I recently purchased a black Dune leather handbag from Debenhams online using my Marks and Spencer card. Although I received a notification that my order was successful, I did not receive a confirmation email or an order number. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the handbag. After contacting Marks and Spencer, they verified that the payment went through. I have attempted to reach out to Debenhams, but I have been unable to find any contact information. Without an order number, they are unable to assist me. How can I go about getting a refund for this purchase?

Due to health issues and mobility constraints, I have been unable to return an online purchase to Debenhams. Despite reaching out to customer service twice via email, their response reiterated their strict 28-day return policy. As a long-time loyal customer of over 30 years, both in-store and online since the store closures, I have decided to stop shopping at Debenhams. I have uninstalled the app from my phone due to their unsympathetic email replies that failed to consider my personal situation.

I purchased a dress from Debenhams that has been dispatched, but tracking information from Royal Mail shows it couldn't be delivered due to an address issue and is being returned to the sender. I missed a delivery as I was not home when the driver came. Unfortunately, I did not receive any tracking information because my email has been experiencing storage issues, preventing me from getting new emails. Thus, I never received my order number or any notifications via text. I need assistance in tracking down my delivery even without the order number. I recently purchased four items from Debenhams, but unfortunately, none of them worked out for me. I managed to arrange returns for two items successfully. However, the other two items from French Connection came in one package without a delivery or returns note. When I tried to initiate a return and entered the original order number, I received a message instructing me to contact the company that sent the items, which is French Connection. French Connection, on the other hand, directed me back to Debenhams. I have been unable to locate a contact number for Debenhams, so I am unsure how to proceed. Hello, I'm contacting you about my recent order of Tall Mom Jeans in size 16 that I received. Unfortunately, I received grey jeans instead of the mid-wash denim that I ordered. Upon inspection, I noticed the label on the jeans states they are mid wash, size 16, so it appears there was a mix-up with the labeling. I also ordered the same jeans in a size 18 previously, but they were too big and will be returned. I observed that the size 18 is two inches longer when folded, while the size 16 I received was not folded. Could you please confirm if the size 16 Tall Mom Jeans are two inches shorter than the size 18? I am 6ft 1" tall and need the length to be adequate. If the length of the size 16 jeans matches the size 18, could you send me the correct pair free of postage due to the inconvenience caused? I made a purchase using Clearpay on May 26th for a plush throw with the order number DUX[redacted]00 and Clearpay order number # [redacted]21. Initially, I was charged a down payment of 7.42, and another payment of 7.42 two weeks later, with one more payment due soon. Unfortunately, I have not received the parcel yet. Clearpay has raised a complaint, mentioning that Debenhams should process the refund. I am feeling frustrated as no one seems to assist me, and the situation is becoming unbearable. Evri delivered a package and left it on my doorstep even though I requested a lock drop. After contacting customer service, I received an email from Jade apologizing for the unsafe delivery and ensuring that this issue will be addressed with the courier. I was advised to contact Debenhams for further assistance with locating the parcel. Jade explained that I can select my preferred safe place for deliveries in the future using the Evri app or via email. I appreciate their prompt response to the situation and hope this will not happen again. I also received an auto-response from the Customer Services Team assuring me that my enquiry is being looked into. Despite checking with neighbors, I still have not located the parcel. Unfortunately, the sun's glare made the photograph of the screen unreadable. I tracked the return until June 19th when it was marked as received, but due to a recent Virgin Media outage, I lost the tracking information. I have not received a refund yet and would like to know the status. On the same day, I reordered two different colors of the same item in a different size. Please provide guidance.

I have returned an item I bought from Debenhams using Order reference number D[redacted]29. The item is from Monsoon, and I used the return label with the address for Monsoon Returns at NN8 2DH. After contacting Monsoon, I was advised to reach out to you since I made the purchase through Debenhams. I am still awaiting the refund for the returned item. The proof of delivery photo indicates that my item was mistakenly delivered to the wrong mailbox, number 9 instead of 14. My mailbox is situated at the bottom, but the delivery person placed it in the top one. Despite my efforts to retrieve it, the box had been emptied. Unfortunately, the flat where it was delivered is a guest house rented out by a man whom I am unable to contact after several attempts. I recently placed an order with Burton for a suit, a jacket, and a waistcoat. However, I received the items through Debenhams instead. I returned the suit and jacket as they were incorrect. Burton refunded me for the suit, but they mistakenly sent me trousers instead of the waistcoat. I have returned the trousers but have not received a refund for them yet. While waiting for my delivery from Evri around 3:15 pm, I received a message on my phone saying the order had been delivered. When I checked the door, I couldn't find it. I even went downstairs to the block entrance, but it wasn't there either. The package in the photo resembled the stairs to my flat, but there was no package in sight. It's odd because the intercom wasn't used at all. If feasible, I would appreciate replacements by the end of the week as I have vacation plans.
