I recently submitted a claim for my cracked screen under my phone insurance for my 325AC Icon 2. After paying the $10 deductible, I received a replacement phone that was an inferior model without a battery. I returned the replacement phone, but my original phone still has a cracked screen, and I am out $10 for the deductible. I am dissatisfied that I am paying for insurance monthly, yet still have a cracked screen. If a suitable replacement with a battery cannot be provided, I am considering switching to a different carrier. For resolution, please send a phone with a battery to Roy K. at 36 Ashbrook Dr, Candler, NC [redacted]. I have fulfilled my $10 deductible but was only sent a cheap phone without a battery. Kindly address this matter promptly to prevent me from transferring my other lines to another provider.

I recently upgraded to a plan with full coverage insurance for 2 phones, each with a 15GB hotspot and visual voicemail. However, one phone has visual voicemail but the other doesn't, and I can't access my Cricket account due to an issue with the linked phone number and forgotten PIN. After a billing mishap at a Cricket store, I was incorrectly charged and even faced a reconnection fee. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with store managers and customer service, the problem persists after over a month. The features I paid extra for are missing on my phone, causing frustration. If the situation isn't resolved within a week, I plan to switch carriers. My account is under the name Michelle M. with phone numbers [redacted] (primary) and [redacted]. I appreciate prompt attention to these ongoing issues.

I am frustrated with the lack of communication and assistance I have received regarding my account issues. Despite visiting the store where the problem originated, they directed me to contact Cricket's [redacted] number for resolution. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to seek help over the phone, my problems persist. The store acknowledged their error but did not provide a solution, forcing me to deal with the customer service line. I trusted their assurances twice, only to incur additional charges due to misunderstandings about my plan and unexpected service interruptions. Despite accepting responsibility, both the store and Cricket have not effectively resolved my concerns, leaving me with more fees to cover.

I need to address the situation with my stepdad, Jerry White, who has caused me a lot of distress. He has mistreated me and my mother, and I feel his actions have negatively impacted my life. I take ownership of my phone and service, including my mother's phone line. Despite the challenges, I am standing my ground. Jerry White resides at [redacted] Wilhite Rd Falkville, Alabama [redacted]. I believe it's important to share my story, as I have faced deceit, abuse, and hardship due to his actions. This has affected me deeply, and I seek support and understanding during this difficult time.

I recently purchased three of your new Nokia cell phones from your store, but when I went to return them on the seventh day, the store was closed earlier than usual. I spoke to a representative over the phone about the issues, and they informed me that I have seven days to return the phones. However, these Nokia phones are malfunctioning to the point of being inoperable. They constantly freeze, lock out users, and claim incorrect passwords. I am concerned about returning them tomorrow after the seventh day. I hope to resolve this as I have been a long-time customer. Please advise me on how to proceed, whether I should contact the store directly or if someone can assist me in handling the return. Thank you.

I recently purchased a phone online through my Cricket app, but there was an issue with my address during processing that I did not make. I have an order confirmation email with the correct address, yet the phone was returned due to the incorrect address. I have already received a refund for the phone but have been in contact with multiple representatives about the $25 upgrade fee. Initially, I was told it couldn't be refunded but a credit could be applied to my account. Even after speaking to someone on 5/5/21 with the same response, I received a voicemail on 5/6/21 stating I lost the $25. I believe I should not be held responsible for the upgrade fee when the phone was sent to the wrong address. I am not requesting a refund but expect the credit to be applied. After being a loyal Cricket customer for about 4 years, having purchased multiple phones, I am disappointed in this situation and am contemplating switching carriers for the first time.

As a Cricket Wireless customer since [redacted], we have generally been satisfied, although the lack of international roaming has been a drawback. Recently, we had a frustrating experience with customer service regarding a mobile hotspot request. I attempted to set up the service on May 14th via the app but was informed it was unsuccessful. Surprisingly, on May 15th, our account was charged for this service without my knowledge. Despite no notification, our service was cut off on the 17th. When I contacted customer service, I encountered unhelpful agents who questioned my credibility. The lack of communication and understanding regarding the situation was disappointing. As a loyal customer, I felt disrespected and will be exploring alternative telecom options.

I recently tried to return a phone I purchased at the Cricket store on Silver Springs Boulevard in Ocala, Florida within the 7-day limit. Despite returning it on the 28th after buying it on the 22nd, I was not refunded. Instead, the Hispanic tattooed employee threatened me aggressively and used foul language, escalating the situation unnecessarily. I felt intimidated and feared for my safety due to his violent behavior. I had to retrieve the phone myself as the situation became hostile. There was a witness, another employee, a white male bodybuilder. This encounter was distressing, and I urge the store to address their staff's behavior. I am disappointed and hesitant to return, forfeiting the $[redacted] rather than risk my safety again.

Two weeks ago, I received my bill with a $10 credit which disappeared after adding a mobile hotspot service to my phone. I was later charged an additional $10. I am seeking clarification on the missing credit. I cancelled the service yesterday. I also encountered issues with our phone warranties. One phone had its warranty mistakenly cancelled at a store, leading to the purchase of a new phone. I am dissatisfied with these experiences. Additionally, my partner, a veteran, faces service issues and lacks a warranty for his phone. We are considering switching to a company with better customer support. If my phone is disconnected over the $10 credit matter, I will share my negative experiences on social media. I expect the $10 credit to be promptly refunded.

Good morning, I am writing to inform you about an incorrect charge on my phone bill. On Sunday, June 6, [redacted], I visited the Cricket Wireless store to pay my bill at 5:50 pm, only to find the clerk had closed the system early. Despite arriving within the store's working hours, I was turned away and had to return the next day, June 7, [redacted], making my payment late and resulting in a fee due to the store closing early. As a long-time customer, I appreciate the service but am unhappy about being charged a late fee for an issue beyond my control. I kindly request the late fee be waived as I believe it was unjustly imposed due to the early closure on Sunday. This information can be verified through the store's system and closing time records. Thank you. T. Fennell

I am seeking a refund or credit as I was not informed that switching my phone to a new carrier would result in losing my $55 prepaid refillable card. After being told by a customer representative that a new number could have been assigned instead of creating a new account, I felt frustrated. I was then required to purchase a new SIM card and another $55 unlimited card to activate my phone, which was not communicated clearly. The store's no-refund policy after activation further complicated my situation, leaving me feeling deceived. I am currently discussing my options with a lawyer regarding possible legal action if Cricket Wireless fails to resolve this matter promptly.

I accidentally ran over my phone and SIM card. Cricket has refused to help me activate a new phone with the same number or cancel my service due to a locked PIN. Despite showing two government photo IDs in person, a Cricket retailer wouldn’t provide a temporary PIN or give me account access. They suggested I cancel my credit card and change phone numbers. I've already asked my bank to stop the payment. I'm eager to retain my phone number and receive a temporary PIN from Cricket to transfer my number to another carrier. If that isn’t possible, I’m concerned about the impact on my credit score from stopping payment. Unfortunately, Cricket hasn’t provided any email or portal for dispute resolution. Thank you.

A representative canceled my primary line on Saturday, leaving me unable to use my phone number. I had to use my son's SIM card in my phone, using his number, and I'm missing calls and text messages. While my sister can contact me, my boyfriend cannot. I even had trouble receiving verification codes for Federal Student Aid. This has inconvenienced me greatly, and I'm disappointed with the mistake made. I request that my call and message issues are resolved promptly and one month of free service is added to my account.

I recently purchased a phone from your company and decided to switch from an iPhone 8 Plus to an XR while keeping my service plan with Cricket. I paid in cash for the phone in full and continue to pay my monthly bills on time. Despite being informed that the phone was unlocked at the time of purchase, it seems that it is actually locked to Cricket. This is disappointing as I intended to sell the phone in the future to someone who may not have Cricket as their service provider. Right now, my daughter is unable to use the phone as her provider is not Cricket and the SIM card is not compatible. I would appreciate it if you could clarify why the phone is locked when I was assured it would work with any SIM card.

Hello, my name is John, and I wanted to share an experience I had recently. I purchased a phone and accessories, including a phone case, last Tuesday. However, due to issues with the phone, I returned it on Thursday and got a different one. Unfortunately, the store indicated the accessories had been used and were not eligible for a refund. To prevent any further issues, I decided not to open the accessories this time around. Surprisingly, I was informed yesterday that the phone case and other accessories couldn't be returned as per the store's non-refundable policy. I wish they had clarified this policy earlier, as I refrained from using the accessories assuming I could return them if needed. I feel misled and now seek a resolution regarding a refund.

After four attempts to resolve my phone service issue, I was directed to a nonexistent test at the store, which led to further frustration with the service center. The experience with the operator and supervisor was unhelpful, as my phone even stopped working temporarily. The lack of resolution and poor customer service is disappointing, considering I pay for a monthly service that is not reliable. If I am expected to uphold my end of the agreement by making monthly payments, what recourse should consumers have when the company fails to provide the promised service? Thank you.

I would like my payment to be transferred back to my Discover card. Last month, there was an error on my part that I promptly rectified by visiting your office in person. I received only one day's notice on a Sunday, and my service was disconnected the next day. I have been a loyal customer for many years, always making timely payments except for one instance due to illness, which I resolved through my Discover card. I have already provided my Discover card number in my response to you. Please reconsider accepting Discover for my payments. If this is not possible, kindly inform me before July 21 so I can find an alternative service provider. I value our past interactions and hope to continue our relationship. Thank you, Sandy J. Contact me at [redacted]. Please update my payment method to Discover, as this was an isolated incident in our long history.

I purchased a phone from Cricket a few months ago, but due to financial constraints, I couldn't pay my phone bill for the past month and a half. I visited the store yesterday to settle the payment, only to be informed that my account had expired and my phone number had been disconnected. I am very displeased as I have had this number for years, and it is linked to important accounts. I need assistance in reconnecting my old number as it hasn't been reassigned yet. My phone settings indicate that my sim card is locked, and I can only receive messages via Wi-Fi, but calls do not go through. I was not informed by Cricket that my number would be deactivated when I purchased the phone. Can anyone provide guidance on how I can retrieve my old number? Thank you.

I recently bought the Cricket Mobile Hotspot Turbo 2 box, and it encountered issues on July 9th or 10th. I have tried troubleshooting steps like turning it off, factory resetting, and transferring the SIM card to my Cricket phone which read the card successfully. Following advice from a chat associate, I visited the Pikeville KY Cricket store to fill out a claim form for an exchange within the warranty period. Unfortunately, the store staff didn't assist and suggested contacting customer service. Upon returning to chat support, they mentioned calling me to guide through the claims process since I couldn't submit the form online. I am now seeking information on obtaining a printable form and mailing label for self-submission. If I can't resolve the issue, I may consider canceling the service. The hotspot displays an error message stating there is a temporary network problem affecting its functionality - it doesn't respond beyond this message. Thank you for your help.

I made an early payment for my phone bill and added a hotspot feature for $10. Cricket disconnected both phones claiming I misunderstood my billing cycle, stating the $10 hotspot fee applied just for a day. Additionally, I got hit with a $25 activation or late fee. Not only did I lose the 15 GB hotspot due to my billing cycle restarting, but I was also wrongly charged an activation fee. I added the hotspot early because my son had used up all the data on both phones. I've tried calling and chatting for 6 days without a resolution. Being in a remote rural area, staying connected is crucial for us. Please assist as the promised hotspot service is not working yet.
