I had an issue trying to send LTC from Coinbase to a crypto casino. The app asked me to update my security with my driver's license. I tried to proceed without updating and got a notification about a security delay. I then submitted my license and a selfie for verification, but my account got blocked. Hello, I have an account with your platform, but it has been locked. I was trading on accesscapitax.com, but now I'm unsure if my account is still valid since I only have the wallet address. There were significant profits in my account; however, I was asked to pay 6,[redacted] GBP and later another 1,[redacted] USD to withdraw money into my bank. I chose not to send any more money. I recently had Coinbase lock my account due to suspicious activity. After a thorough investigation, I will be setting up a new account once my devices are secure. Coinbase will transfer my tokens to the new account. However, I received an email about a withdrawal confirmation, which I suspect might be a phishing attempt. I have been dealing with hacking issues since September [redacted], resulting in multiple compromised accounts and stolen identities, including my Apple ID and Google Authenticator. I have changed my Apple ID multiple times and created several new email addresses to try and stop the hacking. My account got disabled, most likely because of 2-step verification. I can't receive the right codes and have tried different solutions to fix it. Is there an alternative to 2-step verification? I use Google Authenticator, but the 6-digit codes are incorrect. I deleted the original authenticator and tried a new one, but it's still not working. I think I spoke with an agent regarding this issue about 6 weeks ago. Sincerely, D. Hope.

I am experiencing a simple issue following the end of my laptop's life. I purchased a second-hand PC on Back Market. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by requesting to change the password for this new PC. I received an email from Coinbase confirming that my password has been updated. However, when I attempt to log in, it is impossible as it states either invalid email or password. I have all my codes and passwords but I am unable to connect with the old PC. After all the banks in Russia switched off SWIFT and switched to cryptocurrency, I have accumulated $39,[redacted]. By depositing this money in the form of teasers on Coinbase, I received a letter stating that for additional verification, I must send 4 more Ether, which I did. However, due to the commission or volatility, there was a shortage of 0.04 Ether. My money remains frozen, and they are asking me for 4 more Ether. I urgently need them to pay off loans, utilities, medical bills, and many unresolved issues. Please unfreeze my money, I am desperate without them!

I have been experiencing this issue for some time, and up until now, I could only log in on my phone. Recently, I believe the app updated or locked me out, as I am now unable to access it on my phone. Although I haven't needed SMS Verification codes before on my phone, I now require them, even though my phone setup hasn't changed. I have attempted troubleshooting multiple times but am not receiving any texts and am unable to access my account.

I consistently receive an unrecognized computer message each time I try logging into my account. This has been an ongoing issue for several months. I urgently need access to my tax information, but the automated system indicates that an email with a link has been sent to my correct email address, yet nothing arrives. I previously faced a similar problem in January when I disabled two-step verification. Coinbase suspended my account because I haven't updated my information. I recently moved from France to Thailand, making it challenging to change my country of residence and address on the platform. As a retired French civil servant, I receive my pension in France and use a French bank account linked to Coinbase. While my income and tax obligations are in France, I currently reside in Thailand without a French address.
