Today, after a long time, I checked my billing history and realized I've been continuously charged by Chegg in February, March, and April. I have recently canceled my subscription as my exams are over and I no longer need it. While using the service last year, the answers provided were reasonably good and accurate. However, this year, the answers have been consistently incorrect and lacking detail or explanation. I, along with others, have noticed this issue. The incomplete and incorrect responses have left me disappointed. I feel the service has not been up to the standard I expected, and it seems like the resources are not allocated correctly. Consequently, I would like to request a full refund as I have not received the assistance I had hoped for. Despite my initial belief that the answers were simply a result of bad luck with the responders, I must now discontinue my subscription.

I recently noticed that Chegg deducted $21.72 from my bank account. I am confused about the reason for this charge.
