I helped a friend without a Cash App set up by letting him link his bank card to my account to send money. Unfortunately, he disputed the charges and Cash App closed my account, taking all my money. I've been trying to resolve this since November 13th but have not received any response. Even though there's still money in the account, I have been unable to withdraw it despite numerous attempts.

I noticed an unauthorized transaction on my Cash App account, which debited nearly $22. I have already deactivated the account that made the charge, yet I'm still being billed for it. Hello, I am facing an issue with my CashApp account and cannot log back in. Unfortunately, I lost the phone that had the number linked to the account, so I cannot receive the login code. Despite entering the correct card number for verification, the account could not be verified. When attempting to use my email, I only receive a code for a new CashApp account, not my original one. I have my CashTag name, card number, and old phone number, but I lack access to my old phone for verification.

I recently created a cash app account and received $20, but when I tried to send it to someone, I was asked to upload a photo of my ID, which I don't have. Customer service mentioned that for transactions under $[redacted], I only need to provide my full name, social security number, and date of birth, not an ID. Can you advise me on how to access the $20 without uploading an ID?

About three days ago, I was attempting to transfer money from Cash App to pay a bill, but my account got lost because it was linked to another account with the same number. I made a significant purchase with my Cash App card on 12/23/22. I distinctly recall having a substantial balance remaining on my card post-purchase. However, later that same night, my Cash Card was declined, showing a balance of 0. I had been using the card for gas and other purchases throughout the day. Upon investigating, I discovered that my Cash Tag is now registered under someone else's name. Additionally, I received a text notifying me that my phone number had been unlinked from my Cash App account.

I have had to deal with your company for 5 days regarding my money. I have been disrespected and treated poorly. I am considering taking legal action as I have proven the money is mine, yet I have not received it. I am currently homeless since last July and work daily to rebuild my life. I sleep on the streets but occasionally stay in a motel using my check for proper rest. Cash App has not helped me and I feel like my money has been stolen with ongoing issues and no assistance.

I have not received my direct deposit from Cash App for five days. I have been struggling without money for food and a place to stay. Despite providing all the necessary information and proving that money should be in my account based on previous deposits, Cash App customer service keeps hanging up on me. I hold the CEO and staff responsible for mishandling people's money. It is frustrating to be in this situation, especially when it seems like there are issues within the company.

I recently sent money to someone through Cash App without realizing they had multiple accounts, one of which was created when I synced my contacts. The money went to the unused account, so I resent it to their active account. However, they are now unable to access the initial account I inadvertently created. I need help retrieving the funds from the account that was mistakenly made.

The icon for "Add Cash" is missing from my Cash App account on my phone. The unfortunate incident happened at a Family Dollar store where I encountered a power outage, including the loss of wifi, for about 20 minutes while waiting to load cash onto my Cash App account. Once everything was restored, the "Add Cash" icon did not reappear on my app despite multiple attempts to uninstall and reinstall Cash App. I rely on this feature to help my family members, particularly for their essential monthly prescriptions. I am struggling to contact Cash App. A kind fan sent me money for the new year, but I can't remember my PIN due to medical issues leading to memory loss. I lost my old phone, so I can only reach Cash App by phone or text. It would be helpful if there was an email option available as accessing my emails can be difficult. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my previous Cash App account. After being incarcerated and losing my phone, I created a new account with a different email. Later on, I managed to regain access to my old account and contacted customer service to close the new one. However, a friend mistakenly sent money to the new account that was meant to be closed, causing issues. Despite repeated calls to customer service, they haven't been able to help me access the funds or transfer them. After reinstalling the app and attempting to log in, I received a message stating my Cash App was locked. Dear Cash Support, I am following up on the email you sent me on August 15, [redacted], regarding ref: xxxxxxx. I have inquiries regarding the fraudulent claim made against me and the subsequent closure of my account. I desire a reimbursement and wish to resume using Cash App. I seek details about the individual who filed the claim, including their name, the date, and the amount of the charge. I also want to know the basis on which the claim was considered valid. I question why the cardholder received the benefit of the doubt while I was denied it and why I had no opportunity to dispute the fraudulent claim. I am curious about Cash Support's policy on account closure when a cardholder disputes a payment. I inquire about the criteria used to determine account closure and why my account was closed without recourse. I wonder if the closure of my previous account prohibits me from opening a new one and, if not, how I can open a new account successfully. I enjoyed using Cash App and wish to continue doing so. It is disheartening that someone can fraudulently claim their money back while my funds are taken away without the chance to address the issue. I eagerly await your response to my questions. I am experiencing an issue with my Cash App card, which was stolen and used to make a $65 purchase on Xbox. I promptly reported the incident to Cash App, who cancelled the card and sent me a replacement. However, despite filing a dispute over a month ago, I have yet to receive any resolution from Cash App. They assured me via email that the funds would be temporarily refunded, but this has not happened. Despite reaching out multiple times, I am consistently told that there is no new information available. As a single father of four and a business owner, reclaiming the stolen funds is crucial for me. I was attempting to redeem with Ultra Fish and they insulted me, calling me names and saying hurtful things. They accused me of not having money in my account, which was because I was in the process of redeeming. Eventually, they did redeem it, but failed to send it to me. They continued to be disrespectful despite my attempts to provide proof by sending a screenshot and my information. This interaction left me feeling unvalued as a customer. I have been a loyal player with them for a long time, yet they treated me poorly in this instance.

I have encountered a situation where Cash App refunded me $[redacted] for several transactions, but my bank account shows the refunds as payments sent, resulting in a withdrawal of $[redacted]. This error has led to over $[redacted] being taken from my account. My bank has acknowledged it as a Cash App mistake, but when I reached out to Cash App, they were unhelpful and hung up on me twice. Despite contacting the merchant, the issue remains unresolved, with no trace of the withdrawn amount. Cash App's lack of engagement in rectifying this substantial error is distressing. My phone screen is completely black, and I am unable to see it. I recently locked my card after Walmart tried to charge $[redacted] for Walmart Plus, then charged my roommate's card instead. Now, as I try to use a tablet, I can't remember my Google password or keep getting it wrong. It redirects me to an email where I will receive a code - the same email attached to my cash apps. I changed both email passwords on the same day. To access both emails, I need to purchase a c to HDMI dongle, which I can't do until my card is unlocked. I think I covered all the details! 😆
