Hello, I would like to bring to the attention of Chegg's customer service a request and an issue I encountered. My name is J.A.F. Carrillo. I used Chegg only once, but I noticed three additional charges on my account without using their services. The money was deducted from my card without my knowledge, and I am unsure why this happened. I am seeking a refund for these unauthorized charges or guidance on how to resolve this matter. It feels unjust that I was charged for services I did not use. It was only upon checking with my bank that I discovered the deductions were from Chegg, and I have only used one out of the four invoiced orders. Hello, can I request a refund for this month's subscription as I forgot to cancel it? I will require Chegg in 1-2 weeks until May 18. It would be great to have continuous access during this time. I appreciate if Chegg can refund my payment promptly and provide advance notification before the subscription ends, maybe a day or two in advance.

Good morning, I am experiencing difficulties on the Chegg website and would appreciate your assistance. My account email is [redacted] Every time I try to log in, it indicates "incorrect password," even though I have changed my password three times through email. When attempting to sign in via Google, it states my account does not exist. However, when creating a new account, it says the account already exists. My subscription is current, and I am eager to access the math problems on my account. I am unsure if my repeated password attempts have caused this issue, but there are unresolved math problems I need to access. Trying to find support on the website has been extremely frustrating. It would be helpful to have a clear and easy-to-find contact option that doesn't involve texting for payments. I returned a book months ago that seems to have been lost, and now I'm being asked to repurchase it with no assistance on the website. Although there are supposed to be three ways to contact support, the chat function is nowhere to be found. It would be much more efficient to have an email option available that is not just for publications. I also tried to request an extension payment change, but the process was unnecessarily complicated. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me regarding the book return problem.

I recently bought the homework help pack from Chegg, and after using it for a day, it showed activity on another device and now I can't access it. I only used Chegg on the iOS app on my phone and didn't share any information. I noticed a double charge on my bank statement, which could be my mistake. Can someone help me delete the accounts to avoid further charges? I might have signed up with the wrong email for the first charge. Can you check if there's an account linked to a different email? I purchased the 8th edition of The World of Music textbook from Chegg, and it was supposed to include the McGraw-Hill access code. However, I did not find the code either attached to or inside the book. I am hesitant to buy another textbook considering the cost of this loose-leaf edition. I am unsure if there is a way to retrieve the missing code or if a replacement could be provided. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered a problem attempting to post a question on the site. After clicking "post question," the page froze. When I tried to access my account to check if the question was posted, the login process was glitchy. It required me to click and hold, then sign in multiple times. Additionally, it prompted me to register my device, leading to more sign-in issues and email verification. The verification code froze my browser, rendering it unresponsive until the code entry box closed. Unfortunately, the emails lacked a verification link, and the contact page led to an error message with intentional bad grammar. After waiting on hold for over thirty minutes, the call disconnected right after providing my email. The experience was frustrating as the system failed to recognize the verification code, causing delays and difficulties interacting with the website.

I am encountering difficulty accessing my still active account as each attempt to access it is unsuccessful due to lack of notification. My account has been paid up until 11/22 and 12/22. I have been waiting for over 3 1/2 weeks to extend my books, "The Complete Medical Scribe" and "Health Unit Coordinator," with no success. Attempts to reach out via their customer service email have failed due to wrong addresses. Their focus seems solely on money, not on customer satisfaction or service improvement. Hello, I noticed that I have been charged on two of my Chegg accounts using the same card, even though I only reactivated my subscription on one of them. After reviewing my bank statements, I realized that I have been billed twice monthly for approximately four months instead of just once. I recently received a notification that my account has been suspended due to alleged sharing, even though I have not shared it with anyone. I have Chegg apps installed on two different devices. I am seeking clarification on the reason for the suspension and the duration of the suspension. Additionally, I would like to request a suspension of my subscription until January. I am facing an issue with my Chegg subscription. The charge in question seems to be an old one dated 19/11/[redacted]. While I am currently not attending university for about three months, I tried to review my accounts to avoid any future charges. Strangely, my account shows no payment history to Chegg, although I distinctly remember using it extensively for my studies in various subjects. Hi, I had a subscription with Chegg that I no longer needed after the first month. Unfortunately, my card was charged again because my brother used it to resubscribe without my knowledge. Hello! I have been trying to contact Chegg since yesterday to cancel my subscription before it renews. Despite attempting to cancel through the website, I encountered an error. I have completed my studies, hence I no longer require Chegg and have not used it since the renewal. Could you kindly cancel the request from your end and process a refund?
