I need to return some items but haven't received any invoices for my parcels and am unsure how to proceed with the return. I struggle with screens due to being dyslexic and require paper bills and correspondence. I have items to return that are past their return date and don't fit me. I have already completed all the steps, and then I was directed to a "Just Ask" trial offer requiring a £1.00 payment to answer a question, which I find inappropriate. I bought a Wallis dress online from Debenhams in August [redacted], and it was delivered on August 11, [redacted]. The return process seems overly complicated, and it would be helpful if the email confirming delivery included the return post code. Could you please provide me with the post code and address for returning the parcel via EVRI courier? The product number is BYY [redacted]-[redacted]-51.

The waist on the dress is extremely small, more like a size 8 than a 10, while the rest fits correctly. Although I received a 20% discount on this £[redacted] dress, I am disappointed with the positioning of the embellishments, as well as the tightness of the waist and one side not being properly sewn down. Kindly consider reducing the price significantly so I can cover the cost of alterations, or locate a size 12 for me that will provide more comfort at the waist.

I am looking to return a pair of sandals. I followed the return process and selected the option that said I need a printer as I don't have access to one. Initially, I tried to download the PDF, but it didn't work even though I have a PDF app. Then, Debenhams sent an email with the returns label to print, which I can't do since I don't have a printer. I specifically mentioned that I don't have a printer, yet I wasn't provided with a QR code alternative. I'm frustrated and there's no phone number to contact them for help. Returning the sandals seems impossible. With no nearby store, returning them in person is not an option. Dealing with Debenhams for returns has been incredibly frustrating, and I'm reconsidering shopping with them in the future.

I purchased an item online from Debenhams (Living and Home) on 13/8/23 and needed to return it. I reached out to customer service to obtain return details, but they have not provided the necessary information. As a result, I arranged a click and deliver return with a Royal Mail label at a cost of £5.69. The item in question costs £33.00 and has Order Number DUX[redacted]87. Despite my efforts, I have yet to receive a response from customer service as of September 9th. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent order under number DUX[redacted]93. Regrettably, I received only one perfume instead of the expected two. There was no prior notification about any items being out of stock or an upcoming separate delivery. While I have been billed for both perfumes, only one arrived. I have documentation as I took a photo of the package, although I am unable to attach it here. Kindly provide an explanation for the incomplete order. I am in need of a return slip for the item I purchased. The first page acknowledges my order number, but when I try to proceed with the returns by providing my order number and email, it does not recognize my email that I used for the order. Hello, I need to return a package, but I'm having trouble resetting my password on your website. I've tried the "forgotten password" option, but I haven't received an email from you to reset it. I checked my junk mail as well. I spoke to someone who directed me to an engineer secure site where I had to enter my card details to resolve the issue. Order No. DUX [redacted]08 I placed an order for the Doublewear Stay in Place Foundation SPF10 2C3 Fresco 30ml YDD 10[redacted] last Thursday. Despite paying for next day delivery at £5.50, the item arrived six days later on Wednesday. The delayed delivery caused me inconvenience as I needed it urgently for events over the weekend. I ended up borrowing the wrong shade of foundation from a friend, making me feel uncomfortable. I would appreciate a reimbursement for the delivery fee and some compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Hello, I made a purchase on 2/11/23 with order number DUX[redacted]86, selecting the 5-7 day delivery option. On 4/11/23, the item was shipped by Evri with a delivery date of 5/11/23. Despite contacting customer care via messenger, I have only been informed that because the parcel is not technically late, there is nothing that can be done. However, the delivery has now exceeded the estimated 5-7 days and is currently on the 9th day without any change in status from Evri since 5/11/23. I bought two ceiling lights on October 11, [redacted], and paid through an online P-Pal account. The items have been delivered, but I did not receive a confirmation of this that would allow me to match it with my requested order details. All I have is the information from P-Pal, which shows "Not Recognized" when I enter the number. I am unable to proceed until this is resolved as I need the order number to arrange a return. Hello, I recently made a purchase from Debenhams for some perfume and aftershave, using Clearpay for payment. However, when my package arrived last week, it only contained the aftershave item. Upon reaching out to boohoo, they claimed that both items were sent in the same package, which is not true. I have raised the issue with them, but they have accused me of lying and closed the case. This is frustrating as I have already made two payments to Clearpay. These items were intended as gifts for my grandchildren for Christmas, and as a senior citizen, I cannot afford to repurchase them. Boohoo's customer service has been unhelpful and even rude, stating that they have footage of the order being packaged but are not willing to share it with me.

Hello, I purchased three items through Klarna totaling £63.99 with delivery. After returning all the items, I have not received a full refund. Today, I received an email stating I still owed £4.65, which I promptly paid. Additionally, the initial payment of £21.33 was deducted from my account at the time of purchase. I am feeling extremely frustrated as a customer. I have been trying to return 2 or 3 parcels and have sent multiple emails. I received one response from Husna, but the issue with the order number was not resolved. I provided snapshots of each item, but have not heard back from Husna since yesterday, despite explaining the urgency of the matter due to my upcoming trip. I have also contacted my bank, who informed me that they will begin the process to refund my money if I do not receive a response by next Wednesday.

Good morning, I bought two items from Debenhams' website and paid for them through Klarna. I later returned the items to my local Evri parcel shop with tracking number Po842836 for two parcels. The issue I am currently encountering is that Debenhams has confirmed receiving one parcel (item number: W05871NV-1) but has not acknowledged receiving the other item (DUX [redacted]84). Consequently, I am still being charged for the item that was not confirmed as returned, causing me to pay for an item I no longer possess. I have been attempting to return two coats that are too big. The order number provided in the confirmation email is DUX[redacted]64, but it is not recognized in the returns portal. Both coats, a Wallis coat priced at £52.32 and a Coast coat priced at £84.50, arrived in the same Debenhams bag. I kindly request an email with a Post Office QR code to facilitate the return. I haven't received my orders from Debenhams after waiting for over 2 weeks. I was counting on them for Christmas gifts, but I've been unable to contact Debenhams online. I've emailed them, but have not received any responses. If this issue isn't resolved before Christmas, I won't be ordering from Debenhams again. I prefer being able to discuss my orders over the phone. How can I get a refund for undelivered orders?

I am in need of a returns label for an item I purchased online from Debenhams, which is from a concession brand. I have given all the necessary information, such as the reason for return and item code, to Customer Service. They assured me that they would receive instructions from the concession within 3 days, but unfortunately, that has not happened yet. Time is running out for me to make the return. I was unaware that I was buying from a concession since all payments were made directly to Debenhams.
