account due to the way my name is displayed. My full name is Jo Ann Soden, but when booking through Expedia, they only use my first name, Jo. This has caused confusion as there are various ways to spell Jo Ann. My DL Record Locator is GQ2T9M, and my upcoming flights are GJT/SLC/ANC on July 17th with a return on July 25th. To avoid any problems on this trip and future ones, could you please update my Skymiles account to only display "Jo" instead of "Jo Ann"?
Additionally, I was unable to add my cell number ([redacted]) or email address to the reservation due to how Expedia books flights. Could this information be added as a note entry to my booking?

I have a question. Our flight tomorrow at 6 am PST to Minneapolis was canceled due to weather. We tried to change to tonight but were told we couldn't switch the flight at no cost because it was the day before our original flight. In the past, Delta and Air France have connected our flights to the day before. Is this information accurate?

On November 6th, my Delta Sky Miles account was hacked, and over [redacted],[redacted] miles were stolen. I have reported this to Delta and SkyMiles, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from them. I recently became a Platinum member and accepted the upgrade based on the promised mile rewards. I am hoping to find out if there are any plans in place to resolve this issue, or if I should consider canceling my account. I would be grateful for a phone call as I am a loyal customer who spends a significant amount with Delta, and I am disappointed by the lack of communication following the report of this fraudulent activity.

I recently received a Gold American Express card offering SkyMiles and a $[redacted] credit with a Delta purchase. On a recent Delta flight in late August, I tried to use the card for a drink purchase to qualify for the credit. Unfortunately, the purchase didn't go through because I had the card in my wallet. Following instructions from the stewardess, I made an online purchase from Delta on September 27, order number [redacted] totaling $23.03 through Icebox. Despite receiving the items, the $[redacted] credit hasn't appeared on my statement. I contacted customer service and spoke with badge number [redacted], who denied the credit since it was processed by Icebox. They insisted Delta doesn't use third-party companies. I then called Icebox, who confirmed they handle promotional products for Delta and mentioned similar complaints about missing credits. Hello, I'm Victoria Rhiner. I was attempting to adjust my flight to its original request but was unable to do so online. I initially reserved a flight from Appleton, WI to Johannesburg, South Africa for May [redacted] under Confirmation #HNL6ZN. I booked my ticket through Delta's website in July. I will be traveling with a companion. Due to changes from Delta that affect our schedule, I need to align my flights with those of my companion. She has managed to adjust her flights with her travel agent. To match our group of five traveling to Atlanta and then to South Africa, I need the following changes:
1) Modify my departure from ATW to a direct flight to ATL on May 10 at 5:50 am on DL [redacted], seat 12B if possible.
2) Keep my ATL to Johannesburg flight on DL [redacted] at 9:30 pm on May 10, seat 23B.

Our 50th Anniversary Hawaiian Cruise has been cancelled for the third time, and we're disappointed. We've been saving our Delta Rewards for our flights to Hawaii and have First Class reservations for both of us round trip. Due to various cancellations, we're looking to reschedule our trip two or three weeks later to the 23rd or 30th of April, keeping the same travel days.
