Hello, I purchased two items from Debenhams online on Wednesday, April 27th. Unfortunately, I did not receive a purchase confirmation email, so I don't have the Order Number. I am unable to sign in to my account or use their online help system as my email is not recognized. Additionally, the skirt I received is labeled as a size 16 but is actually a UK size 14. Here are the details of the items I ordered: 1. BGGLW60478AC2 Graduated Stripe Square Neck Top Color: LIGHT BLUE Size: 14 2. YWP60CC7713 Denim Button Front Midi Skirt Color: BLUE Size: 16 The items were delivered in two separate shipments, one on April 28th with Reference Number: DUX[redacted]39, and the second one arrived today with Reference Number: DUX[redacted]39.s2. Dear Debenhams team, I recently received a delivery with 4 items, but during the drop-off, one item was taken back by the delivery person due to a supposed mistake with their device. As the parcels were being sorted, I noticed that the "Full Zip Personate Fleece" is missing. It seems the delivery person may have mixed up the parcels while handling them by the door. Out of the 50 items ordered, this is the only one not accounted for. Could you please arrange for the redelivery of the missing kid's cardigan? Thank you. N. Annet Kayizzi

Dear Debenhams team, I recently received an order with four items. The delivery staff placed all items by the door as requested. However, there was a misunderstanding with the delivery driver regarding one item he mistakenly removed from my order. Once the situation was resolved, I discovered that one item, the Full Zip Persona Fleece, was missing. It seems the confusion arose when the deliverer made adjustments after taking a photo at the door. Could you please arrange to re-deliver the missing kid's cardigan? Order number DUX [redacted]10. I am having an issue with Evri, the delivery company you selected. I was given a delivery window for June 6th between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm, but no delivery was attempted, despite them claiming they did. I provided an alternate delivery address for June 7th, my neighbor at number 10, but the tracker showed no answer, even though my housebound neighbor was home. I feel like they did not really try to deliver on either day. If they fail to deliver on a possible third attempt, I'm concerned the items will be sent back. Can you please investigate and provide clarification on this delivery problem? Thank you, Jan G.

On May 5th, [redacted], I placed an order with the number Dux[redacted]65 and paid with my credit card. Unfortunately, two out of the three items I received were not suitable, and my attempts to return them were unsuccessful due to technical issues causing my emails to disappear. Despite the lack of an order number, I managed to locate an address to send the items back to Northampton. On May 20th, [redacted], I sent the parcel, including the necessary documentation and photos of the returns forms. However, upon its return, I discovered that the package had been opened and placed in another bag, seemingly having been redirected to Northern Ireland before being sent back to me. Despite the parcel being past the return date, I had tried everything possible and paid for postage, believing it would reach the correct department.

I recently purchased a discounted dress online from Debenhams. It has been more than 5 days since the order was placed, and I paid in advance. I received a confirmation email with an order number, but when I tried to track the order using the provided number on their website, it was not recognized. I also attempted to contact them through their email system, but encountered issues with it as well. I am unable to follow up on my order or communicate with Debenhams. This situation is quite frustrating as the payment has already been deducted from my account.

Yesterday, I made an online order for 17 items from Debenhams. I chose next-day delivery and made the payment. We eagerly waited all day for our parcel, but it never arrived. We were really looking forward to using these items on our upcoming holidays, but unfortunately, none of them were delivered. I am extremely disappointed. Could you please advise me on how to cancel my order, as it is now too late for it to be useful? I need to return a pair of Mantaray men's cargo trousers because they are too small. I am having difficulty logging in because my password and email address are not being accepted. Despite trying the "forgot password" link, I have not received any emails allowing me to reset it. I am getting frustrated as I cannot even contact someone over the phone for assistance. I placed an order on Wednesday, September 28 for next day delivery. I was informed that it would arrive on Thursday, September 29. I waited both Thursday and Friday, but the parcel did not arrive. The tracking information showed an attempted delivery on Friday around 8 pm, which did not happen. No one tried to deliver the parcel when there was someone at home. This was meant to be a birthday present for Saturday, but here it is Monday, October 3, and I still have not received any updates on the whereabouts of my parcel or when it will be delivered. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter promptly. I am disappointed with the service and expect a refund for the additional delivery charge I paid.

Debenhams has confirmed my order DUX [redacted]89 for a Mono Jacket. Unfortunately, I realized after the fact that I provided the wrong delivery address. I have been attempting unsuccessfully to reach Customer Services to update my address. I need this item for an upcoming wedding and do not want it delivered elsewhere. I admit the error was mine and I am eager to correct it, but I am finding it challenging to do so. My correct address should be 12, Shakespeare Crescent, Ebbw Vale, Gwent, NP23 6NT. Yesterday, I visited your website and added five items to my shopping cart. During checkout, I noticed my name, address, and phone number were pre-filled, and I couldn't find a way to log in for the free next day delivery option. I believe I needed to log in to claim this benefit and had to start the shopping process over. As a result, I was charged £4.99 for next day delivery, while it should have been complimentary. Furthermore, my previous order with next day delivery should have arrived on Saturday but was delayed until Monday. It seems there is an issue with your courier service. Feeling let down, D. Bramwell

Order Number: DUX[redacted]12 Greetings, I am looking to return an oversized item, a hoodie sweatshirt from part 2 of order [redacted]2. Despite attempting to start the return process using both order numbers mentioned, only three items are showing up, excluding the two sweatshirts I wish to return. These items were all part of the same order, visible under order number DUX[redacted]12, but due to the split, the second part of the order is missing. Kindly provide a return label for the XXL RMA492 hoodie so I can exchange it for an XL. I've tried to contact through email on the website, but the order numbers are not accepted. If this issue persists, I may have to close my account as the difficulty involved in returning an item is causing undue stress. Hello, I bought a Dorothy Perkins Tall Blue Rain Jacket (L) online through the Debenhams website. My order number is DUX [redacted]48 from 5/11/22, and it was delivered a couple of days later by EVRI. Unfortunately, the item I received is not the same color as shown on the website and is too large. I have been trying to return it, but I am unable to get a QR code to print off a return label at a pick-up/return shop. I purchased the item as a guest, and I suspect I may have typed in my phone number incorrectly. Without the correct phone number, I am unable to make any progress with the return process. I have heard that Debenhams/Dorothy Perkins do not include return labels in packages to discourage returns, which worries me as I fear I may have lost my money. Thank you.

I am inquiring about my order for the Mugler Alien Perfume with Order Number DUX[redacted]88. I paid for 1-day delivery for my daughter's birthday on August 21st, but unfortunately, it did not arrive on time due to delays with the courier. The perfume cost £50.40 with a delivery charge of £4.99. Although I received notification on August 23rd that the item was out for delivery and it did eventually arrive that afternoon, it was already two days past my daughter's birthday. I spoke with the courier who explained that the package was damaged, with the box ripped and squashed due to being sent to the wrong depot. On August 31st, I returned the items via the Debenhams returns portal, including order DUX[redacted]25. I have raised these issues with Klarna, but I noticed that the full amount was still charged to me. I kindly request a full refund for these orders.

I received my order DUX[redacted]02 today from Debenhams Maine and I want to return it. Following the return instructions on the Portal, I filled in the necessary two lines: Order No. and email address. However, I kept receiving an error message saying "sorry, something went wrong" every time I tried to submit. I've double-checked the information multiple times and re-entered it, but I am still unable to proceed to print off my Free return Label. Feeling very perplexed and frustrated. - Patrick Whitty

Regarding order no DUX[redacted]90 for 3 coats, upon delivery, I found the coats to be too big. Despite encountering difficulties in printing the return labels on the website, I managed to do so eventually and affixed them to the parcels. During my trip to the Wetherby Post Office, I faced issues with the scanning of the second parcel due to using the label twice. Although the lady scanned one parcel successfully, she had trouble with the second one and couldn't provide a Certificate of Posting. I worry that the parcel containing 2 coats may not reach the company. I would appreciate notification upon its arrival. I acknowledge the challenges with the new return process compared to the simplicity of returning items to Debenhams Stores.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of pyjamas on November 24th. I received a notification that the order was on its way, but I have not yet received the parcel. According to the tracking information, it was last located at Debenhams and then at the depot. Despite my efforts to trace the order, I have been unsuccessful. The order number is DUX[redacted], and it was supposed to be delivered to The Old Cart Barn on Moulton Road in Pitsford. I have had issues with lost parcels from evri deliveries before, and I am now seeking assistance in resolving this matter. I'm experiencing issues with my recent order from Evri. They claim it was delivered on December 1st at 12:51, but I never received it. Despite providing a photo of my door, I was home at the time of the supposed delivery and no one attempted to deliver the parcel. I've already contacted Evri about this, but haven't received any resolution. The undelivered item is part of a larger order worth over £[redacted], including Christmas gifts. I'm very disappointed with Evri's service and if my orders are not delivered soon, I will request a full refund. -Susan F.

I placed an order with Debenhams a few weeks ago, but I can't locate the order number or confirmation email. I believe I may have checked out as a guest since I remember the order qualified for free delivery. The items I bought were a check blazer from Dorothy Perkins and a pair of Wallis trousers.
